Great stay, comfy bed, clean, welcoming, modern and located in a strategic place at 5min from the metro stop. Highly recommended.

Convenient, within walking distance from center (30 min from di spagna, di trevi etc. ). Fabio, the owner, is very helpful and kind. The room is comfortable, it is better to ask for a room with bathroom inside.

Very comfortable room. The proprietor, my namesake super nice. He granted me entrance at night from home to deliver the key. Everything is very clean. As soon as I am back in the capital I will definitely go back.

New 2016… NO BIDET… but a nice shower head to the French restaurant will delight you… But all in all, comfortable beds. And Breakfast is self-service…

Great location, nice neighborhood (villa Torlonia with its beautiful park, two steps). Well served by public transport. Informal, relaxed atmosphere. Cleanliness and kindness. Plentiful breakfasts. I would say perfect for a roman holiday.

The property is located in an excellent location, 15 min from termini station and in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with air conditioning. In our case the toilet was outside the room, but it was still private, and so it was like having him in the same. The only thing that could improve is the breakfast, although abundant, was made up only of packaged products.

Great neighborhood, competitive prices just a pity the bathroom outside the room. CMQ recommended.

This B&B is great for either couples or groups, I have stayed there on several occasions now and never been disappointed. It is a 2 minute walk from Porta Pia, about 15 mins walk from the heart of the city The hotel is really clean, the rooms are cleaned each day. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel contains wineries and restaurant very nice.

Not to be missed! The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and neat furnishings: each one has its own style and different. All rooms are clean and tidy, and equipped with everything you need: bed linen and towels, mini fridge, satellite TV, spacious wardrobes and in each room there is a balcony that allows the brightness of the environment. The suite has a bathroom inside, but since I've been in the other rooms, I can say that despite having an outdoor bathroom, this is private and exclusive use; comes with everything you need (SOAP, hair dryer, bed linen etc. ) and is always very clean and cared for. It's quiet, little noisy and not far from the main catchment areas of the city, which is well connected by public transport. Also, being well served by public transport and is easily accessible from the main stations of Termini and Tiburtina. The welcome and service can't be faulted, the friendly staff and the owner always helpful and attentive to your needs. Excellent value for money. Absolutely recommended!

During my trip to Rome I chose this bed and breakfast for the price more than good. Each room is decorated in a different style, mine was very pretty and special. Linen, towels and sheets, are clean. The bathroom is clean and each room has its own staff, although it is not directly connected to the room but you have to cross a common passageway to get there. Breakfast is not very extensive, are not offered pastes or other craft products but only packaged products. The rooms do not have air conditioning but a fan to fight the afa romana.

I was in this bed and breakfast for 3 days and for the second time, advising to all my friends … I came back here because I found the service to be excellent. The rooms were spotless, great patio, master cute, friendly and very courteous. Located in a strategic area, is easily accessible from the city centre and the main attractions of Rome. Ideal place to spend unforgettable days in the eternal city.

The area is close to the metro and is full of places where you can spend the evening, without having to move too.
Even the so called defects are not such: the bathroom, although outside the room, is private and clean. Breakfast at the coffee maker offers a top quality coffee if is good weather you can have breakfast with our partner on the coffee table in the patio.
