Clean and very friendly and helpful. I would repeat without hesitation. We felt like at home. Rooms very spacious and clean. Brought us every day the breakfast. Very happy.

Well, the position is excellent, although not much safe at night. It's hard to find it since there's absolutely no sign outside indicating the entrance. One should only rely on Google maps. Trust me on that, locals will not be able to help you unless they know the location for their own reasons. Reception is NOT 24/7, so if you need any help you have to call someone's private number (which you can find on your room's wall), which is not professional at all, I'm sorry. The staff, when there actually is someone, is kind. Prices are quite affordable, so if you need to save some money that's ok. Rooms are clean, they also serve breakfast at around 8 am. There's no breakfast room or such, they just knock on your door and give you a cappuccino, orange juice and a cornetto. Again, if you're expecting a continental breakfast you'll be disappointed. The main station (Rome termini) is 3 minutes away, walking. When booking mention when you are going to be there. Edit: just noticed some of the uploaded photos. That's scam. That's not the view you're going to have from your room.

Real nice place to stay, great location, with a ten minute walk to the metro. The room was very clean and we had all comforts needed during our stay! Also the breakfast was very nice with fresh orange juice, coffee, milk, sweets, croissant, bread, marmalade, biscuits! Great decoration of the room based on minimal inspirations! We will certainly choose this place to stay in future vacation! Highly recommended! Thanks a lot Roberto!

Very excellent service and Roberto was very accommodating. Location is very local and the decor is very modern. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Rome for a visit! The free breakfast is icing on the cake too! Very delicious.

4 hours of delay, they do not serve you with friendly to the tourists. And a poor service when asked for the refund.

Halal Indian food or kebab for Muslims. Delicious choice of food in a big portion. Love it!

The Termini Station, the heart of public transportation in Rome, is a key point when going to point B from A. As a tourist it was a bit hard for me when I wanted to catch a bus since there were no clear directions to the bus stations. Other than that the place is very good. While waiting for your option for transportation to become available, there are many stores to go shopping or just wander around. The staff is very helpful. There are also a few dining options too.

It is definitely the busiest station in Rome. Not only it is a subway station but it is also a train station. There are many ticket machines; however, they are quite complicated. You have to figure out which one is for subways, which one is for train. The price for taking the subway is cheap. If you can navigate their subway routes, you could save a lot in transportation. Many subway stops at tourist attraction spots.

The central railway station of Rome. The station is understandably pretty huge with lots of platforms. The display boards work fine and instructions can be found in English as well. It is almost always densely crowded and you need to watch for pick-pockets! Local ladies with puppet babies are roaming around all over to have a go at your wallets! Watch out! There are many many food stores and kiosks both inside and outside the station.

I had a great time, a very good reception, availability, dialogue, very clean in everything and very convenient from the station Roma Termini, thank you very much Mr. Giovanni. I highly recommend it.

Big station. At the end you have “ mercato” it’s a nice food corner with Italian tasty food. Costs are Slightly more than average. I wanna complain :) I reach the station with the underground. The directions to the trains are very good and visible. You need around 5 minutes to reach trains platform from the underground. So be read to walk. So, coming from the underground you will reach One Ling tunnel and and and SURPRISE : NO TIMETABLE in this tunnel. I passed through it and no timetables. Once you are UPSTAIRS you have huge luminous screens and you can check your platform. To improve: set TIMETABLES IN THE TUNNEL! I waste time to go up for this timetables. Like in the smallest train stations in Italy you can find old screens with arrivals and departures but in Rome none of them.

Your typical dormitory hostel. The location is great (right in front of Termini station), so perfect if you come or go with train. The hostel itself is nothing special, the rooms are ok, the beds acceptable for 1 night.

Value for money, lack of closet or even a cloth hanger in the room, clean and renovated.

We booked the hotel, but we had to go to another hotel (twice) when we arrived. It would have been good if they had informed us about this earlier.

The best host EVER! Nicola is such a Graceful man, that I have ever seen in my life! A real gentle man. And the apartment is fabulous, I definitely recommend everyone to try it!

