Unfortunately used this hotel for canceling easy jet flight. However very friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. To be a 4 star lacks a bit in the finishes and details…

For travellers by car, a great hotel.

Very convenient hotel at the exit of the highway. Very good hotel service, but tonight bad dinner location. I ate in the lobby under the staircase, with come and go of foreign groups.
A crazy heat because always opening the doors the air conditioning becomes fried air. Always very professional and attentive the staff of the room, but I no longer want to dine in the square.
Please open the room upstairs.
Sorry to give only 2 star the hotel deserves 4, but with a proper restaurant room.

Excellent I have had in milan. Near by airport but very near to the highway. Very peaceful location. Wi-Fi was good. Rooms were very nice. Mini bar available. There is a bar in hotel. Break fast average with few options available. Regards indian traveller.

All staff really friendly and very helpful. Rooms on 9th floor super quite with great views on a clear day.

Reasonable in price and located near maplensa airport. Amenities and service is satisfactory.

A chic hotel about 30 min away from Milan airport. The staff is warm and rooms spacious and very well maintained. The washrooms are large and have a bath tub. This place has a bar and a lovely restaurant. About 30 min away from city centre of Milan this is a nice place to stay both for business and on a vacation.

Clean and cozy rooms, impeccable services, friendly and professional staff, ample and protected garage, reasonable prices. "Strategic" position, close to everything for the northern part of Milan. Very satisfied, they also managed to solve my problems related to booking "large", so even the "numerous" families will find the right solution for all needs.

Decent hotel with good service and rooms. Not as lavish to deserve all 5 stars but good enough to get 4 while being in budget.

Arrived at Una Hotel with a family of 12. Hotel reception made us feel unwelcome and everything was a problem at the start. Not a good experience after traveling 18, 000klms by air and 4, 000klms by vehicle through Italia. Their hotel regulations only allow one child per room according to female reception staff. What do families of four do? Very questionable. … My children are foster care children. This became a major problem because my children didn’t have the same surname. We have travelled the world and no one has ever questioned their travel authority. This hotel demanded a copy of their travel authority and then contemplated if they were going to accept it. Not a good feeling. Customer service failed in this area. Not even the Italian boarder control, Croatia border control or our native home border control ever once questioned the children’s travel authority or asked to see it, but UNA hotel one in Italy Milan did. I’ve been in more then 20 hotels throughout north Italy. This UNA Hotel was was the only hotel in Italy that did request my children’s travel authorization. The internet is super slow, like in earths 20th century period where dial up speed was at. Was told if we wanted faster internet we would have to pay for a booster. The air conditioner switched off during the night. Screen control flickers which is a little concerning and the toilet doesn’t stop running water.

Getting there is very convenient, close to the highway and a one hundred commercial, the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a little pricey.

I stayed at UNA hotel overnight for a conference. I really liked my room even thought the service wasn't that great. It was totally worth the money spent anyway.

At this structure, elegant and comfortable in all its environments allowance 5 stars, instead the beautiful people who work there deserve a 110 and praise. In summary in this hotel everything is as the guest wishes, congratulations to everyone you are great.

Very comfortable Hotel, at the exit of Legnano of the Tangenziale. Clean, courteous staff. Great for business trips. Indoor restaurant run by competent staff and very courteous. It would be desirable to have a higher frequency in changing the menu.

Very nice hotel. Value for money at the top. Staff very friendly and always ready for information. Shuttle bus to Milan at 5 minutes from the hotel for free. And possibility to have a taxi to the airport. Some restaurants nearby to change a little… In short at the top!

Besides slow Wi-Fi, there's really nothing to complain about, the rooms are very nice.

Very nice Hotel and very helpful staff. The room is very nice and the price is very small. Great bathroom with bathtub and marble finish. Comfortable bed. Control of the room lights directly from the bedside table. Excellent breakfast for all tastes from 7:00 to 10:30

Well-organized and clean structure, recently realization. Good prices and the staff are friendly and helpful. Walk in a minute you reach in cinema multiplex with dining area and many shops. Burger King New next to the hotel.

Conference very welcoming, friendly and elegant.

I can't make a judgment regarding service hotels but I can say that dinner was to my liking as the dishes were great and the staff very helpful and friendly!

Very wonderful rooms and bathrooms. Bar was slightly expensive but still very nice.

Perfect for business, internet fast enough. Rooms small but perfect, ideal as it practically on the motorway of the Lakes exit Legnano.

Bed hard TV obsolete no AC.

Near to malpensha airport makes it convenient to travel to airport. Milan city is about 30 km from hotel.
