➜ What a disappointment! I visited this B&B with my husband during our weekend in Rome following the many positive opinions of other users. Uncomfortable bedding. Room full of humidity (if you do not leave the AC in dehumidifier mode and suddenly you are super cold because there is no heating in the room — you wake up in the morning with the Windows dripping). Towels that have not been changed for 3 days do not dry! We left with all our stuff that stinks of moisture. There are also plenty of mold stains that appear on the walls and ceilings.
Sound insulation for the whole, you hear all the conversations of your neighbors who during our stay were particularly noisy.
Breakfast really limited. Only pastries (which are from the previous day) and cakes that are much too sweet. No fresh bread. Biscuits or bread crumbs, but no butter or spreading dough. It also lacks a dishwasher in the kitchen. So everyone does their dishes but it's not clean (one cup on two not clean). It makes a cold of duck also in the kitchen because not at all heating…
There would still be a lot of negative points to cite (hot and cold in the shower, lack of cleanliness, etc. ) but I will stop it otherwise there is enough to write a novel!
The only positive thing is the proximity to good restaurants in the neighborhood, the Metro is not far, and especially the Vatican is a few pats!
Very clean, modern accommodation. Air-conditioning good. Location perfect as a base for sightseeing. Lots of local restaurants and bars and ice cream shops. Vatican city next door. My only quibble is the breakfast, which is a small buffet of pre-packed stuff. Ideal if you are just wanting a bed for a few nights. Would stay here again. Recommended.
