Great hotel, most happy of course the size of the rooms plus the price-quality is excellent, well 100 meters from the Duomo. Has a great bottle of red.

We were extremely pleased with the hotel kind and personalised attentions. We have received a very professional welcome. Extremely well located, spacious rooms, and refurbished early 2018. Would definitely come back when staying in Milano.

Spacious rooms, modern design and equipped with every comfort. A hotel could not have better location: Full center! A Stone's throw from the Duomo and between the two buildings of the Rinascente. The staff are very friendly, attentive to the needs of the customers and helpful. 5 stars deserved!

This hotel is perfectly located close to the Duomo, allowing to enjoy the place before 9am and that the square fills at high speed.

Very nice place, totally loved it! I wasn't really sure whether book it or not after reading previous reviews but the receptionist told me that the hotel has a new management now! Spacious rooms and interesting design.

Fantastic hotel and super recommended. The position is magnificent, it is located practically 1 minute walk from the Duomo. So you can walk virtually the entire distance, if not the metro is also right next. The staff is super nice and always resolving. They explained everything perfectly and we were recommended a great place for breakfast “The Madonnina”. What most caught the attention is the design of the hotel is very original and the rooms are neat and clean. Pásanos a great weekend. We will return for sure. What I recommend,

The Duomo at 200 MT, a clean and distinct environment, staff prepared and willing to satisfy every need. Large and spacious rooms. I highly recommend the stay!

I stayed 3 nights in TownHouse Street, so I'll jump directly to Pluses of the hotel which is the excellent location, spacious room size, modern furnishing, free mini bar (no alcoholic beverages). But regarding the dislikes, in reality the room was totally not inappropriate and had a lot of problems as following: a. The location of the room in Townhouse Street Duomo are far from the “main hotel”, TownHouse 8, which 3 minutes walking, adding to that there are totally no reception or any representative, so in case of any request, as CHECKING-IN / OUT (with luggage it will be longer walk), I’ll have to go to the main hotel first, and that applies for any intuitive service, or you'll have to wait for it to arrive from the "main hotel". b. Security code kayless machine is out of order, so every time I need to clean my room, I have to go to the "main hotel" to hand my manual OLD spare key to the reception and come back again to pick it up later, or wait 10 — 15 minutes till someone deliver it from the "main hotel". c. The AC is latterly drowning the room of water leakage, and very noisy bathroom ventilation, and the re-innovation work beside the hotel which in 1st of September '14 stayed till 11:00 PM, and that will make your night is exhausting one. Although, I reported that issues and requests to the “main hotel” TownHouse 8, but unfortunately there was no respond.
