Rooms not new but clean and in good conditions. Only a few rooms. The breakfast was in a near pub including orange juice, cafe and daily croissant. Quiet location and at 10 minutes from Termini by walk.

You cant call it hotel at all; Its a family organized guest house.

We stayed in this hotel from the 2nd to the 6th of October. Close to the colosseo on foot in around 10 minutes. Damiano, the owner is just awesome. He speaks French very well. Has given us all the tricks of the addresses to visit rome in a few days. The breakfast is very good and he was preparing us every morning with a sandwich ham and cheese … frankly, c is a very good address to visit rome. And near to the places essential to do everything on foot. Thank you to the owner for having us to help us and our little 3 year old girl to make us feel as at home in his hotel.

+ Nice cozy room with easy access to the central station in Rome. The lady who runs the place is quite friendly. — The lift can get a bit annoying, especially if someone were to forget to close the door fully.
