Wow! You hardly find places that look as good as they do in pictures. This B&B is absolutely fantastic. The room is laid out wonderfully. The view is fantastic. And one of the best parts was Beatrice! She met us at the door, helped with the luggage. Then gave us a tour, explained how to get in and out, even had a map and showed us how to get to our tours! I would stay here over and over!

Beatrice is so nice and always there to help you. If you want some directions just ask her and she will happy to help you. (She’s always in a good mood) And ofcourse a very Lovely hotel and very clean aswell.

The rooms are very cozy, modernized, and centrally located for most attractions in Rome, I called the manager at the hotel for early arrival and directions after my train arrived and she accommodated my needs with great charisma. Walking distance from 3 shopping districts as well.

Stayed for my husbands birthday and it was wonderful. Beatrice was the best host. Ideally located and finished to a very high standard. Also breakfast was very good. We hope to stay again soon.

This place is a gem! I wish we could have stayed longer but we’ll definitely be back! The rooms are remodeled and modern and the beds are the most comfortable in all of Italy! We wrapped up a 2 week stay all over Italy and this place wins in bed comfort and softest sheets! Which is incredibly important when traveling and jet lagged. Also Beatrice is so helpful and kind.

Beatrice, you were sweet, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us out, especially when I hurt my foot. The room was nice, too. Thank you for your hospitality. :)

Nice and clean rooms Fair price and good service.

One of the best place we have ever been. 5 minuts walking to the city center and few steps to Vatican City.
Room was big, clean and charming. For any issues, just ask and follow Beatrice’s advises. We will back again for sure. A really big thank you from me and Martin.

This hotel is phenomenal. Best customer service ive experienced in Italy. The room itself was gorgeous and affordable when we booked it. Close to the Vatican. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

Wonderful stay in the center of all the things we wanted to do while in Rome.

In the Centre of Rome, with affordable prices for the most beautiful city in the world, and with room for crazy, really special (it's also a matter of taste, no doubt). This is the hotel that I always recommend to friends who are in the capital, is a security and makes me do a fine figure:-)
Do I need to book with some advance, but that's normal. We are in Rome.
