Very good stay, friendly staff and quite spacious room. Good service.

It's a restaurant on the ground floor and the hotel is a wing of the building on another floor. It's a common thing in the area for small hotels to only occupy parts of a building and share a communal lift. The room and the restaurant are both adequate, but not luxurious by any stretch of the imagination. No complaints for the price and the breakfast was delicious.

When we are away from our homes we try to have some essential things. Here are all'Hotel Assisi Rome you have the chance to stay in a quiet environment, with comfort, great with regard to the proximity of each link of transportation to visit and/or stay in Rome. Finally, but not last… the friendliness of the Owners and All the Staff. These are the reasons that made me appreciate l'Hotel Assisi, and that lead me to recommend it.

Friendly staff, attentive to every customer's need. Useful x Tourists the free luggage storage so spend even the last day around x the city without the clutter of luggage.

Rooms are small, shower no bath, and one device can use Wi-Fi at a time. It's fairly close.

There are no photos of me except this one, it all matches the pictures on the net. Have we felt comfortable. All the staff were very nice and helpful. For the trip to Rome Top.

Excellent Hotel. Friendly staff who wil do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Comfy rooms. Good breakfasts. Close to transport connections to see Rome. I will definitely stay there again.

In general, if you you're going alone or as a couple and you don't have a lot of scruples, fine.
Positive: — well located for Metro, bus or train (not to walk to a monument).
— Friendliness on the part of the workers.
— Fairly affordable price.
— Room with heating.
They let us keep our suitcases the last day before we left (for breakfast outside).
Negative:-Chungo neighborhood (in the afternoon-night did not have a sense of security).
— Most of the workers don't speak English, so in Spanish and half Italian we were understanding each.
— Small rooms (not to trust the photos on the web) and very very old.
— One day we found the room open… But nothing was missing (I imagine that dismissal of those who cleaned room).
— The breakfast is terrible (the stale butter and the bread, the sausages and cheeses were not fresh safe).
— I don't know if it is from booking or from the hotel: There is an option when we booked, from airport transfer. We thought it was a bus (the price did not appear or we did not know to look for it), but we picked up a chauffeur and charged us 45 euros and took 2 hours to arrive (much traffic and rain). The tour was done by train, 14 euros and approx 30 minutes. Care!

Very nice family run hotel, lovely staff who are very helpful and close by to everything. Clean and tidy and basic all you need for a city break.

Some of the staff was rude, unprofessional, irresponsible, the door was found wide open when we arrived to the room (about 10pm). Small and untidy rooms (room45-there is no space to sit on the toilet properly). For Wi-Fi you need to pay 2€/day and you can connect only a device at the time (in 21st century! ), unsafe power sockets, paper bath towels… very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

There is baggage storage available, free Wi-Fi, handy to restaurants and shopping. Clean rooms, devices daily.

Cozy, inexpensive little hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are quite big compared to the standard of Italian hotels, they are clean and tidy, the staff at the reception is helpful and speaks English and the location is just right: "Rome's Grand Central Station" = "Statione Termini" is just a few blocks behind this hotel. By the way, Termini is the perfect place for shopping, you might find the very same brands! as in the posh parts of Rome, only at lower prices.

They do not speak any other language apart from Italian so it is impossible to talk to the workers here. We were sent to this hotel from a previous one that had overbooked. Apparently it is very common in low profile hotels in Rome. We specifically gave instructions not to touch our things or enter our room but when we got back from a walk around they had already taken everything to a different hotel, instead of some food that was in the fridge. They took it out of the fridge, moved the fridge to a different room and left my things under the sun. By the time I got there they were wasted, of course. I do not recommend this hotel.

Quiet, clean, near Metro.

I had such a lovely time here, it was excellent value for money and a great location. A special thank you to the lady in reception (I'm sorry I don't know your name), who really looked after me and made it feel like coming home after long days sightseeing.

Location was great and good variety at breakfast.

I have to stay at the hotel for four nights for a school outing, and for now I can say quite satisfied. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, although very small and without a balcony. It is available on Sky that Wi-Fi, although the latter is paid (2 euros for 24 hours of use).
A flaw is the apparent lack of privacy (we were in the hallway at eleven at night near the room of our teacher and had already called to warn him) and the location, i. E. A condo, I daresay of yesteryear (flights of stairs are precarious in addition to 18th century lift pulled up by a chain). Breakfast is decent, relatively varied.

Hotel is OK if you are throughout the day.
There is, contrary to the testimony of the reception, only 2 German television (ARD and * forget *), the rooms are very small, the bathroom is even smaller (shower, WC, washbasin and bidet on ~ 2, 25m 2).
The breakfast itself was unfortunately also only so-so, there was good coffee only on demand, the toast/bread was dry most of the time against 9. One shouldn't also prefer the juices in the machine, unless you stand on syrup with a shot of water.
Otherwise a typical, very sweet small, breakfast stop.
Wi-Fi is €3 per day, mobile is already difficult to get power in the hotel.
For a short break, all is still in the frame, especially due to its location near the Termini station.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel to stay a few days, friendly staff, great breakfast.

The hotel was close to Termini making it easy to jump on a bus or subway — but not so close as to feel uncomfortable. Staff was very helpful, our room comfortable, the water hot and breakfast delicious. My daughter and I especially appreciated the hand crafted cappuccinos every morning and the heated towel rack. It was a very good value.