From an architectural point of view it is a very nice station. All in all it is also pretty well kept. There are many shopping areas, restaurants, bars, direct access to Metro A and Metro B without the need to leave the station.

Very nice cozy place I would recommend it to everyone, then ke say Mr. Giuseppe as well as Calabrian as we made us feel like at home.

The Termini station has now reached levels of great excellence. Functional, beautiful, usable, clean. Pickpockets are put a little aside and are controlled. The shops, especially after the last opening of the hallway next to the tracks are beautiful effective.

Very chaotic and with quite an awkward access to the tracks. Beautiful and various the many shops present. Good connections to the city.
It is not equipped with a centre/medical Center on site and for a first aid you are forced to call an ambulance.

Convenient. Have a snack. Intelligent transport hub. At night it is not the safest place in the city.

Be careful while you are there, platforms and timings may change anytime. Even in last moment.

Be aware with the ticket machines — do not give change always, so please use the exact money.

Busy station but it closed at midnight. Homeless and other ppl that males feel u uncomfortable are a serious issue in this place. Not recommended to be there after midnight if u r a stranger here.

The station has great shops and eateries open late. The seating during the waits are very few. To enter the binary area there are people who control only if you have a ticket then it does not matter if it corresponds to the train, the trafficking and the class where you really should go up and in fact for this task there are the controllers on the medium. Often they are not updated in the sense that still must be shown the paper ticket and not enough code on the phone as with the controllers. Not checked the inside of bag, suitcase, jacket.

Went to the station to get a train ticket to the airport and the lady discreetly gave us first class tickets on the Leonardo express. Cost us twice as much for a train that nearly stopped a thousand times on the journey. The bus ride was faster and for a fraction of the price. Don't trust this station. When we first arrived some of the rudest employees ever who refused to guide us to the metro station.

Station conformed in a pretty good way, chaotic but it is in a metropolis so there it is, good services and staff… a flaw is the taxi area moved to the unique area while you could cover the exits at the extremes of the station itself in a more functional way. To get a taxi if you come from Civitavecchia you have to do the whole station to get to a blessed taxi.

Termini is one of the most beautiful stations I have ever seen. Majestic and daring. His shelter is fantastic. The students of architecture carried it as a subject of examination to static of the buildings. Its grandeur is well confronted with those of the nearby historic buildings. Inside distributed to the various floors, you find everything to eat, both to dress, and to read. It is a meeting point of different cultures. The Via Giolitti Gallery is a succession of different shops without a solution of continuity. You walk and you're kidnapped by the tails you see. The Times a live brick cruise are beautiful. The question then is how is it possible that only one road divides one world from another? The Via Giolitti starts to be a problem to go into.

Easily spotted and accessible, full of shops inside, full of distributors to buy tickets.

Best service for best price. Area was not so friendly though.

Inside the station is very good, plenty of cafes shops. And not just eateries, and up to Victoria Secret. Control on the entrance to the railway platform is minimal, the ticket can be displayed printout and in the smartphone.
But there are a lot of migrants, homeless people and other such personalities behind the station. Look for things in both!

The station is very careful. Clean bathrooms. You must pay 0, 50 euro cents to enter the service, but are impeccable. Trains are good. The station has markets, shops, and food services. I liked it.

Everything's great. Just opposite the termini, you can reach it in mere minutes. Innkeeper and co are Super nice and kind. There's a Kitchen and you can cook and make coffee etc. Room is big and clean. Shower is pressure is Hot and great. Dealbreaker, our room is situated exactly on one of the most rowdy area of termini. As I am typing this, deafening jump-out of your seat pop noises are occurring randomly under my window every 2 mins. I have sat thru at least 50 booms in 2 hours. (I am not exaggerating). There's is an overtly Rowdy zealous bunch of drunkards partying under our noses throughout our 3 nights stay. Its a shame cause I really liked this place a lot. But if I have heart problems I would have died a thousand times by now. Not to mention the din downstairs every now and then. I sincerely hope the folks here do some massive investment of their sound proofing cause it's really inhumane noise pollution. For those who have decided to stay here if you have your room on the reception side (rooms are split into 2 halves), better equip yourself with some decent ear plugs. (Or you can save your ear cleaning for half a year etc) Good luck!

