Very comfortable Hotel, professional prefects and very cozy.

The rooms were clean, just like the bathroom. The staff was very friendly in the deal. The breakfast is super full and the girl who attended the breakfast was very friendly. It is accessed by stairs and then by elevator. On the way out of the hotel to the right and then to the left is a restaurant that is one of the oldest in Rome. Good location.

The 5 stars are due not to who knows what luxury services you will find in this Hotel, but at the excellent value for money and the great location in which it is located. Old Palace, renovated interiors, TV, Wi-Fi and good breakfast; Rione Monti, next to the Viminale, quiet area Also in the evening, full of shops, bars and trattorias, close to bus and metro stops, the center is also accessible with a nice walk. Recommended.

The hotel is at the second floor. Comfortable and clean. Unfortunately it has no a/c or something for extra heating in the winter.

Good for class or short 1-3 night stays. Not so much for longer than that. Due to its popularity with college classes travelling abroad for studies, you'll find that the incredibly poorly sound-isolated doors will do a poor enough job at isolating that you question whether there was even a door there in the first place — at least when the classes are noisy, which they will be well into the night. While I've seen reviews of friendly staff, if like to say that me, my friends and others all (ALL) had very mixed results from staff. Some are nice and professional. Others look like they'd rather be on the other side of the planet, and simply asking for a key to your room because you forgot yours in your room can result in a guy behind the desk practically swearing at you and stomping around the floor for incredibly small inconveniences. I think he forgot why he was hired there in the first place. Beds are not the comfiest in the world, but come on, what else are you gonna get for a price like this? Bottom line, nothing hurts when you wake up and if you're the type that likes feeling the springs of the bed like me, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Included breakfast is simply croissants covered in sugar from the local supermarket. Juice is great, though! Overall a good stay, if a little inconsistent in terms of staff.

Friendly service, and you get what you're paying for. I'm not sure what other places in Rome are like, but the security was a little too relaxed.

Good price to quality. Rooms are a bit small and some of the personele could be a bit more enthoustiastic. The rooms do come with a small fridge to keep your drinks cool and the airconditioning makes sleeping mid-summer more tolerable. The optional 5 euro breakfast bufet is a good way to start your day on a cheap het filling metal. But if you like to sleep in, I sugest eating breakfast someplace else for it is only serves untill 09:30 a. M. The location is pretty nice of you need a hotel near the traindtation. Its about a half hour walk to the good stuff.

Good value for money, close to the main monuments. Breakfast OK The staff is nice. Air conditioning and refrigerator in the room.

Very central: From there it is easy to get to the sights, as well as to the subway.
Clean: The room was cleaned every day and there were new towels every other day.
Food: The breakfast is quite adequate. Toast, cornflakes and yogurt are to be found every morning. Also for coffee ect is taken care of.
Staff: The staff is very nice and always tries to help if you have any questions.
Negative: There were no proper blankets. Unfortunately only a fireproof blanket which was very rough and hair to be found there.
You didn't come into the house with a key in the evening, but always had to ring.
On the whole we were happy to see the unbeatable price at this location.

Clean rooms with air conditioning, new furniture, comfortable bed. Daily room cleanup, towels changed once at 2 days. Room was small but for sleeping was just enough (room 139). Continental breakfast with coffee, cappuccino or hot chocolate included. Free Wi-Fi in lobby with good download/upload speed. Room Wi-Fi for 3 Euro per day. Very nice and helpful stuff. Help me to buy tickets for Colosseum and Roman Forum with skip the line from Coopculture. Close to most tourist attractions by walking: Termini (10 min), Roman Forum (10 min), Colosseum (15 min), Trevi Fountain (10 min), Metro Station — Piazza della Republica (5 min).

Very nice hotel, the personnel is really kind and was a top choice for the price. Good position, 10 minutes walking from the colosseum. I'd choose it again.

We stayed four nights in this hotel. On the website they say there are 6 rooms, but there is a 7th room without a roomnumber oposite to room 6 as the receptionist informed us. Our advise never ever book this room, it is horror, no windows, dirty room, a 'bathroom' of 100x200cm, using the toilet you are with your knees under the wash tub etc. Next day we got a room in new morpheus and this was ok. Breakfast was ok. Employees were ok. What I still can't understand that a hotel owner dares to book customers in a horror room as room 7 is.

Very nice we did all the sights walk the later being the Vatican 40 min foot 4kms hotel clean staff friendly and speaks English french. Breakfast OK good value better is to take room near the reception because from the 7:30 means the espresso machine and the door slamming the morning matella comfortable room good bathroom good lift rustic it's nice I recommend strongly the hotel.

What you expect in central of Rome for this price and from a 2 star Hotel? Rooms are tiny but cleaned every day, there are towels in the bathroom. It is really a good choice if you want to discover Rome on food as everything is around with a 15-30 min walk. Staff are nice, bteakfast is fine and enough to start the day.

For the price it's OK: clean, comfortable, reception was nice and typical. The place is central. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights in a week-end if you are in Rome for other things than days in a palace.

This is truely a horrible hotel. I dont know where to start. The building it is in is terrifying. My girlfriend refused to get into the lift that was clearly centuries old. The hallways stank of sweat and had fake flooring. The receptionist was a weirdo, he just repeatedly muttered "Prego Prego! ". The vending machine didn't take euros it was so out of date. The room was a hell pit. No air conditioning and 40c outside. The shower overflowed, creating the water park experience. A nice selection of hair in the shower as well. The hotel staff accused me of having a water fight. Even tho iread a load of reviews on this that said all the rooms showers overflowed. There was ants. We were repeatedly harrassed by cleaners in the morning when all I wanted to do was sleep. I also was confronted by a ghost, I cant be sure but it seemed real at the time. No remote for tv. But no signal anyway. It was so bad I tried to kill myself.

We arrive at the hotel in the afternoon: unable to open the front door facing the street, it was necessary to wait for a customer to leave the hotel to be able to enter.
After taking a folk and dangerous lift, a maid takes us to our room: unable to open the door, we are given another room without telling us that it is more expensive.
At the time of paying the invoice we discover that the note is €150 higher than the quote worth contract, sent by Internet: we are told that it is because we took a more expensive room the other being inaccsssible.
In France this hotel would be downgraded and the manager would have a lawsuit.
