Worst experience ever! Had to change 3 rooms in 2 days because AC is not working and I asked to check out and take my money for the rest of the nights and the manager refused. As a family with a baby we are forced to endure such inhumane hotel! I want to leave this hotel now and they just act indifferent and this is what it is!

The guys who work here are really nice & the location is central. But, the breakfast was horrible and there was no Wi-Fi! You need to work on that guys.

Almost the center. It's convenient to walk in the evening. In room 126 everything was broken: door lock, handle in the bathroom, bidet, toilet bowl, shower faucet, TV was not turned on at all, the safe in the room was not closed, etc. The room requires an overhaul. Breakfasts are acceptable. The coffee is delicious).

Large room, comfy beds and clean bathroom. Recommended! Near the train station and surround with good restaurants. Suggest to have a drink at Amodei.

Very noisy. All night heard trucks delivering merchendise, glasses breaking… the interior is simple and old, clean but things are not getting fixed it seems. I wouldnt go back there again.

Also when they were out of cheese and ham, then they were out. No refills. -You could hear noises from other rooms very clearly.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. 30 and there was almost nothing left ask if they were going to replenish and they answered me that if but they put two or three little things very petty and the cleanliness could be improved.

Hotel with good location, very close to Termini station, and close to Via Nazionale which leads directly to the ruins of ancient Rome.

The bad, the rooms have nothing to do with the photos that are in booking and similar search engines, they are old rooms.
I booked mine one month in advance and requested a double bed instead of two single beds. When we arrived at the hotel we found that we have put two single beds attached to each other. And the worst thing is that the mattresses are terrible and the bases are wooden boards. So it was impossible to rest well.
Also the TV did not work, we gave notice to the maintenance service of the rooms and did nothing to fix it.
The breakfast buffet is normal by throwing poor, sincerely from a 3 star hotel you expect more.

Friendly service and very informative about areas of interests and how to reach it. Rooms are not modern, but it clean. A good central place close to metro rail and busses.

Looking at the reviews emerges a fluctuating trend between 1 and 5 stars. I was doubtful because of the bad reviews but by now the reservation was made. Other facilities in the area were far worse. As far as quality aspect and services are concerned… Huh. The appearance is that of an old hotel rearranged but not recently. The overall quality is of a two star. Despite this the room was tidy and clean although some notes of little maintenance were obvious. In my opinion the difference between the reviews may be the room in which you have happened. To me in the end it went well. Breakfast is on a very basic level, just to say there is. Don't expect the quality.

The hotel as far as staff is good, I didn't notice it dirty. But I noticed that at breakfast they didn't give anything! The juices were all diluted, there was nothing fruit at all.

Excellent location — 200 m from the Termini train station, large enough hotel on 4 floors. Unlike the other hotels around, which have 4-7 hotels at one address, here the whole building is theirs. Good conditions: quiet area, quiet in the hotel — so you can sleep well, always warm water, good free internet, 24 hour reception, cleanliness everywhere, friendly staff, coffee bar on the 1st floor. Rooms are not big, but completely enough, bathroom is separated. Poor (or not very good) — the building, the hotel and the furnishings are old, the breakfast is free and included in the price, but the quality should be improved, just a few parking spaces. Conclusion: Considering the price and the above, I would definitely give them a rating of 4 stars.

DO NOT GO THERE, YOU RISK TO BE SCREWED UP and to scrap up your Rome vacation. Sep. 2016, I booked 3 nights in a Superior room at this hotel, and I was obliged to pass my first night at small, small room 478 with moisture in the small bathroom. There was a mistake in their schedule and were unable to give me a Superior room, and when I claimed a compensation, they told me I have to deal with my travel agency. So I did. One week after, my claim was rejected stating that the Nizza Hotel confirmed that all my stay was in Superior room but THIS IS NOT TRUTH. Do not go there, you risk to be SCREWED UP. Small rooms, rude personnel, and of top of it : LIERS. Only advantage: location, but there are so many good hotels on the same street.

It is a quiet hotel close to Termini very clean good attention. Good breakfast.

The facilities though are clean are a bit old, but the friendliness of the employees supplements with a growing amount of everything else. We particularly liked it, as the hotel used it only to sleep and the room was quite comfortable, if I should emphasize that I would have liked a wardrobe with more hangers maybe.

Overall I think this is a hotel with a standard quality.

A clean, quiet and customer-friendly hostel, the price compared to the prices in Rome is very good and the only thing that would put as a major flaw is that it understands as "double bed" two small beds attached, that union in the center is a big problem p We either wake up sore from the union of the two beds, or end up both sleeping in one of the beds alone and uncomfortable. Unfortunately this is something that happens in quite a few hotels and we can't stand it.

Water leaking out of the bathtub, they don't change sheets or towels, poor breakfast, the cleaning lady even came into my room when I was still in, TV wasn't working, very noisy because they don't have noise cancelling windows and it is in a very busy street next to the Metro and Termini. Worst hotel I've ever been to!

Had a double bed reserved for one person because on the day no double bed was free I had to go to another hotel which was nice but it was not cleaned on any day. Yes the staff is friendly and eager, but what does that bring!?

