Wonderful boutique hotel. Great atmosphere. Large rooms. Friendly staff. They are great with folks who do not speak Italian. Highly recommend it.

Nice location in Rome right across from the American embassy with a huge room, bathroom and closet. Cleanliness could have been a bit better though for the high price point.

Excellent and refined hotel in the centre of Rome: via Boncompagni is only four steps from via Veneto, Piazza Barberini, Piazza della Repubblica and Termini station. Great Reception and good meeting rooms. Very good breakfast.

Good, my experience at this hotel been great, excellent, good deal, a luxury breakfast there is a great variety of fruit, sausages, juices etc, it has dry sauna and spa and all are very nice, we come from Esapaña and they at all times have made us feel like in The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Quiet location Welcome to the top. It is a real palace that is largely above several 5 *. A special mention for Nando who enchanted us as soon as we arrived.

I purchased the coupon for 2 for the unlimited Spa (Jacuzzi + sauna) and light lunch. I chose this formula precisely because it allowed us to have unlimited access. But with our immense sorrow the water in the tub was just lukewarm. The temperature was too low! To the limit of bearable. I couldn't stand still, not to feel cold I swam all the time. Even worse when you left the tub, the temperature was cold. We were very disappointed. It makes no sense to put an unlimited formula and then create conditions that do not allow you to enjoy the service provided. That's incorrect. Of course you're half an hour away, and you go dead cold. As icing on the cake in the room they offer only two deckchairs and 2 armchairs. If, at the same time, two other couples enter you don't even know where to put your towel! Conclusion: I will never come back! And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Ps: To my boyfriend the next day came the Fever, thanks!

Magnificent hotel, excellent location, next to the Via Venetto. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the reception. Decor with pleasure and charm. To highlight the cleanliness, very careful. Highly recommended.

If this is your first stay in Rome this is a very safe and clean place to reside. It is in a nice, clean, quieter area (the US Embassy is across the street) of Rome. The rooms are in great condition and the staff are extremely helpful. Check in was straightforward and when the city taxi drivers went on strike as we were departing Rome the front desk proactively arranged transportation for us to the airport. It is a 20 minute walk to the main Rome attractions so not too far out.

We visited the restaurant on 5 September 2017 on a hunch and were so glad we did. Excellent food, very attentive staff and a wonderful setting in the rose garden. The chocolate fondant dessert with ice cream was to die for… was quiet must be one of those well kept secrets — but am happy to tell everyone!

Really nice hotel within walking distance to most of the popular places to visit. My only complaint is that there was a private event held at the restaurant garden area. The music was super loud until midnight and our room overlooked that area. It was impossible to sleep until the event was over. When I went to the front desk to complain about the noise and that we weren't notified beforehand they had absolutely no solutions and didn't give us any sort of compensation for the disturbance. Nice hotel but we had better accommodations other places on our trip with more helpful staff. We felt like true guests of honor at other hotels, here we were simply paying customers.

Currently staying at this hotel and it's amazing! We have only been here for one night and have been treated so well. The staff are warm and welcoming, our room is beautiful and clean I honestly can't fault it. Wish we were staying longer then 4 nights! Highly recommend :)

This hotel is excellent. The lobby is beautiful and spacious. There is a nice restaurant in an atrium and you can eat outside as well. The room is modern classic and is totally up to date and it has nice size. The neighborhood is lovely. It also has an indoor pool and sauna area. It is not too far from attractions but it's in a nice quite area. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's the nicest place I've stayed in Rome and I've stayed in around 10 hotels.

We stayed there in March for nine nights during our honeymoon. Lovely hotel and we thought the location was perfect. Close enough to major sites to walk to them but far enough where you had a peaceful place to rest each night. I would definitely recommend it!

I stayed at this property for professional reasons. Room accommodation excellent and sublime restaurant. Is located near the Center and one of the most affluent areas of the city. Congratulations.

Services as you were expecting from a 4 stars hotel. Everything was perfect, clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, friendly personnel and a good position if you intend to visit Rome and do some shopping in the nearby shops.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was very nice, open the window you can see the street. And United States Embassy across the street. Street is the Hotel Excelsior, more intimate and more valuable. The hotel is very clean, the room was large, staff very helpful, great. Hotel is located in the very beautiful location in Rome, in shopping malls, restaurants, and near the railway station. Night is safe.

I was recommended the hotel by the owners Family and reserved a room several months in advance. Upon arrival I was told thet the hotel was double booked and that the hotel would Place me in another hotel without expenses. I was very disappointed as my best friend had warmly recommended this hotel and I was eager to experince a Place owned by her relatives. Upon returning home I discovered the Rose Garden Palace had charged my credit card for 404 Euros for two Nights I did not stay at the Palace. I have contacted the hotel twice about this by mail and fax. I recommend all customers to be very careful about the transactions with this hotel. Four of us spent a long weekend at the Rose Garden Palace. Excellent hotel with clean rooms and great staff. Good location for all the sights. Great barman. Thanks for staying up for us when we got back to the hotel even though you were preparing the bar for breakfast.
