Rude and unprepared staff.

Excellent restaurant service, followed and organized with skill and sympathy by Riccardo. Clean air-conditioned and quiet rooms.

Absolute fantastic. I enyoyed every moment on my stay. The breakfast us delicious.

We paid for the Valentine's Day offer which in addition to the overnight stay included a "romantic 3 course dinner with water coffee wine and dessert included, welcome spritz and background music". Our dinner was a heated pasta with ready gravy and an inedible cutlet that looked like it had been cooked 3 days before. Not to mention a police check at 4 a. M. Left talking loudly for more than an hour in the hallway.

The heating is on permanently hot and not able to be turned down? The fan in the bedroom is very noisy and the speed is unable to be adjusted. It keeps me awake all night!

Rooms are very small and very noisy at night. … you can hear people in next room.

Great hotel, with a fairly comfortable room, large bathroom, hearty and hearty breakfast. Great location, very close to Termini station. They accept small dogs. The only flaw does not have a parking space.

Great hotel would definately recommend. Thanks to Adriano in the bar who has been great, and all the staff who are really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

Both beautiful bright rooms as well as small rooms very dark because overlooking an inner "courtyard". The air conditioning in the rooms is not the most efficient but we sleep well. Have a nice breakfast.

Lovely, clean hotel & extremely helpful and polite staff, great location — although didn't feel completely safe walking back late at night. Room was ok for just two people, however we were based at the side of the hotel and our window was on the fire escape therefore we had no natural light or view — can't fault this too much as hardly any time was spent in the room. Great options for breakfast and at the bar for happy hour. Overall had a good experience here and would stay in the same hotel again!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work for the first 3 days so we did not get good sleep. On the last day it was repaired and all was well. The beds were comfortable but the room and bathroom were very small.

Maybe I was unlucky with the room (they gave me that pe disabled) so my judgment can be distorted. However the comforts are limited, the room not clean The old furniture and accessories. Shower malfunctioning. Breakfast little varied, no one asked me if I wanted a coffee (other than the one of the machine that was bad) I had to complete at the bar.

Great location, easy walking distance to colosseum and Trevi fountain. Rome was pretty hot when we were there though and our suite did not seem to have air conditioning. Breakfast was decent and beds were okay. Best part of the rooms were definitely the bathrooms; very clean and modern.

Decent room but area near train station is a bit scary. Some street people had a permanent encampment 2 meters from the front door. Characters lurk in the shadows after dark. There are other hotels on brighter lit streets that I would choose next time.

I was there for central Location work at hotel terms which I suggest for work but not for family holiday…

Best place to stay in Rome, very near to termini, excellent staff and decent rooms. Special mention of the front desk staff who was very helpful and attentive to all our requests.

Very good location near the train station. Very friendly and welcoming. On the other hand the room for a four star was better expected of the sewers in the bathroom, noisy heating that does not heat! The TV needed a tray + 5 to turn it on. But otherwise it was going to bed comfortable and for the breakfast buffet. Was top well stocked.

The hotel is very well located next to Termini station. The room was very clean. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. To be booked on Internet promotions.

Close to train station. Nice looking hotel that offered a glass of wine upon arrival. We reserved a basic hotel room since we didn't plan on being in it much. We received a clean but small room with a double bed and a larger bathroom than the last hotel. Water was hot, bed so firm but soft I slept like a baby. The next morning I went to look out the window and realized the glass locked but not the grates. We ended up switching rooms for security reasons. Next run was considerably bigger by European standards. Two twin beds and a shower twice the size of a shower stall. The hotel considered this an upgrade… It was on the street side of the hotel. 4 hours of sleep and I'm up writing this review. It's noisy (I'm wearing ear plugs, didn't in the last room) & bright from street lights or train station. The fire alarm above the bed blinks brightly every 5 seconds. Hopefully I can get back and stay sleeping. Hopefully the included breakfast doesn't have fishy tasting eggs again. If so, the bacon, yogurt and abundance of bread products are enough to help someone who can eat bread hit their carbs for the day in one sitting.

I've been there for 2 nights on a business trip and was given the smallest room in the Universe, although my booking said "double room with single occupancy". I arrived very late at night so just collapsed in my bed. The next day they offer to change the room with one that was marginally bigger. In this second room the towels in the bathroom were more like kitchen cloth to dry you hands very thin and small. Ask the reception to provide proper towel before I went out for dinner, they said yes but found the same delivered in the room — which is very odd, maybe they didn't understand what I was requesting. Long story short, if you travel single make sure you get a proper room as per you booking. Breakfast was OK and personnel tried to be helpful.

3 stars for this 4 star hotel because the heating was always on and the windows opened to an inner court that did not give any cool. But the beds were big, nice and soft. The bathroom was basic, but comfortable with bath and toilet. So it wasn't a horrible experience at all. All tourist places are nearby.

Ariston Hotel is the best for service, cleanliness & value, We enjoyed a great
weekend for two nights, travelled with family.
The Hotel is close to the station just for 2 minutes walk to Termini.
I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back soon.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Some rooms are adapted to doubles although the space would not allow it and so they become very uncomfortable.
Often in the rooms there is no support for the suitcase. The Wi-Fi does not always manage to cover all the rooms.
From the toilets outside they come out unpleasant smells that you warn as soon as you enter the room.
The credit card is not accepted for the payment of the tourist tax.

The hotel is very well located in a lively area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room 702, on the top floor, overlooks a very quiet inner courtyard, which is nice for sleeping. The breakfast is very diversified, in salty and sweet, with even a small pastry surprise in the middle of service.
We highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to return!

Just come back from a city break at Hotel Ariston, staff were lovely, very helpful. Hotel was clean and well presented and the room was beautiful, with lovely, comfy beds. Would definitely recommend to others, you won't be disappointed.

We have just returned from a 5-night stay at the Ariston Hotel. The rooms are well maintained, less than a 5-minute walk from the modern Termini station. Welcoming and dedicated staff. Lunches are very
good, there's something for everyone! Several restaurants around and most importantly, several sites are within walking distance of the hotel which is a plus to visit Rome. I recommend.
