My boyfriend & I had booked this place due to it being close to terminal station, however, I would NEVER book a room here again. We had a late check in of 22€ for being there at 10:10 pm, the water was FREEZING & wasn’t even able to take a shower due to this, it said it included free breakfast which was 2 croissants & Juice boxes which was not what was advertised. Then to state lastly, I received bed bugs, bites all on my upper body from staying here. We had notified the person in charge & due to us being upset about these problems he hung up on us. It was very poor accommodation to stay in, & very poor service. I would recommend staying at a different place to get your moneys worth.

Horrible hotel as:- 1. Cleanliness was taken for granted. 2. OK manager, 25 Euro Fee CHARGED at late check in which was not justified 3. Breakfast was non existent. 4. Toilet was VERRRY Small and unhygienic. But only benefit was proximity to Roma Termini Railway Station.
