The hotel is in a great location especially for those who move by public transport or on foot. The street is quiet and quiet. The property is welcoming and clean and the pedestrian very friendly and helpful. The room where I stayed is a single but with a comfortable bed at a square and a half. Recommended.

It's a very small hotel, with barely minimum amenities. The only thing good is their staff. Now please understand that there is difference between them being good and being helpful. Good staff doesn't necessarily mean they will help you. But regardless, it's a 3 star hotel in Rome, ease of convenience to shop and eat is there. There are many restaurants nearby. The main disappointment is their room. Their rooms are super small, and if it were a 3 star hotel in my country, it would have been so much better, better organised, better equipped with amenities in room, and have a better room for a much cheaper price. But you gotta see it for yourself to understand if that affects you or not. I'm a frequent traveller and I do expect certain things from hotels.

Well-maintained hotel with clean rooms. A little meagre breakfast in terms of choice, but excellent coffee/cappucino. Good value for money. Location is optimal.

The JFK house does not have working AC. They say it is but It can’t keep the room cool at all. Really hard to sleep. Staff is all friendly and nice, room was clean.

The photos on the website of the Camerada bed does not correspond to the reality anyway clean enough quality price dear.

We loved this hotel, the staff is really very nice and very helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast very hearty.
We'll get back to that.

Personally I found the breakfast OK because I do not eat pastries. Pity for those who like because they are vacuum it's heartbreaking.
The bathroom is small the bidet is useless in so little space.
The service is appreciably towel changed and rooms cleaned daily.
The biggest problem is the bedding. Mattress too soft and despite a small weight we touch the spring box.
For a 3 stars at the price of the rooms the mattresses and box springs must be changed absolutely.
In the end for a short stay in a city where we walk a lot this hotel is ideally placed provided not to be side street.

Good hotel in very central area not great without too many pretensions, courteous staff but I can not judge anything else we have never stayed overnight.

Lovely hotel near Termini station, was clean and neat. Wi-Fi was available. I stayed there 10 years previously and was just as happy then.

A disaster! The only one worth it is Diccenzo, very good, friendly and attentive. Breakfast very bad, every day prepares the coffee a different person, then one day you take oil and the next day colored water. The toasts are in the bread pan and as they do not check they are all broken (see photos). When we had to leave the hotel he got into the room the maid without hitting and half an hour before the check out time.
At the exit of the elevator there is an ill-placed rug, I tripped and almost fell.
To get to the hotel reception you have to climb stairs. (They never thought of disabled or people with illnesses that prevent them from going up or down stairs. )
I never go back to that hotel again. The only good thing is that it is close to the Termini railway station, but there are many hotels in the area which are probably better, with similar price but with better services and better treatment to the customer. Oh! Above you can not use Internet during breakfast, because according to them breakfast is for conversation. Don't you think that each person can decide on their actions? Very authoritarian!

They welcomed us very kindly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to Termini station in Rome. Very close to the Vatican. Many restaurants in the area in front of a square.
The first night we noticed that the room window barely opened and also the beds were very narrow. We asked for room change and when we arrived at noon we made the change, but the guy who neat the rooms got into the room without knocking on the door. The same thing happened to us the day we went out. Yes well the Check out was at 11 pm, and at 10:30 he got into the room The maid, again without hitting.
Breakfast a mess. The coffee they serve you, and as every day change staff, one day they bring you very strong coffee and others to stop tea. Look at the pictures of how the toasts are (all broken), worst hotel breakfast I've been to in France and Italy.
At the exit of the elevator is a carpet badly placed that yes you do not realize you stumble and you fall in the breakfast you can not use the phone, because there is a sign on the wall to get to the reception you have to climb stairs, the disabled or people with problems of salt You are not considered.