Zero services, personal zero, pillow that was folded a thousand times as it was flat, in the bathroom soap in bottles already open and used by someone else, breakfast consisted of two bundles of biscuits, a juice in brick ace of a brand Unknown and two brioche in a transparent bag of which you do not even know the brand. No sign and rubbish to the entire door that the stench came up to the room. Gate almost impossible to open because it broke and ended the whole of the broken room impossible to open the doors.
I will never go back!

The most c is the proximity to the train station but the less are very many namely the unbearable noise in the street… 3 nights without sleep + dubious people in front of the door with their big bottles of alcohol. Under no circumstances can we arrive late at night or even after 7pm as they block the entrance and shout very loudly all night. In short a place not at all secured. The room is OK but the breakfast is prepared per se and limited places if not you wait for people to end up to take a Chair and sit down which is not at all practical if you want to go out early. A score of 4/10.

Bit difficult to locate but the facilities were good enough. Cleanliness is maintained. No lockers though and breakfast has limited options. Best part, its near Termini.

Its a very scary area of Rome… many pickpockets and thieves… if you are a tourist and happen to be there at night, I recommend that you stay in lit areas and take an official taxi. Also, make sure that you use an official taxi that is white and parked near an orange "taxi" sign. Illegal drivers will try to encourage you to take their cab for 20€… a real cab will only cost 10.

Be very careful when you go to buy a ticket from the airport Fumiciano for Rome termini or the opposite they offer a second class cheaper but on a staggered schedule… weird the train to the nearest timetable for you costs 14 euros (instead of 8 Euros) and is never full! And if inadvertently you try to ask for information to host hosts and hostesses (who are if I remember correctly are there to inform you) pays no attention to your ticket and tells you the way of the train so that it should not take it, the controller will charge you a full fare ticket!
A good listener who does not speak Italian.

Convenient location for all directions of traffic in Rome and beyond.
I recommend you-come in advance to understand the maze of this station and do not be late…
Do not change in Rome dollars for euro, not profitable.

Great place to stay, I happened to spend a couple of nights in October with my girlfriend and she was happy as well. The building is located just close to the central station in a quiet and nice street.
The lord and owner Nicola is fun and cheerful, willing to help and give you whatever you need to appreciate Rome ;-)

Ideal place to get in and out to Ciampino, it's very comfortable. Well attended by Valeria, a very friendly, talkative and efficient, very clean, no frills and affordable. Highly Recommended.

For the price it is what it is. My problem was that recepcionists didn't quite understand english, one of them actually didn't even raise a head from his fb chat while I was questioning him about something, not cool. Beds uncomfortable, pillows you need to fold it couple of times to even sleep on it, floors are not clean (they probably just swipe it not vacuum it). The street is ugly and dirty, full of all sorts of suspicious people, but you just need to ignore them.

Host was welcoming and responsive to guests concerns. Guest house was clean, well furnished and comfortable.

The best place to stay in Rome. Superb location, clean and cozy rooms. Nicolas is a great hostage, kind person and explains everything about everything! Highly recommended!

Budget hostel, you get what you pay for. Value for money!

The train station in Rome is very large and has a lot of shops.
There is a lot of automaton to avoid queuing at the counter.
With the French language, it's very simple to get your ticket.
The prices of train tickets are really cheap, €1 the go, to make 15 km with regional trains air-conditioned.

Arrived late due to a flight delay and no one answered the buzzer, had to stay in another nearby hostel that night. To be fair, they refunded the first night and were very apologetic the next day. Rooms were fine and the shower was much better than the other hostel I stayed in. From the outside this place does look rather dodgy with a scabby door covered with graffiti, but the inside is much nicer. It's decent value if you want somewhere in this location, but if there's any chance you may arrive late then be sure to get very clear instructions how to contact the night receptionist that is supposed to be on.

This Hotel was bought by new owner. My reservation got lost : ( It's like it closed down completely. And the house number is 23, not 22, according to the locals. I had to search a new hotel.

