Some things to consider before making your choice:-bed was not washed-the shower did not provide hot water-Wi-Fi: not functional-air conditioning: not functional.

Two days in the triple room: all ok, rooms clean, breakfast is good in the central area. Receptionist polite and helpful.

Very friendly staff — always ready to help out when needed! It’s located in an apartment building on the second floor and quite close to the center. Only one metro stop from central station. Great for visitors who like to keep it simple and don’t like too many other guests, since there are only a limited amount of rooms. A nice little breakfast buffet with all the essentials (Eggs, cereal, toast, Joghurt etc, ). The rooms and reception were kept very clean and nice looking. They offer a shuttle to take you to and from anywhere. The only downside is the very weak water pressure in the shower. It takes twice as long to shower because of this. I recommend staying here for people who like to keeping lowkey.

Capitolium Room have a good room but the service is very fair, every day I need to call because the room service forgot a piece in my room. The clean of the room is not perfect and the moquette of my room have a badge smeel. At the end the breakfast is various and abundant.

Late check-in costs 10€ and it is NOT reported on booking. Since the cancellation is not free, it feels very dodgy. Rooms are nice and the staff is very professional.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. We booked three nights but they gave us a room in anther building far away for 2 nights. The room was quite noisy and the electricity was failed at least three times. We have to cross roads to have our breakfast. The last night we moved to this hotel and we found all the 6 rooms on their website were in the same building. We felt cheated because the receptionist told us that noisy room also belonged to their hotel. We believe that we were sold to another very cheap hotel for overbooked reason. How can people do business like this even without an alert? By the way, the internet didn't work well in both room.

Good stay value for money.

Nice and quiet place to stay in Rome. The girl at the desk is very welcoming and this b&b is close to the historical center, but in a quiet popular area. Only 5 minutes to the Republic's square, few minutes to Castro Pretorio metro stop. The room was clean, nice and confortable. We enjoyed the breakfast too, simple but various. I recommend it :)

The room and beds were fine, Breakfast a little cramped, but I would Stay here again, it is Central and in the environment you can go eat good food and drink. The house Taxi in any case, prefer one for yourself to order — the house offered is far too expensive!

Booked for one night — had a discount of 70%, most likely due to a one-day hole. The hotel rejected 3 credit cards under the pretense that they're out there not registered. Thereafter cancelled the booking without notice. And of course after that, the room appeared full price.

Great service, peaceful location, close to Termini and good value, would stay again.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, friendly staff, the staff always helpful to notify you of a neighborhood or stroll according to your desires.

The hotel is located at the 2nd floor of a building, in a very quiet street. It is close to Termini station, 2 metro stations and bus stops. Our room overlooked a large garden. The availability of the staff that we recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood.

Nice nice! The city is always fascinating, and if you are staying in a small hotel friendly, Central, with a professional and always helpful. The Roman holiday may be great. I recommend it.

The Capitolium Rooms is a charming little hotel in the heart of Rome. Very close to the main train station and to the most important city sites. It has one particular, very important, quality and that is the genuine roman hospitality. Italian breakfast, free internet, info point service, booking service and mostly everything one needs to make his stay confortable and well planned. It is a clean hotel with a nice tea area and impressing paintings. Have a nice cup of coffee in the lobby and enjoy the city.

Strategically placed for visiting Rome, a few minutes ' walk from Rome Termini station, the hotel offers rooms with all comforts. Friendly, engaging and truly qualified, we felt pampered! great restaurants and eateries in the neighborhood. From Termini station buses for sightseeing tours of the city (which I recommend taking, with $21, 00 you can turn around for 24 hours, get off and re-Board at various stops)
