Ottima location vicino Termini. La particolaritá ke rende questo albergo speciale é Nadia the cleaning lady from Russia. She takes care of everybody. She is kind en helpful u can ask everything she wil try to find always a solution.

Don't expect a hotel, it's a room in an apartment, you won't find a sign but a simple doorbell that rings in the void since there is no receptionist, you have to contact him by phone to welcome you. As soon as you enter this building the trash cans are at the entrance. Once in the apartment, you disappoint even more the room looks beautiful and equipped but then dirty, non-functional the hot time to start, the floor is dirty, the minibar empty and inexpensive, the safe not functional, the old-fashioned heating and obviously the walls are very thin so if your neighbors have decided to exclaim be indulgent. Plus paying 130 for 3 nights with a tax of 21 is just a shame compared to the scam that this represents. I come to breakfast me who absolutely wanted the hotel with breakfast included so there was scandalous already we bring it back to the room because take it in their small room on plastic chairs not thanks, so undrinkable coffee, croissant in bag, a piece of bread not fresh, an industrialized orange juice of a suspicious color, just disgusting what! The housekeeper accidentally threw away my lens case I inform the manager and you can imagine that he simply directed me to an optician in the vicinity of course, the costs remain my responsibility. Otherwise at the foot of the building you find unhealthy people, thieves, drug addicts, alcoholics fortunately that I was accompanied by my husband I could not have stayed there otherwise.
Really pathetic stay.
