In heart the city. Good experience.

Location at the height of the chain. Warm and comfortable Furnishings. Large Rooms, except for the veranda used for breakfast. Highly professional and very efficient and courteous Staff. Easily accessible, immersed in the quadrilateral of fashion, served very well by means of transport, a few steps from the beautiful Piazza Duomo. Medium-High Quotations. Good Room Availability.

You have to improve. The quality of the services is not up to.

Very nice and elegant I have no idea of the cost. The garden and some spaces are completely new.

We were only there for a conference but more than that for the property itself I was amazed at the staff. Highly qualified and ready to fulfill every request. Congratulations to the staff!

Luxury Hotel. Old style interior but that does not disdain design details. The location is very close to the city centre of Milan.

Stayed here 3 days and can notice excellent location! Stuff is helpful a lot) breakfast is reach enough and also you can visit spa… so impression is very good, even room was quite small)

Hice hotel within a walking distance from Milan's shopping district. Very good service.

The bar is beautiful and the cocktails we had were amazing. The bar snacks served with the cocktails were also diverse and impressive. The restaurant on the other hand massively disappointed. Food was average at best while being the most expensive meal we had on our two weeks in Italy. The restaurant is dark and decorated like an old supper club with out of place pop art pieces mixed with the traditional art and paneling you would expect to see. It appeared that most of the other patrons were there for business dinners.

I was at the Carlton for an aperitif/birthday dinner. The location is suggestive, furnishing years 70. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent choice of wines.

Splendid luxury hotel with sumptuous rooms and perfect service.

Monza Grand Prix during our stay here. The hotel is good. Room very clean with a net. Balcony. Breakfast is very good. The subway is very convenient, it is very important, because the hotel is not in Milan's main nightlife areas. The hotel location is not the best. But it's okay. We go to F1, Subway Station less than 5 minutes walk away.

Clean rooms, great service, friendly staff, I had an issue with my rooms location but the manager worked out for me and upgraded me to a higher category with no extra cost so I can stay with my family at the same floor, the breakfast is good and could be better no eggs in breakfast apart from scrambled egg, well located close to Doumo, overall I recommend this hotel and will repeat my stay here again If I came to Milan.
