Large apartment, well cleaned and heated (the only drawback is the poor presence of coat hanger). Modern public spaces and well cared for.
Strong point is the kindness of the staff and its efficiency. Congratulations!

Convenient location close to the facilities and a short walk to the center.

Very cozy Residence and in front of the gondola and a few steps from the center. Very recommended for those who want to make a white week in freedom.

Should I do two ratings: 5 stars for the period of Christmas, new year's Eve when both the Italian guests that the animation, guided by the legendary Michele, were the TOP! 10 stars Selene the first entertainer who has captivated my little girl of three years is suspicious of and prejudiced. Unfortunately I have to give a low rating of 3 stars to the property for the period of March, which in my opinion has not been able to manage the foreign guests. Mainly Polish people with different habits from ours, and that in the evening, crowding the hall for in the first place in the baby club. Unfortunately, it is not limited to the chatting and games, but drinking (alcohol), and eating, then leaving unattended the leftovers and empty of the drink. To my children the first evening I ran back in the room dumfounded! Only thanks to Selene regained confidence in the baby club of the residence. Last and not least, we were disappointed not to find Michael but a substitute is practically non-existent! And I say: good luck there was Selene! Overall we were good in March and we will come back next winter, provided that there is the same entertainment staff which I hope will be a fantastic summer season.

I came back for the second time, with my family. Reconfirming the choice, courtesy of the staff, cleanliness and comfort. Recommend.

Really nice place with bike and sci rooms. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only thing that didnt liked was the bad, this was not comfortable.

For years I was on holiday in Trentino/South Tyrol. This year I chose to spend eight days in Singapore, at Villa Luzzago, House of the Diocese of Brescia. To view my mail, using the free computer available at the Residence Club. Smiling staff. I had then need to print emails and will provided again free of charge. Also noticed fewer planters and balconies in the country, compared to Trentino/South Tyrol, makes great exception Residence Club, floral with a riot on windowsills and inputs. This my experience verifiable by everyone.
