The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel was a dump and the photos on the website are misleading as to the current condition of the place which has not been maintained for a long time. The bathroom had a leaking toilet and leaking bath that flooded the bathroom floor when you had a shower. There was mould on the walls and the paint was peeling. The room did not have a telephone or safe as advertised and the bar fridge did not work. The carpets had not been washed in years and you dare not walk around barefoot to avoid getting any kind of desease. We complained about the condition of the room and they moved us to another room which wasn't any better but at least this room had tiles on the floor and not carpet. The advertised breakfast was a joke offering only ceral, toasted bread, croissants and tea or coffe. This hotel is advertised as a three star but in actual fact is a 0 star and should be closed down as it's a risk to the publics health and I personaly would not let my dog even stay there.

All negative. Dirty, no hot water, no heating, cold, lots of noise in the street, humidity, very poor breakfast, no bulbs, we charged rates as if we were in a hotel of 5

Poor quality Hotel. If there were controls it would be closed and then restructured. I stay at this hotel the first of October 2017 paying as soon as I arrived early in the stay because they said that my card had a problem belied a few days after I did do the checks. Then they give me a small room with scratched walls and falling plasters, the small bathroom also with bathtub. The shower was fixed without siphon, when it opened splashed water of Apertutto.
The lights in the room only worked one, even after warning, nothing had changed. I wanted to leave, but I stayed because I just needed to sleep in when I had to stay all day outside. The breakfast was very small The staff and their kindness were a good one. The rest and not to come back again.

Good accommodation for the price you pay. Very picturesque.

I am totally disappointed by this hotel. On the day of our arrival they informed us that there would be construction works in the area of the property and there would be no water for the period of our stay. So we cancelled our reservation but they refused to refund us the money because the reservation was non refundable. I guess this is their way to make a living. Be careful if you decide to book a room in this hotel.

The service I got was way better than the ther reviews say. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room didn't have too much luxury, but what is expected from a 3 star hotel. For breakfast we could choose between toast, croissant and cereal. We always got coffee when we were eating breakfast. Overall a good hotel for the price and better than the reviews do suspect.

Only positive note… a few steps from Termini station. Old rooms, dirty bathrooms, poor service.

Very good value for money, great location, exquisite staff, felt like family. Do not be fooled by the negative reviews, I myself was hesitant when I booked, instead we had a great time, certainly not a luxury hotel, but it is clean and quiet and breakfast is a classic breakfast with cappuccino brioche of pastry slices Butter and jam biscuits. Considering the fact that you are in Rome in a convenient area the prices are more than convenient. We were delighted and we are ready to go back.

Rooms with old furniture little cleaning from when you arrive until you go away do not change towels there are samples x cleaning staff, in the bidet there is no hot water in the shower cubicle with plastic curtain. In the room gives you the feeling of suffocation, very uncomfortable TV position. The things that were fine the kindness of the staff breakfast enough, the location great for moving. I recommend it for those who have to stay for more than 2 days.

I stayed here for two nights. Had horrible experience. The staff was really rude and the room was in utterly poor condition. The lights were not working and on top, the bathroom door lock was completely broken as the bathroom door did not even close. Complained about the room several times but the staff acted as if they do not care at all. The neighbourhood was quite questionable and dodgy. The breakfast included was absolutely terrible. Even the coffee served was not proper and was cold. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel can ruin your rome experience pretty badly.

In going to put it simply. Horrible The staff was very rude and uncooperative. The rooms werent clean. The bathroom door was broken and when I asked them if I could get another room they bluntly replied NO. As for fixing the bathroom door they kept assuring me everyday when I inquired that the technican was on the way. Apparently he couldnt even arrive in 3 days. The breakfast was horrible as well no guessing. The coffee was cold uf you can even call what they served as coffee. Never would reccommed anyone to stay here. Joke of a 3 star rating.

Our room was on the 5th floor with a broken air conditioner, unsafe plugs, no phone, a broken shower (no wall mount for the shower head), mold all over the room and 75+ degrees in the room. We complained about the air conditioning and we were put in another 5th floor room. This room air conditioning was also broken but this time there was no shower curtain. All the other stuff I listed earlier was bad in this room too. None of the staff spoke English enough to communicate. They all referred is to the manager who was never there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Consider that the area already if it is old and does not therefore affect the vacation desired because the hotel is very cosy and has some damage but not enough to ruin your vacation. Very friendly staff and nice other point regarding the hotel is very well located barely 10 minutes walk from the most emblematic places of Rome.

Very centrally located and you can actually all the beautiful places to walk. Unfortunately, you can get to the rooms nothing sensible to say. We have actually in every room mold and a giant water stain in the Bedroom. Disappointing unfortunately. The Breakfast is so bad that we decided to have morning no longer stand up and rather be out at one of the countless sidewalk cafes for something to eat.

I've stayed in the hotel for two night and didn't like it at all. Although the position is good, the condition of the room was really bad. Don't recommend.

Lousy place, very dirty room, was broken a few lights and door and not changed it in what were there. Lousy reception the deal and very rude.

Decent value. It is located behind the termini and the area is a bit sleazy. There are no Italians in the area, zone logically very dirty because near the station. Very nice lobby, rooms dirty, dusty floor. If you want to save money and stay in a central albeit seedy cmq, book but buy alcohol to disinfect everything.

I've lived there with my friends. In the first room the toilet was broken. We told about this to the administrators several times. Only in the next day they give us another room. First room was on 3 floor and it was so uncomfortable and there was no carpet on the floor! Second room was on 5 floor and it was much better.
