Great value for money — without too many pretensions — friendly and welcoming staff.

Never visit this hotel because before they tell you that there is free food but in truth the food is paying and then at night when you sleep you hear annoying noises still not Wi-Fi.
Second problem you clean the room once a week, believe me because this place and inappropriate.

Unfortunately I have stayed 3 years for periods of about 1 month in this property. Apart from that the room is cleaned 2 times a week even if you pay 1 full week. (Unless you are too "messy", because otherwise do not clean) I highly Recommend to book if you just have to by booking. Indeed I recommend to book B&B that at least they are cute and you spend 20/25 € per night. I explain the reason for booking. To These gentlemen I paid by correct person the week renewal in advance (as always). I had an unexpected and I explained to them that they had to leave the room in advance then as they advanced 3 nights (already paid). ' I proposed to them to have at least part of reimbursement. (1 night as well) On booking This is a lawful thing, is charged to the max the first night, so not only I freed my room, which have immediately fitted (so already paid by me) but in 2 months and a half that I phoned, Recatomi on the spot, I was always postponed, and thrown into forgetfulness, without ever having the pleasure of speaking with the famous "director", a holy entity that you will never see, is + easy to have audience from the Pope I believe.
The doorman, Mr. Giancarlo did not know what to invent and what lies to invent me, in the end I honestly got bored. I do not give A damn about having given €90, I do not change my life, but to behave so with those who pay you the salary for years seems to me to be beggars.

No it's a minimal minimal hotel they don't even room bhooo.

I have stayed at other years in this property, I would say nothing bad, unpretentious but basic. Among the economical + of Brescia. Clean. Perhaps not suitable for long periods, only neo, a certain uncertainty in the cleanliness of the rooms… You can stay as well a week they will clean you 2 days (at most) and if you keep in order… however you in any case pay also the cleaning…

Very good value for money considering the very low prices. Wifi practically only in the public areas or in the adjoining rooms, central air conditioning that is turned on at 17-18 in the evening until around 11pm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommended if you do not count to spend a lot of time in the room, very close to the hospital and at 10-15 ' walk from the center.

A valid place quiet clean without many pretensions.
Whether to try the place navigation, enter "Brescia via Grazzine" and not "via delle Grazzine", otherwise you'll get mad to find this place.