Our apartment was just dirty. In the bathroom there were still hairs from someone else in the wash-basin as soon as you lift the bedspread, dust and Morey hair will fly into your face. As soon as you respond to the staff, you are literally done. The following is a small quote from the reception: "Just because we are from Germany we do not need to do so, this is just a small problem" you just deviate from the subject although you just expect cleanliness or at least a fresh blanket all the varnishes were With something funny on it (I didn't know what). Actually we had booked another apartment but of course it went wrong with our credit card statement and we were "naturally" to blame for it. Then we were offered breakfast to clear up this misunderstanding which was "naturally" very generous, the hotel claims. The breakfast had very little choice but we were thankful. After breakfast we had only seen our apartment otherwise we would have renounced the breakfast, because the hotel still throws us before the breakfast we have received about the problem with cleanliness is not received, it is simply dodged completely. After I had rated the hotel by mail badly I was told by the hotel Zugespamt (still today) if I rate it badly on Google etc. I can count on a lawyer, etc. ;) Of course I don't care. The hotel is close to the railway termini station. The room wasn't fancy, some issues with chairs bit overall was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was fair enough. 2 stars for the fares which compared to the medium hotel quality in Roma is not aligned.

Is a 3-star hotel near Termini station. The structure is not new but it is well kept; The cleanliness is great in all the rooms and the staff all very friendly. You could improve the breakfast and the furnishings inside the rooms but overall the value for money is centered.

Rooms: dirty, rundown hotel. There's hair all over the bed. Bathroom is terribly cramped and calcification. No hair dryer.
Service: We didn't get the apartment we booked. Instead, a rundown room at the hotel Kennedy. At the reception we were literally laughed at, insulted and treated with no respect. We didn't get the money back either.
Breakfast: no choice. Bad, worse, hotel Kennedy.

Nice Hotel, the staff, especially the reception, unpleasant, the correct room but bathroom limit, the damaged bathtub, the horrible breakfast, powdered coffee (for Italy), no choice for a buffet, we will no longer come.

Simple hotel with no catering and old. They bought the ground floor of a building facing the station, ultra noisy (traffic, buses and buses, horns, people howling…) at any time of the day and night. View on tramps or garbage cans with window bars (as in 1 prison). So you have to get out of the annex to go and have a very simple breakfast. Some cakes, bread (not terrible) and packs of Nutella or jam. No hot dish and little butter or gruyère is not even refrigerated.
Housekeeping women rid the tables in front of you in the noise (plates, cups…) and throw the crumbs on the ground limit on us!

Can't really complain, most of the staff are friendly. If you ask however they will store your bottles of water or eventuall alcohol in the freezer for you, aswell as ice.

The hotel is clean, it is in a good location and provides breakfast. It is basic but that is what you paid for.

The rooms have nothing q see with the picture some are refurbished others are old with rusty WC, the breakfast is not there is no toaster the receptionist not friendly or help you and nothing else to pay a rate of 4 euros per person and day that do not explain par I'm not going back to this hotel.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel for the price that it is. Breakfast was VERY basic; yogurt cups, some fruit, STALE bread, tea or coffee and croissants that were closer to bread rolls in texture. The location of the hotel is good, very close to termini which is one of the main public transport stations. This was a great spot to watch the Starlings fly just before sunset in winter. The room was an ok size but the bed was dirty (tangled hair on the blanket the day we arrived) there were also marks on the walls and the room smells dusty. We had a double bed which was 2 single beds put into double bed sheets, it was very tall in the middle and pushed my partner and I apart while sleeping which was a bit annoying. Hotel Wi-Fi was very slow at times on the 3rd floor and dropped out every 30-60mins, you also have to sign in to the Wi-Fi every time it drops out. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Kennedy Hotel Rome, before you reply to this review with an immature, defensive reply as I have seen for other reviews, consider taking on board some constructive criticism. Don't tell me this can be used in court either because you're not going to sue over a Google review…

Awesome location in its proximity to termini train station and the Colosseum/Roman Forum. Staff quite friendly. However, the rooms are not very clean, the beds are hard as rocks and the bedding is horrible. The blankets they provide are some cheap felted material and are very unhygenic. As soon as we arrived I saw lots of hair stuck to it which cannot be avoided with that kind of fabric. Gross. Also, breakfast selection is pretty terrible. Poor selection and quality of food. Walls of the rooms are also very thin, if your neighbours sneeze you could say "bless you" and get a response.

Value for money is OK you get what you pay…
The location is not a 5 minute drive from Termini train station and unfortunately noisy as well.
Beds and bathrooms are OK.
The breakfast buffet is not really recommended unless you only eat cakes or similar.
Sausages do not exist at all…

Really a bad breakfast!

