We used only the restaurant service for work and we were very satisfied.
The only negative point is the parking, small and uncomfortable. We had to leave the car at a nearby mall.

Spectacular hotel, furnished with great style as the unique rooms of its kind, better welcome than a 5 star even for my dog, staff very waiting for customers, very nice swimming pool super recommended for a weekend or a holiday.

I spent three days in this beautiful hotel, nestled between the past and modernity. You immediately impress the peculiarity of the places and you are definitely captivata the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff and the great food. I slept great, spacious beds and very quiet rooms, if I really have to find the needle in the haystack I should say the wait a bit long for the dinner courses but sincerely… it's worth the wait!

The feast of the eighteenth on the 20th of October a magical party. From the great food to the attentive staff, to be content in all things… a dj extraordinary, and the cutting of the cake in the garden… what a fairy tale.

I was at the 18th century on the occasion of my cousin's Baptism for an aperitif followed by a first. Given the summer period we took advantage of the outdoor space allego. The staff are very friendly, the food great. Logistically very convenient to reach and with a great large indoor parking lot.

I had lunch in your local on Christmas Day. Nice atmosphere, the perfect menu, even far too much for what we paid. The location is very nice, there are many different salette and modernity is its strong piece. The service was fast, organized and accurate. I highly recommend it!

Clean and tidy rooms. The bathroom a little small but ok. Very friendly staff and good quality at breakfast.
I have no experience on the restaurant since there has never been, but I have collected good acclaim.

Very nice hotel close to Bergamo.

A wonderful location cozy and refined ruined by food and service not certainly in line with the expectations. I can't actually judge the hotel as I haven't stayed there, I was there at a marriage party and it was a bit disappointing. The food portions were scarce and the quality very questionable. They were supposed to make special food for two people with lactose intolerance and gluten intolerance and they didn't. I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone to organize a party there. I just hope that the hotel is better.

Very nice and refined. Different rooms renovated in a rustic setting. It has a private internal chapel. Very pretty. Prices not exaggerated but in line with the context.

Visited on the occasion of professional event. The conference rooms are cozy and comfortable. The first time the room was the wine cellar, a characteristic place with all the bottles exposed to the wall. Maybe for this a little ' awkward in winter when it's cold because however obviously you can not turn up the temperature pain ruin the wine. The second time the room was a very convenient classic conference venue. The bar is well stocked with fresh treats and the cuisine of the restaurant well thought out and quality. Impeccable service.

Unfortunately I have to say I am very but very disappointed by this place.
I tried to organize my dad's birthday party, but with very results since I spoke with 2 people in early July who did not even get the least presented for this event. Disorganized, staff present in rooms but only physically, no initiative, not even a smile did not know what they had to do. Poor Buffet (for what we were asked to head) I had asked for a chocolate cake came that tasted like lemon with Spanish sponge (and I had been very clear that I did not want it! ) … the only good thing was the location. For the poor service we received we paid a lot! If I had arranged it at my house it would have come out better! If you want to organize them an event as far as I'm concerned. Don't do it!

What a fabulous stay we had at Settecento! Our room was perfetto and the staff were amazing. They provided valuable sightseeing information including parking data and restaurant recommendations. My husband was here to work and my mother and I were here to play. I cannot recommend Settecento high enough, it was that good. Unfortunately the ristorante in Settecento was closed during our stay.

Absolutely brilliant, clean rooms, comfy beds, nice pool, good breakfast and kind staff, only downside is poolside drinks and minibar and expensive, otherwise brilliant, would totally recomend anyone to stay here at least once.

I am married to the Eighteenth century! What can I say. It is like feeling at home! The staff is friendly, nice, professional but at the same time! Make you feel comfortable, although maybe a little embarrassed at the initial! The hotel is very nice, it is an ancient villa restored, where all'inside are mixed homogeneously, most styles of decor, but never so trivial! Each room has its own history and its own why! The kitchen is excellent! You are the classic dishes that you find everywhere; the Eighteenth century puts us in the character! The own character! And every time we come back, well it is really like being in the family!

De hotel is absolutely not bad but it is almost always a problem with the internet connection.
The excuses are: it is raining, it is busy in the restaurant etc, etc. Today it was only a remark that more customers have complained.
And luckily the solution: tomorrow somebody will come and hopefully fix it. But this is absolutely nat a guarantee for succes as I already experienced before. It is probably a very cheap way to provide WI-FI but I am not happy with it.

Decidedly average Not a business hotel. May be fine if you are on vacation and chilling out. Wifi is terrible. Poor speeds, keeps getting disconnected and requires re-authentication Staff friendly and try to be helpful. Dining options are limited. Fine dining looks great, but if you just want a quick casual meal, you will have to look elsewhere. BTW "elsewhere" options within walking distance are non-existent. Located in a wasteland. Extremely limited bar. Didn't even have an Italian beer in stock when I asked, only Becks, a German beer. Was told they would have Italian beer tomorrow. (Not much use to me as I'm only staying one night. ) Rooms small, with tiny single beds pushed together. Bathrooms even smaller and then they put the light switch on the wrong side of the door, just for good measure.

Remembering a special evening, after one year, we returned to this refined restaurant, very welcoming, tasteful, elegant, with interesting paintings on the walls and modern sculptures scattered everywhere. The atmosphere is very pleasant, spacious separate rooms but interconnecting very soft atmosphere, service is good, the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly but. Unfortunately the food is disappointing, indeed, in our opinion below expectations which is a shame because somewhere so chic, as well as the care of a beautiful frame,
should have as flagship especially the kitchen. Nevertheless, the dishes are beautifully presented and the wine list offers a wide range of labels. We ordered 2 seconds with fish, dessert, coffee and wine by the glass. We're really sorry to say this but nothing like we ate we thought was noteworthy and doesn't justify the Bill for 77 euros, definitely over the top. Wouldn't go back a third time and therefore do not recommend it.