I stay with my family under the name of alejandro hernandez the 21st of June until the 25th, even though the input is ugly because the hotel is on the 2nd floor of an old building, the hotel is different is small, but cosy, it was just as described excellent service, the bathroom very comfortable, this according to as what is offered I recommend it 100% further in a sector super central stuck ala TERMINI railway station, come back there without hesitation.

A very nice place to stay. We stayed in the main hostel. The close location to termini station makes it very easy to find on arrival, which we were thankful for after a long haul flight. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the bathrooms many and were adequate for our needs. There is a lovely courtyard to enjoy the cool evenings in. The owners and staff were all very lovely and helpful in planning our days in Rome. We did tend to get a good deal of noise from reception in the mornings but earplugs helped that. Overall I'd recommend the Beehive as a place to stay.

The façade is bad, but the hostel is good.

I spent 4 nights here and it was an amazing place to stay. The staff let me check in early, the bed was comfortable, the staff were super friendly, and it's perfectly located by the main train station which can take you pretty much anywhere you wanna go.

The entrance is hard to find and even the room itself have so many problems, such as nonfunctional aircon and we been locked inside the room for two hours due to the keylock not function, not satisfied at all!

We spent three nights in The Sweets and enjoyed all of our time with The Beehive. The staff were outgoing, friendly and helpful; breakfast was made-to-order — and they have discounts with a great masseuse! A safe neighborhood with a straight route right to the Termini station. The Colosseum is less than 30 minutes away, if you enjoy walking the cityscape or happen to miss the last Metro of the night.

Traditional American or British breakfast. You should Call before if you want Gluten free bread. Still very nice and friendly.

Great we boutique place close to public transport. You can walk to so many sites from here. Loads of choices for food in the area. Good prices and very friendly people.

Love the place. It's definetly on the list to stay here when I return to Rome. Clean rooms, bathroom, and great service. Staff is friendly and helpful in giving you the lowdown on where to go, what to see, and where to eat.

Quality and price not bad. Very good location.

The room was dirty, loud, and small. The bathroom smelled of mold. The breakfast is a packaged muffin in a basket.

Lovely place to stay, close to most places, clean and tidy, hosts were helpful and inviting. Breakfast was delicious, Wi-Fi worked. Only bad thing was the air con couldn't handle the heat and wasn't very effective!

We've stayed at Rome Accomodation B&B for 6 nights in october 2013. We were looking for a room that will fit our needs: distance to the city center, easiness to get to and from the airport, public transportation. So we found the perfect place. Rome Accomodation B&B is near undergrond station and it is easy to get everywhere you like, the room is clean and cosy, the breakfast is substancial and tasty. There's also a kitchen to cook if you'd like to cook yourself. If we ask for advice, we were given all information about how to get somewhere. It is very precious as we prefer to travel by ourselves. Internet access is also very convenient as we could find all the necessary information in the evening and plan our trip for the next day.
I thnk in some time we will be back and stay there again.

Low price, great service, clean room and helpful staff. I was also granted to leave our luggage there after leaving the room to tour of Rome without that worry. Chicca finale breakfast in bed. If I go again in Rome I would stay there again.

Simple hostel but perfectly located — — right next to Termini Station and the Metro that takes you to the center of Historic Rome. My boyfriend and I had a day and a half to explore Rome so this was the perfect place for us. We had a private room with a private bathroom and it was all we needed. It is not the place I would stay if I was a single traveller and wanted to meet people, but it was perfect for us as we were just passing through and needed a nice place to sleep and shower. They probably have dorms too so it could still be a fun place to stay if you are travelling that way. Either way, it was quiet and the people who worked there were incredibly helpful and very nice. They also serve breakfast in the morning and bring it right to your room. I definitely recommend this place if you are on a budget and want a place that has a convenient location.

Don't let the outside fool you… once inside, you will love this place. The Guest House is clean, affordable, conveniently located and offers all the comforts you will need for a stay in Rome. We were quite pleased with everything and Marco was helpful, friendly and very approachable. There's a shared, self-serve kitchen with refrigerator so you feel like you are almost getting an apartment unit for the price of a room. The room itself is decorated nicely, clean, modern and spacious particularly for the a city hotel. All in all, I highly recommend staying here.
