Nightmare Hotel indeed only nightmare because of hotel there is minimally the idea. Non-existent services. Rooms Clean Eat… (Better the Caritas canteen). Unprepared staff. Welcome zero. Don't go!

Not very recommendable. The rooms are ok, but the food is not very good. The staff is friendly, but everything is quite disorganized.

Not a very nice hotel — old and used and service is not very good… A shame…

Hotel stopped at 40 years ago, in the furnishings and in the way of welcoming. I was unable to park in the parking lot in front, empty, because the access climb was full of snow, clearly old some days. Hair dryer not working. The managers were a bit spocchiosetti, the rest of the staff, clearly detached. I do not give a star, because at least in the Spa we found a very willing girl! My compliments to you. We were taken back because, after taking advantage of it, we walked through the hallways with costume and towel on. One of the owners asked us why we were not using the bathrobes… which clearly had not provided us.

Visited December 2017. The hotel seems quite old. The concept is a bit different from what I had experienced before: you must bring your own bed linens and towels; rentals are available at reception for a fee. Your room is also not cleaned regularly, unless you pay a fee and you must dispose of your trash yourself. The hotel installations (radiators, showers, pots and pans) are witness to the place's age (they all look quite old and are not in the best working order). There is a restaurant on site but you must book one day in advance to use it. There's also a spa, a small bar and a pool table, although I did not visit any of these installations. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and even there the connection quality is very poor. The hotel's location is actually quite good. It's got great views and it's walking distance from downtown and directly on the road to the Tonale ski area. You must drive to get there (Tonale), or walk to the "Cabinovia" at the other side of town in Ponte di Legno (about 20 minutes in regular boots) to ride the gondolas up the mountains. There is also a "game room" with a ping-pong table and a TV for the children. There they host a "kids club" which is essentially one of the hotel's staff playing games and looking after the kids; quite convenient for the parents and the younger kids will like it. If you book well in advance and are willing to overlook the obvious gaps, or if you're on a budget, it's a good option.

Nice hotel, but appartements are very small. Staff is very nice. In the ski room is not enough place for six pairs of shoes and ski, no shoes dryers.

Beautiful location, out of wooden bridge but close enough to walk in the evening. The place is dated and not outstanding for any aspect. Enjoy a pleasant stay.

Not a bad hotel but does not offer many services, the staff are very friendly. Great place to kick back and start afresh every day for a different tour.

Great location, beautiful structure, I could not try the restaurant, management, seasonal, consists of great guys-managers, great impression, to visit again.

Fascinating structure (it is from the early ' 900), well restored, situated just above the center of the wooden deck where you can enjoy a great view over the village and the mountains. The rooms are spacious, lots of furniture to store your belongings, a Cook equipped, big table, chairs and benches where you can eat (even though we were in the hotel and we always ate dinner at the restaurant). Bathroom (double sink! ), nice balcony. Everything is very clean. Spa with Turkish bath, sauna and Jacuzzi for exclusive use (! ) simply upon reservation at reception. Restaurant good, large portions and always different. Hearty, though with a few homemade desserts. Lovely staff! Laura at the reception is a true professional of his work with such kindness, availability, patience. All members of the Resort staff are young, very professional, helpful and nice! We (2 adults and 2 children of 6 and 10 years) we can't wait to go back, this time trying in winter! Highly recommended.

Restaurant really shameful, boast a Sicilian chef that it is an offence to his region. The must is the appetizer of shrimp drowned in vinegar! Discouraged.
