The room was reasonably clean the domestic staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic and the front desk manager Claudio was the rudest most abrupt person. The in-house coffee made by Claudio was disgusting and he needs some serious lessons in coffee making and manners. Would not recommend this place, plenty of other options.

A double bed at the French… so it was written, let's say that in two you had to choose who could sleep and who to hover on the edge! The room so small that the bathroom door did not open at all because of the bed, the shower sprays water everywhere except where it should, thus inhaling the whole room and everything in it contained (including toilet paper), safe that does not it works, I make it present and the guy answers me that but there is! Dog allowed but then do not make us stay for breakfast, among the staff there were polite people but the rudeness of one of them is enough for everyone!
Never again!

This hotel has a very small lobby but on the other hand the rooms are quite spacious, the décor is tasteful. The property is a 10-minute drive from the center, parallel to this there is a huge Chinese shop and a shopping mall, next door you can find instead a fairly cozy restaurant with great prices and quality food, expert in cooking meat.

Seemingly clean, some stains here and there.
In the room the main light was electrocuted, the shower sprayed from all parts except from the bellows (encrusted), the shelf of the bathroom mirror (small) was crooked and any object resting on it immediately fell.
Dirty conditioner but above all noisy.
The beds are comfortable and above all have the power outlet next to it.

This is a three star hotel located at the exit of the highway and Tangenziale Brescia Centro after the roundabout on the flyover the first on the right. 300 meters on the right side.
Practically comparing it to a car is a zero kilometer. Renovated by very little has all comforts Wi fi, air conditioning etc. All you should have three star hotels (which is hard to find) courteous patrons and small indoor parking but large parking in front of the hotel also for any coaches.

Yesterday returning to the hotel as usual towards 1:30 the doorman mentioned all the negative things that do not go into the hotel. Denigrating. It is the third time I stay here doing only one night at a time my single room is perfect I would say a great value and price clean room breakfast in the norm and friendly staff I recommend it.

How can this place can be Hotel, And get 3 star? Internet disaster, high way near, you have noice all the time! Staff like from space, hospitality 0! Garbage in front door! I know better hostels than this hotel with 3 star? Max 2 star and this is also question!

If I had a company do not trust in the hands of incompetent because of my name… is what happens right at this hotel that entrusts the sale of its rooms to sites that then ruin its name. It is not plausible to be told that the fault is not the hotel but the mediator. 2 adults who rent a double room can not sleep on a French bed and it does not seem right that to have another room have to pay a surcharge. I stayed for three nights with my wife… we had a great time… everything was perfect from cleaning to breakfast. It is a hotel to really recommend.

Three stars. As the local. Bedspreads consumed. Clean room. Low-cost. Hotel for those who work nothing more.

Promo Alberto, the managers are welcoming, courteous and at the disposition of six customers. To recommend to people who go to Brescia for whatever reason, especially the Metro is within walking distance.

The only good thing is that it costs little and you always find parking.

In My room (206 _ I think), the only problem found was the fixed shower which is not comfortable and you get wet hats (they provide the headphone).
But you can't direct the water jet.

Friendly stuff, clean room, noisy but the market is near.

Honestly I would not call it a hotel!
You can also have the rooms with beds and the heating and the bathroom and the whole thing normally.
Unfortunately I stumbled upon them on the wrong day.
Also because reading the reviews seems to be quiet where you can rest and sleep especially if you are passing.
I thought it was more a bordelo that went on from 11 o'clock until 4 o'clock in the morning with laps that we leave alone. Bad!

We booked 2 nights here, first room we were put in had a disgusting smell which we figured out was coming from the bathroom. After airing the bathroom out for over an hour the smell instantly came back. No sure if it was mould or a broken pipe somewhere. Later that night around 3am the staff were in the lobby right next to the room they put us in, yelling and laughing and rattling cups constantly. We had no sleep that night and asked first thing the next morning to change rooms. The staff were extremely rude and could not even give us a number for a taxi. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Reserved and simple rooms clean and cozy placed in an ideal location for shopping at two steps you can find various restaurants and shops I recommend.

Honest and sincere Hotel, excellent LA, availability of Mark and Flavio in reception. The metro station is 500 metres away. In a few minutes you will arrive in the center or in the station. Brioche excellent superior quality compared to other hotels or bars in Brescia.

I have been assigned a room for the handicapped, and on this no problem, apart from the fact that in the shoes of a person in a wheelchair, I would have trouble to open the faucet of the sink and to manage the direction of the onion of the shower.
Not to mention the rough cleaning of the room.
Normal staff, overall using school grades 5.

The value for money is fine. The air conditioning didn't work much in my room. Breakfast not as good as quality, but very cheap. They could maybe raise a little bit the price…

Several times have been there fits price performance people very nice.

Nice place and nice staff, but small.

Definitely to be improved. Small and troubled rooms (mirrors that break alone, air conditioners that lose water. ). Small beds, bathrooms without bidets and with shower on the ground (impossible not to flood everything). Poor breakfast in quality and variety. Only plus side cleanliness. Close to the Metro. Would not go back.

A little more maintenance does not hurt.

I've been a few nights for work. The cleanliness was normal, the staff friendly but everything was at minimum union, from breakfast to furnishings. The ground floor room was as if it had a curtain in place of the door, you could hear everything going on in the lobby, several times I woke up. I guess no problem on the upper floors. One less star because the room is full of mosquitoes, and keeping the window open after cleaning it filled every day. In the end, it's fine for work or for one night, given the low price.

Good budget hotel, only downside is that Internet doesn't work at all.
