Lovely hotel, close to transport and terminal services.

A nice continental breakfast every morning, always plenty of choice, though husband moaned not tea to someone from Birmingham standards
No tea/coffee making facilities in our room, but you can come down to reception area and make a drink if you like
Room is a little warm at night and I needed to open windows for fresh air but room service fabulous always return from being out to a lovely and fresh room, bed made and clean towels etc

When guests have problems with noisy guests. I would expect management, to take some sort of action, considering I complained three nights on the trot… and nothing was done. Complaints were not even acknowledged… I got told well they leave tomorrow anyway. This is not acceptable in any way…

Great Location only 2 minutes walk from Termini. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Would highly recommend for a great base from which to explore Rome.

It's in a great location, breakfast was good, rooms and public areas are very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly, When I go back to Rome this would be my first choice of hotels.

Great location 5 minutes from the main train station rooms although small were clean and comfortable the staff were friendly and efficient and the buffet breakfast is superb would highly recommend for a city stay.

It's ok. Our room was clean amd modern but felt kind of dungeonish. View of trash and ghetto graffiti. Morning staff and Greek front desk staff were really nice. Night time guy was mentally absent.

Clean rooms, ordered at fairly affordable prices. Breakfast, from Italian is the big mole I found, missing a decent espresso. The property also has a bar open late, very convenient.

It was great staying here, the place is spotless. The staff are very helpful and attentive, the food was great too. The location was perfect for us and our exploration of Rome. The one small down side to the hotel is the area is situated could to with bit of a clean up and renovation as most of Rome does, but it's an ancient city I guess, but that shouldn't reflect bad on the hotel at all. I will be revisiting Rome and intend staying at this hotel again. Maybe some tea and coffee making facilities in the room would make this hotel even better!

Good location, rooms a bit small but you only go there to sleep anyway. Breakfast was good enough to set you up for the day. Staff were nice.

Great little hotel in a great location. Fabulous rooms and very comfy beds and great selection for breakfast. No coffee making facilities in the room but coffee making facilities in the bar area. Cappuccino, Latte etc etc freshly ground beans. Lovely staff and very helpful. Used by tourists and locals alike. We would stay again.

This is a lovely and clean hotel very close to the Termini station, so very convenient. There are many excellent restaurants in the area (Try Florian's and Donati's for sure) and a grocery store just up the street. As it is on a side street, Via Magenta, it is very quite. The room are nicely appointed and very clean. Pietro and Giuseppe were both extremely helpful behind the front desk, with lots of good advice. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Yes Hotel.

Great place to stay and very close to Termini Station which is handy for travel to and from the airport. Small place but well looked after and a great selection of food for breakfast. Coffee machines — real coffee — are on all day so you can grab one whenever. Our room had not much of a view but we are in Rome so I am not there to check out the view from my room. The benefit was that it was very quiet.

Location is great near railway, metro or bus stations. Rooms are clean maybe small but Rome is outside to explore. Breakfast could be better as fresh food had a wired taste.

Myself and husband had a 3 night stay in March 2018 lovely hotel, friendly staff who were very helpful, polite nothing to much trouble for them. Spotlesly clean, rooms done everyday. Close to central termini so great for getting around we walked to colosseum, pantheon, trevi fountain and spanish steps all easily within 30 minutes walk. Great place to stay would highly recommend.

Near Termini station, walking distance, clean hotel, friendliness, good breakfast. The room is not too much.

Great breakfast. My room was quite small, but had a good shower. For some reason it became uncomfortably warm at about 4.00am despite turning the radiator off and opening the window, this in first week of February! The air conditioning didn't appear to be working. Located only a 5 minute walk from Termini station it's great for access to public transport.

I've been there in 2015 and it was the best experience I had in my whole life! I spent there the best days of my life. Excellent location, close to every important sight seeing places in Rome, so close to termini station where you can take the metro to any place in Rome or train to any where in Italy. Very good breakfast and very helpful staff. I'm dreaming of going back again. ☺

Room below expectations.

The location is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The best breakfast, just fantastic. The room is fine although we didn't like it being away from the hotel (on the next door) and it was a ground floor. The shower presented some small problem to evacuate the water and the walls and doors of the room trembled every time someone used the outer door.

Small Hotel, next to Termini, although the room faced an inner courtyard, a lot of cleanliness, full breakfast, I would definitely repeat.