I've been to this hotel three times. But this last stay was disappointing. The rooms were very simple. The toilet was glued to the sink in the two bedrooms. In addition, in a person's room, we could not move. The shower in room 122 was inaccessible. The heating only worked very rarely. On the other hand, very friendly staff.

Comfortable Hotel at Termini station, clean with cozy rooms friendly staff, great as base to visit Rome is close to Metro, I recommend.

Very deceiving photos. They hired and excellent photographer with great Photoshop skills to make the room a lot bigger, cleaner and comfortable than reality. The room was very tired and dusty. The hotel staff need to learn to speak English asap. The surrounding area was creepy and I didn't feel safe walking around alone at night when I returned from the sightseeing. Definitely not good value for money. For when we got, we would be happier paying a lot less than what they were charging. 2 stars being generous.

Just a surprise. I arrived at this hotel for my honeymoon stay and was suprise with a cancellation without any previous information. Booked from Accor website and still valid from Accor website. Left to my own luck without a room. Staff is terrible!

This will be one of the worst places you will ever stay. Rooms are TINY. The hotel is in the ghetto. The a. C. Was non existent. The shower was so small that my shoulders were hitting the surround. I could not touch my toes without hitting my head. Awful place.

Good location near all the transports, close to the sights to visit.
Small room, but good bed and this is the main. Bathroom small but clean all tiled, nice. Laundry changed every day. Average household (dust under the bed). Friendly staff. Hotel OK.

The reception is great and the room quite nice, flunking the breakfast is the service.

Great Location and Friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated but otherwise clean and roomy. Only major issues are not having an airport shuttle even though they show having on on all the travel sites, and another issue is having to hand back the key every time going out which was a bit strange and with no in room safe made me have to keep my passport and cash on me when leaving the hotel. I would recommend staying here if you want a true sense of Italy outside the tourist attractions however keep in mind it's an extra 30€ for transportation to the airport via train so I'm sure there is cheaper accommodation.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Clean rooms and nice breakfast. Only complaint was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and nowhere to get one in the hotel after breakfast. Apart from that I couldn't fault it.

The hotel is located two blocks away from termini station and the Santa Maria Maggiore Church. The staff speaks Spanish, are very friendly. Restaurants and souvenir shops are located near the area. Rooms are comfortable, just drop dead after touring Rome all day. When I got to the room it was not neat, personal shipping immediately someone to fix it. Breakfast is cereal, fruit, cake of various flavours, bread, coffee, juice, you can spend the morning with him. At night when the restaurants have closed the area feels a bit lonely. Preferred.

The hotel in general very cute! I was in the area separate from the hotel, which was almost new, very quiet. The furniture was new. The Wi-Fi was more or less. The breakfast was very basic. The hotel is in an excellent location, less than two blocks from Termini! Super recommended!

Clean and safe hotel, with friendly staff, good breakfast and great location. Main terminal for trains and buses 2 minutes away. Nice little trattoria across the road, and the Coliseum is less than 20 minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Having said that, it is a 3 star hotel, so it doesn't have things like a laundry service, but there is a laundromat around the block, 11 Euros for a load of washing, washed and dried, drop off and pick up an hour or so later. It doesn't have a house restaurant, but there are any number of places to eat within a short distance. When we return to Rome, we will definitely be booking in here again.

The hotel is not bad, this gluing next to termini (perfect for buses, underground etc. )
He breakfast not is very beyond, pastries (juice, cereal milk chocolate Cappuccino pastries yogurts. ) the service is very environmentally friendly.
Rooms at the hotel could not see them, they sent us to JFK House (rooms but across the street) are OK, a bit small, minibar Cabinet desk, TV, twin bed, heating, air conditioning, bath is big and beautiful.
When we arrived there was some other hair on the ground and in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi at times, is a shit wanting to plan the day without internet (closing hours, price…) receptionist solution was to come and reset the router, but nothing, sometimes OK sometimes not. We had to go to the common area of the hotel to be able to look at something, (on the other side of the street).
The garbage is just out of the gate.
Moreover, if I return to Rome, I will try to find another hotel, not by which East this evil, (this right) if not I think that there may be something better for the price.