The staff is awesome, nice friendly people. If you are keen on the detailes… the rooms need a little repainting and reworking. The downstairs cafeteria is ok and the breakfast is great. Overall it is a nice hotel.

For the price, the hotel is fine. The location is good, next to Roma Termini, and all the major tourist attractions are no more than 20 minutes walk. The room and the bathroom is not as clean as we wanted to and do not count on the breakfast that is included in the price.

Great staff and great location just beside the termini and 1min walking for big bus. The only thing I disliked is that air condition was a bit cold at night.

Very central to 50 m from the subway and the train station, all the historical monuments to do on foot because reasonable distance. Very nice hotel, excellent receptionist, very good room, Wi-Fi OK. Only problem the breakfast very light.

The Hotel is very close to the train station. The water in the bathtub comes out in the floor, TV present but not working. Comfortable and spacious bed.

Great location to Rome Termini, a quick walk even with luggage. Plenty of food and shopping within walking distance. Rooms are fairly large and clean, but a bit dated, but you can't go wrong for the price and location. Super friendly and helpful desk staff.

What about a star is also too much, the photos speak clear, completely different from the photos you find online, very dirty, bathroom destroyed, doors as well, like spending a nightmare night.

The good: — The staff is kind and helpful with information on places to visit. — Location, location, location. Near Termini Station, this is a perfect location to visit all the surroundings by foot (but Vatican). The bad: — Rooms are … not well at all. The first one I got had a mold smell, the shower had a missing door :) and the air condition was very noisy. In the second room I got, the smell was better but the TV was not working (till the end of my stay). — The breakfast is minimalist: bread, one type of cheese, one type of ham/pastrami, butter, yogurt and pastry.

Good as location, very strategic x visit places.

Service and location is top notch. However, the place is very dated on the inside. The AC didn't get cool enough for the heat outside in addition to the door not being able to lock all the way. For budget minded goers this would make a great place. For someone looking for higher quality amenities look elsewhere.

I was there for two nights and I found it a great hotel especially for value rooms very spacious with no fuss very present and friendly and breakfast is very Economic Council for the amount of food they offer that besides being so much and varied is also good.

To forget … dirty room and bathroom, room small, ragged coverlet and full of stains, the bed, the bathroom door broken … minimalist breakfast … Need I say more?

Very quite location. Rigorous and professional staff. A bit boorish at first but will lighten gradually to be in the end very nice. The breakfast was satisfactory. Only downside: not to take a standard room at the risk of ending up in the basement in front of the machinery.

Rather disappointing breakfast and malfunction at taps, icing on the cake: a lady at reception, incompetent and arrogant unlike her male counterparts.

The staff is not friendly. It took 2 days before you see a (forced) smile on one of the faces. Very little listening.
Hotel noisy, woke up at 6:30. If the sound of car horns or preparations for breakfast have no effect on you, the phone ringing which risk you wake up.
In other circumstances, I would have told you that it would take a second experience to judge.
But, no, run! There are other hotels nearby.

I spent 6 days at this hotel over the past few days everything discreet only note the bathroom with abnormal valves.

I would not like to never again use the "Nice", at UL. Massimo D'Azeglio, 16, of the city of Rome, a short walk from the hotel, Sinquecento Činkuèčento, because I think the service is very poor quality against the background of other hotels of Rome, claiming the three-star service. I rate the hotel as bad with following reasons after 5 nights:
Negative:
-booked was a double room and we have gotten a room with two separate beds with a view of the sewage system in the courtyard with virtually no light. We could then move stock rip off after the complaint in a standard double room in the 4th so!
-Hotel rooms not lockable from inside or outside
-No noise protection — according to from the road and from the inside – you can hear the neighbours showers.
-Instructions for the operation of the phone — but no phone available.
-Bedside lamp not work because no socket in the vicinity.
-Mold on the ceiling over the shower and the shower panel
-Access to the shower only with narrow access possible, as can be not so far opened the sliding door to the shower.
Breakfast not good because:
-Orange juice consists of powder-mixed drink
-Sausages, scrambled eggs cost € 6 fee
-otherwise Crossoint, toast is a type of sausage, a variety cheese of every day total has stuck together and jam. No honey, Nutella or replacement. Cereals with warm durable milk possible.

To put it mildly, the hotel does not Shine comfort! Uncomfortable and noisy! The room was terribly cold, the air conditioning was not working and had to use all the blankets to keep warm at night. The staff treated for help in solving problems with Russian tourists, that is nice. Food was not very diverse, without fruit and vegetables.

Good location, good price for a place to stay while sight seeing.

This is by no means a 4 star hotel but it is worth the money. It is close to the main train station, metro, tour buses, city buses. You can walk from the above to the hotel about 2 or 3 blocks. The staff is helpful and caring. The breakfast is ok considering the price of food in rome. This is just a basic place to stay and worth the money.

Attention! Hotel description and photo of outdated approximately 15 years, not less. Was a month ago with friends, spit scary. The first time you went for Breakfast — more cellar, where it is given. Rooms dark and dirty. Won't blow, the window in a courtyard with помойкаой and from there the noise nearly all night. In the Elevator, you can get just the two of us, and it seems that not get there. In short — this hotel to choose not recommend that to anyone.