For the size of the hotel, small and comfortable with all the amenities you need for a few days stay in Rome, this is ideal. Very welcoming staff, rooms are clean and comfortable as is the bathroom. It's central to the Termini (5 minute walk) and most of the big attractions are in walking distance. Loads of eateries around. Would certainly consider coming here again.

Small but nice and clean Hotel. Termini area very close to the station, so not the maximum, but the facility is good. Breakfast space a little small but sufficient, prices often convenient.

My wife and I just recently visited the Yes Hotel, it was a place to stay. The front desk Agent were Great People to talk to; very helpful to all our questions, the room was clean, and the view was great. We recommend this hotel, it was very close to our favorite restaurant. Trattoria Grotta AMATRICIANA.

First it's not a luxury hotel and the reception looks very small. But everything works it's clean and the room was nice. We had a four bed room that was nice and quiet. Extremely quiet would I even say. The beds was to hard for our taste but that aside was it well worth the money.

Had a blast staying at this Hotel. It's a walking distance from Roma Termini and Fontana de Trevi. The shops and restaurants are nearby so there's no worry about last-minute shopping or dining. The room we got was exceptionally clean with adjacent kids' rooms and 2 showers! Noise can wake you up if you open the windows, but, that's part of Rome, I guess. The staff are always pleasant, the breakfast is very good and the place is clean. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Location location location, very close to termini station around 6 minutes. We chose it because of its proximity to the train station and we have to get up early to get to the airport via Leonardo Expires train to the airport. We got a room behind the breakfast area which is not too bad but it's considered basement as the room has no view to speak of, facing the basement of road next to train station.

Stayed with the family of 4 four. Nice and clean with okey breakfast. But don't expect a full hotel experience. The brakfast is in a small and crowded room and just acceptable for selection. Still it is centrally located and the room was clean and in good shape. Taking the into account how much we payed is it maybe a four.

Very close to the termini — under 5 mins walk, its badly signposted so look out as you walk up the street for a large hotel milani sign, yes hotel is opposite to that. Rooms were clean and tidy with working a/c and a large flat screen TV that had a couple of english channels. Breakfast was okay with a small selection of cold meats, cheese. Bread, cereal. Fruit etc. Staff on the desk were very keen to please and spoke perfect english.

Clean. Modern. Quiet. Reasonable Priced. Breakfast thrown in. Stumbling distance to the train station, tourist bus and metro. Definitely one of the better 3 star hotels. All good.

I just returned from my first visit to Europe and must tell you that I was pleasantly suprised at with my one night stay at Yes Hotel. There were 6 of us and all 3 rooms were great. I've heard many stories about tiny hotel rooms in Europe and equally tiny bathrooms. Yes Hotel have put all those stories to rest. While the room is somewhat small, compared to US standards, it was wonderfully appointed and had a very spacious bathroom (small shower though). The morning breakfast was a great start to our day. The location is very close to Termini Station. I would definitely recommend the Yes Hotel to all who are looking for a convenient location and lovely decor.

Yes Hotel Review We are a couple in mid 50’s. Stayed for 1 night only (Nov30-Dec1/09). Liked the hotel very much. Perfect location, easy walk with wheeled luggage from Termini. Not plushy, but functional. Locking safe with easy instructions on different languages. New windows cut the street sounds almost completely. Everything is new and working. Cloth warmer was a life-saver (we got wet due to rain). Very helpful staff starting with Marcello and later Joseph at the front desk, and finishing with cleaning lady who helped us with directions (do not know her name, she speaks Russian). Good solid breakfast included three or four different meat products, cheeses, absolutely incredible freshly made rolls, yogurt, sweet stuff, cappuccino, etc. It was enough to keep as alive till we got our meals on the plane about five hours later. On the way to the hotel, in the middle of the block, there is internet/telephone café. Call to the USA costs 10 cents a min. Convenient for those who do not use internet. We used our laptop and Skype, Definitely will stay again and would recommend to everybody. Marcello was busy with a customer when we arrived. I liked the way how he tried to satisfy the lady. Apparently she liked it too and for about 20 min did not let him go. He was very apologetic but could not start working with us because she talked non-stop to him and on her phone. They spoke Italian and I did not understand it, but it seemed she asked about same things all over again.
