We have been using this hotel for many years and its out favourite. Its very clean, right next to the main road from the highways but very close to the ferry embarcations and to the city scenic promenade route to the town center. It has its own closed off parking and a small but lovely garden. Because it's a family run business its impeccable and very professional staff has always been of the highest quality. Its the very best hotel if you go to vacation in the Cinqueterre or need a quiet place in LaSpezia. Although it does not have a built in restaurant there are a few good ones close by to choose from or you walk 200 mts across the main street and go to the large shopping center which has cinema, burger places and pizzerias as well as electronics shops and whathaveyou. If you travel this is a strategic place to use.

A cosy hotel with numerous rooms arranged over 4 floors and with good indoor parking for cars. It is located in La Spezia near the port, strategic point to visit the 5 leTerre in fact it is only a 15-minute drive away from Lerici, a place from which you can take the boats to visit Porto Venus. The rooms are large, well furnished and clean. Very rich breakfast buffet but does not offer restaurant service. Great quality/price.

We spent a weekend at this hotel.
We were very well received by a lady who spoke French.
The staff is doing their best for their clients.
The room was spacious and clean.
There is a shuttle that takes us from the hotel to the Gard de La Spezia and then goes to visit the five lands.
The breakfast was very good.

Nice, pretty neat, clean, comfortable, friendly, a bit out of area but all in all OK. Breakfast From sweet to salty. Spacious and well-tended rooms.

The hotel did not have places, although the room was paid for by density. We were allocated on the outskirts of the hotel to their network. Impressions are not the best.

Great hotel at a good price … Yes, the interior is older standards, but that brings charm … Parking in front of the house, that's supper. The staff is very friendly, whether English, French Italian or German, all languages are spoken and understood …
The rooms are made very clean and are always Sauber!
I recommend the hotel with a clear conscience.

I stayed here for two nights with my morosa and we enjoyed it. The hotel itself is not very modern but on the other hand all of them were really nice.

Very old inside, needs remodeling. Old furniture and gross bed covers. Would not return. Only good thing was the breakfast.

Good value for money Clean and spacious room with terrace for smokers, something that is appreciated today. Breakfast buffet is acceptable. The only downside is that it is close to the port and you hear some noise from the jobs… but not overly annoying.

Hotel is very close to the centre, no interest, basic room, no documentation, no letter paper etc.

Value for money. Kind service. Clean and comfortable room with strong aircon. Good breakfast. Not best location but there is a shuttle bus for train station and port, and parking is good. Nearby recommended restaurant — La Perla Del Fortino, 8 mins walk away was very good.

The next day I woke up in the morning with strange insect bites on the body!

We loved the hotel. The room was big enough for family of four adults. The bathroom was super clean. The front desk staff was very helpful to identify the tourist attractions to visit. Great value for price. Visiting from New York only for two days.

Location wasn't the best but the rooms were big and clean and service was very helpful.

The property was tired and far from any public transport and no point of interest was within walking distance. The property offered a shuttle bus to the train station but each time we tried to book there was at least a 3 hour wait. The rooms havent got blinds but instead have industrial bomb shelter roller shutters that let light in — also useless in case of a bomb. Also included is a complementary wake up call at 7am every morning which they wont cancel even when you specifically ask. The wake up alarm sounds like a fire alarm. If you manage to get back to sleep, the paper thin walls is sure to wake you again as you can hear those who havent managed to get back to sleep. If you are once again successful at sleeping through this a cleaning lady will barge in — no knocking required, for your third mandatory wake up call leaving you more than ready for the day ahead. There was no welcome book that tells you about the hotels services etc so you had to randomly punch numbers into the phone until someone answered. There was no 'do not disturb' signs. And laundry service was provided at the hefty rate of €13 per pants or €4 for a TIE. A TIE! So you are better off throwing those pants out and buying a new wardobe here. The staff had told us about the breakfast that was on for the limited time of 7-9:30am but they failed to tell us that it came at a cost. Little did I know. My one slice of toast and a cup of coffee was €6.90!

Good place! The staff are kind and like very much to help. Wifi was not so easy to get, but after got it was fast and easy.

An old lady with her wrinkles… But cozy. Maybe a little exaggerated in the prices for the property but very friendly staff.

Hotel that does not pay a mine or by landscaping as by the neighborhood. But the reception was very friendly, the hotel is quiet, the room spacious. Parking convenient to park; If customers make the effort not to take 2 places!

Three-star hotel room, old furniture, many night noises (plumbing, lights etc) that I have disturbaro night, shame as location and service were ok.

The hotel sucks the holder and rude poor rooms even there are also mice wouldn't ever from them report them!

This was a very comfortable hotel, within a fifteen minute walk of the sea. Very accommodating staff, can get to the train station by shuttle and then on to Cinque Terre. Internet access is extra, but you can pay for as little as an hour which is great so you aren't forced to pay for 24 hours and only use 15 minutes to check your email.

Definitely the best hotel in the city of La Spezia. Large rooms, friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle service and very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend to book at this facility.
