Super cozy, family-run hotel in a perfect location right on the river surrounded by greenery. The owners are very keen to make their guests do everything they can. 2 very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. To the beach promenade you walk about 1km. But what is not a problem on holiday is :)

Small, fine hotel off the road, easily accessible by car, bus or train. Romantically located, idyllic place in Pescarenico, a good starting point for walks, hikes or bike tours around the lake and into the mountains.
Very nice, helpful staff, delicious breakfast. I had a nice room in August with a balcony overlooking the river.

A beautiful hotel overlooking the lake lecco. The extraordinary location, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, at the reception is Giusy and Luciano, an extraordinary couple. I stayed twice in this hotel, alone, so I booked single room. But let's start from the beginning. Located in a magnificent square pedestrian island, a few tens of meters from the Adda River. Away from the center of Lecco that can be reached on foot or more comfortably by car but then with parking difficulties. In this small square there is a very nice wine bar that in the evening is populated with people. In the morning many people jog on the small river that runs along the river and many others take the pooches for a walk. Very impressive square, so the approach is the best. The hotel from outside is also very inviting, lots of greenery, outdoor tables and a truly romantic look. Cross the threshold. The monuff changes. It's run down and pretty bad air. At the reception I am told where it is, after the usual practice, I am handed the keys to my room and I am told where it is. No one accompanies me, no one helps me to bring or luggage and there is no elevator. Old room, tiny, really dirty looking carpet, bad amenities. In my room there is no safe as I saw in pictures of other rooms. The bed is very small and uncomfortable. The look at my room is on a pretty shabby alley. There's no view from my view. There is no doorman at night in the hotel and the entrance is closed at a certain time of the evening. If you do later you are given a key/card with which to enter from a dark back door and not easy to locate.

Quite good place, but the rooms are small, and there's a lack of common services, such as the frigo bar. In addition the television doesn' works.

Really nice location on the bank of the river in a small piazzetta. Quiet and clean, 15 minutes walking to the city center. The hosts are very nice and helpful.

Very nice Hotel for a nice weekend.

The hotel and the immediate surroundings are very nice … you are in about 10 minutes walk in the center of LECCO … the staff is very friendly and very nice … the rooms are beautiful and very clean … here you can also linger in the rooms without getting a bad conscience n that you miss something … it's extremely cozy here … there for thumbs up.

The owners are friendly and ready to provide you with useful directions for discovering the places. The structure conveys the idea of a managed and continued activity, in the decades, with love and passion from the same family. The environment is comfortable; The breakfast is rich and varied.

I have stayed here several times, it's been a year since I have not been back I have always found myself well but this time they made me a surprise, giving me one of the new rooms available.
The room is attic looks like a love nest, it transmits serenity and smell of house really very nice.

One of the most comfortable and nice hotel with best location I have ever seen in Lecco. It is perfect for all kind of people : students of Politecnico di Milano, tourists, business men or women, also who have meeting or confrence in Lecco can come to this nice hotel. A nice couple are the managers of this hotel and they help you a lot and give you lots of information about Lecco. Perfect perfect perfect and that is all I could say.

The hotel was lovely. Manager was super helpful and sat us doen showing us the town. Room was large and there were no issues with it.

A simple hotel but in a nice location.

Nice room with balcony and lake view, pretty useless bathroom bidet … But besides aLula room I could not find anything good in the hotel … We welcome … You get there and there's no one at reception at 11.35 in the morning and you have to use their phone in reception x call someone … Then I answer from the handset in a hasty x tell you to come back … Come back later and always none in reception but this time after phone call comes a kind gentleman who leads us in the room but the hotel without elevator and then 2 story walk … small scales with worn carpet and dirty … the morning breakfast … There were 2 family to breakfast … But all too little … Salami cheese 3 slices of salami and 3 pretty much ends all in 2 minutes and does not fill the buffet. Then overcharge x service.

Bad, I got a small room with a mini bathroom, a mini sink. No air conditioning, just one window, there is a glass, not even the minibar. This hotel has three stars but this room is worth a.

A paradise indeed! And a wonderful centre for visiting the beautiful North Italian Lakes and Milan too. This is definitely one of my favourite hotels with wonderful hospitality, delightfully picturesque location and great value for money. The proprietors are charming and were always so very helpful. Don't miss it! We certainly plan to return.
