Nice hotel at good location. Very nice and helpful staff. Room was very clean.

The hotel is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of Corso Sempione. The rooms are clean and pleasantly furnished. The bathroom is quite small in some rooms quite uncomfortable.
The staff is helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is buffet with sweet and savory. I have been there several times in business trips and I have always enjoyed it. Just for short stays I would recommend it.

Milan is more a city of business than say Rome which is more about history and leisure, so the location of this property was ok but not great. Good location for business customers, but not ideal for leisure travelers. The area is quiet and there isn't a lot of commercial activity, but I guess it is a good thing if you want to see how the locals live. Lighting in the rooms is odd, meaning the switches for the main lighting are by the bed and you must kneel down to reach them. Our twin bed room was small but manageable. Clean and quiet accommodations and for under $70 a night you can't ask for more in Milan. There is a safe in the wardrobe for your valuables. The staff was outstanding and treated us like family, so much in fact that I think they were the owners of the property. There is an upside to the location and that is being close to the station for the train to Lake Como. A large supermarket is only 200 meters away too. The breakfast was good with coffee, tea, orange juice, fruit, yogurt, toast, ham & cheese slices, and croissants; again for the price of this hotel I can't ask for more.

It is a very nice 3 star, spotless rooms with minibar, staff always very friendly and smiling, breakfast plentiful.

Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast. Clean room. Only downside was that the 6.45am taxi we asked to be ordered wasn't.

I stayed at this hotel and nights. This is a 3 star hotel very pleasant, spotless rooms with minibar, staff always very friendly and smiling staff. Returning to Milan, would do it again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Losanna for 4 nights and have nothing but positive remarks to make about my experience (July 2015). The desk staff were 100% positive and welcoming in their attitude, explaining basic rules and expectations, showing where the breakfast room is, describing area night life and shopping locations, providing a city map and marking some of the more popular stores, pizzerias, gelateria, cafes and more. I was not disappointed with any of their recommendations. The desk staff also took initiative to explain local transportation, typical schedules, how those differ on certain days of the week and what to expect to pay. There is also a no-charge service provided for calling a Radio Taxi, the city's licenced cab company. Again, I was 100% pleased and recommend this cab company most highly. I used it several times and every driver was courteous, plus efficient in his route selection. An air-conditioned cab is a delight to step into on a stifling afternoon in Milan. I will book Hotel Losanna again, and do not hesitate in recommending it to friends and family. The desk staff, the cleanliness and a very comfortable room rate it 10 stars in my opinion.

The reception and sta ff are very friendly and the rooms are better than what you see in their website. Compeletly renewed.
