Great welcome, in a stable held very well, served by elevator a beautiful view on the walls of the Vatican.
Truly close to St. Peter's Cathedral and very close to the square of the resurgence, terminus of several bus and tram lines. 3 minutes from the Octavian stop of the metro line A. And it is not difficult to find parking space around its blocks. We were very lucky to find it right in front of the front door of the B&B in the shade of a large tree.

Excellent quality price and good breakfast very decent lady.

Clean, good breakfast, 200 metres from the vatican museums and st. Peter's basilica. Very good price!

I also, like others, have given 3 stars to QuestonB&B simply for the location, very close to the Vatican and public transport, and for cleaning. For the rest I must say that the room was very noisy as it looked on the road and in front we had the kitchen where the owner hurried his chores and so it was inevitable not to hear the voice of people. Also the breakfast consisted of dry products, (all packed) and tea, coffee and milk, finished by other customers, we had to solicit them to the lady. Something "fresh" type fruit yogurt or bread, would have made a difference. Even the payment methods were not clear: we wanted to pay with Pos but we were denied despite being present and running the ATM.

Good property at a good price.

Very clean and comfortable structure. The owner is very helpful and sociable. There are no scheduled times and breakfast is offered to all guests. Besides this it is in a very convenient position, very close to the Vatican and the Metro. The advice.

We stayed from February 28th to March 2nd. Changed Room 3 times in 10 minutes, the first was not ready, the second was wrong (however not made and with a pungent indefinite odor), the third is the right one but still to be done. The maid invites us to stay to settle down and rest (but the room was still as had been left by previous guests, then bed unmade, bathroom used, bottles of soft drinks on the desk) we decline the invitation and rest only the backpacks. At the registration the lady asks us 15 euros each day to have the bathroom in the room, okay, I seem a tad excessive for a bath of 1 meter for 1 meter, but it's fine. We return from the first lap of Rome, the room is clean, tidy, perfumed and equipped with clean and well-placed wipes. We decide to go out again for dinner and on our return we discover that someone came into the room, letting us find a third bed (we still ignore the motivation as it was the first day of 3, so there was not even urgency to prepare the room for Next guests), truthfully this lack of privacy has slightly annoyed me but it's fine. Being Bed & Breakfast is assumed a breakfast in the morning, well, of this not even the shadow, not even mentioned the lack of it by the owner. Do two stars per location (attached to the Vatican and easily reachable) and for cleaning the room (once taken possession of it).

I stayed for a couple of days with my girlfriend in this adorable B&B, holder host and hand, breakfast excellent, rich and varied, very large room, renovated, bright, view on the center of Rome and important thing, private bango. The Vatican was a snap of the fingers, in short B&B recommended.

A total suck! The only positive factor is that it is directly outside the Vatican walls, and that the rooms are clean. We stayed at this property via a smartbox and when we arrived we were charged a surcharge for the bathroom in the room, obviously without receipt. They moved us 3 time from the rooms, for one reason or another. (Work, bathroom not working, people who had to arrive and who needed our room! ).
Shortly after being arriving we contact the owner by phone, saying that we were making too much noise, so we had to lower our voice, as the lady near was complaining.
I state that we had arrived for about 30 minutes, I was on the phone with a person, my partner was disfan the suitcases.
Now I want to know what the heck of a fuss we were creating…!
The morning of breakfast we go down and we are in front of a scene to say the least unseemly. The lady in question was making her hair from the hairdresser coming on purpose for her, and she made the fantastic courtesy of going to serve us the milk with the towel full of hair (of course), resting on her shoulders. The room was not that of a B&B… but more than any other house, without the slightest foresight of the clientele. Low-level breakfast, with snacks (1 type only), packaged and subbranded, pickles of Nutella open, milk only a cup brought directly from her. I've shot many B&B and I've never seen anything like this before… Incredibly horrible experience.

I give at least two stars because at least one roof over his head we had. Bad organization. Booked through a smartboxe we still had to pay a pricey fee, because we were told that the room was not available, in this supplement however we will have had the bathroom in the room. But the bathroom in question was broken so we were placed in another room without bathroom in the room. Obviously for the extra money we gave him, including the sojourn tax, there was no receipt or receipt. The only positive note about this B&B is the place, right in the center… for everything else…

Very good location and the only star I put is attributed to this factor. For the rest: intrusive staff (among other surprises to spray the Igienizziante on the sheets instead of changing them), poor breakfast, at moments did not deliver the tax receipt of our stay. On the other hand a lady of 80 years is not able to manage a Bed & breakfast!

I stayed two nights. The rooms are very clean The staff was very helpful Breakfast with a wide choice. Great area and great prices.
I will definitely go back.

Alex bed and breakfast in Rome is a perfect accomodation for such reasons like localisation, nice environment and a lovely host lady. It is situated right in the heart of the Vatican just a five minute walk from Saint Peter's. The rooms are newly redecorated and you can use the kitchen if you need it. For breakfast different kind of biscuits, cornettos and fresh bread was served with jam, honey and nutella.
