I spent a week in this hotel and would like to thank ALL the staff
really kind and helpful ALWAYS. Good food (despite being vegetarian with intolerances) and with a wide choice. Experience definitely to be repeated.

We booked two days at giugno16, very nice hotel, staff very professional, helpful and polite.
The room in clean and friendly order,
Large assortment at the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Comfortable parking in front of the hotel with possibility to put the car in the garage.

Nice, good service and courtesy, good kitchen. Too bad for the information service that is not as efficient, not to mention the shuttle service that leads up to the gondola, then to get to Passo del Tonale takes more than 30 minutes, while with the car only 15.

Excellent Hotel. Excellent service (reception, cleanliness, restaurant, bar and Spa) is eaten divinely, a typical cuisine but never discounted!
They are all very kind and attentive and the comfort is assured!
Very nice also the structure. Recommended!

Great hotel clean and cozy, the only things I have not found right up to the ski depot (small in relation to the number of guests, sometimes there is no place to dry your boots) the shuttle to ski facilities with restricted hours, otherwise to pay Or even the spa is not so big (and paying) we were there 2 times and once the water in the hot tub was cold (not really relaxing) it would be nice to even find a ' snack ' in the afternoon anyway overall I was fine… CO Nsiglio.

A very comfortable hotel. Large rooms with bathrooms. Clean and modern. Tasty food though little fruit for breakfast and dinner. A great selection of dishes for dinner, including two soups, some main courses and desserts. A ski bus from the hotel is heading for the lift from 8:45. The chairlift courses begin at 15:30.

Great experience! I recommend it as a hotel and as a Spa there is the Massager Domenico who is very good.

Hotel price ratio very good. Very friendly staff, especially thanks to Mr. Salvatore, Lucia de la restaurant and Mr. Oliver (changed room for different reasons). Thank you for a nice stay.

It was a very nice hotel. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms. The internet was very small Quality food.

The Hotel is very comfortable and the only thing to drink is that you have to get up to fill up every time the glass of water or soft drinks (hot) Maybe the cooler didn't work!

We booked a Junior suite, beautiful suite with bathtub and shower, spotless and very comfortable. Just enough connection speed, with videos every now and then they stuck. Good also the spa. Discreet dinner and lunch, to improve the quality. Overall 4 beautiful stars as the hotel water Seria.

Was staying in apartment room of hotel, these are big. The bathroom isn't efficiënt, everything gets wett including the hairdryer while showering. Nice people here and food is good.

The hotel itself: very good. Big, clean and comfortable rooms, stable Wi-Fi connection and very helpful and warm staff. The spa is also very nice. However the hotel resturant weigh this review down a lot. While breakfest passes as your generic hotel breakfest buffet, the lunch and especially dinners make you question wether or not you really are in Italy. Most italian dishes we ate there: Risotto, Canneloni, ect. Had huge preperation errors in them and were quite bland in taste. The resturant needs to relook at their dinners if their German dishes taste better then their Italian ones.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Breaskfast buffet is really nice. The spa in the basement is perfect for relaxing after a day spent skiing.

Excellent four stars. Friendly and welcoming, from all the information you need to make your stay a pleasant one. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. The restaurant offers a good selection of quality dishes though his strong aren't the typical dishes of the area. Strategic position at the entrance of wooden bridge.

Hotel from mass tourism, mediocre rooms, internet dysfunctional, restaurant like a (poor) canteen. Not worth 4 stars.

I am a former travel agent and then you let me start by saying that I look at the structures with perhaps more critical eye but I must say that this facility personally convinced me. Here are some things that I think should not be in a 4 star hotel with entertainment and club card.
* Animation does not exist if not for the latter's mini club also really "basic".
* Has no pool or better has a good and wide Jacuzzi and kids and adults for free but they charge 15 € (forcing the visitor to buy a wellness program that too Basic to justify the cost).
* distance from and da Ponte (… in the area could be better). The shuttle service is only in a limited time and if you decide to come back from skiing you are screwed.
* last and perhaps not of interest to everyone … the elusive new year's Eve paid of course is right at hand.
5 hours of new year's Eve dinner certificates and real. 4 servings count because the dessert and fruit at the end we have more taste preferring toast at 24 with friends … the battleship Potwmkin "in comparison is something light.

Just Spitzenmässig here. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Eat awesome. Room perfect everything and very very clean. Here simply makes you feel welcome and comfortable. And with kaiserreisedienst the package is all-around perfect. Everything is great.

Clean, nice service, near the tracks and 5 min to the centre. Lovely SPA…

Beautiful facility. A bit far from. Kitchen can be improved.

Racists! reservation is confirmed on the phone regularly, the Director with a simple excuse to send us away, at nine in the evening, just because we wore shorts and sandals. Fortunately we found a very cozy nearby.

Beautiful! And also our Pluto was great.

No concessions for a cancelled night stay (3 days before). Full price charged. That is customer service.
Never again.
