Old structure, not fully functional Wi fi, poor breakfast.

Good location Room with smells sewer in the bathroom. Good breakfast, no more, not for big eaters. Reception speaks a little English no French. For me corresponds to a 2 stars.

Friendly staff but disappointing room.

Very poor breakfast rooms very dingy and small, smelly Wi-Fi not available outside your room. Though the location was good hotel was very poorly. Basic amenities were missing no kettle in the room, hair dryer was broken. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Don't look at the stars. This hotel is good for two or three nights but not for an entire week. However, it is quiet and the staffs are nice.

It was a very clean hotel. Good location and close to the subway. The friendliness of the staff is to be put forward.

The hotel rooms were vwry very small. The bathrooms very tiny aa if they were made for tiny people. I booked 4 rooms for me and my colleagues. The place looks pretty old. Tge bed was vwry very uncomfortable. It was winter time temperatures below 0°C and guess what the floor were of marbles … sooo cold and tge hot shower was not working! I couldn't take a shower. We stayed only one night here and we paid 44 Euros for each tiny old room. Never again and I dont recommend anyone staying here. The only thing that was good was the breakfast and the friendly receptionist.

The room is very small, on the floor tiles, and in the winter it is very cold, despite the normally working air conditioning. The toilet in our room stood end to the bath. Not very convenient, to put it mildly. Our windows were on the road. On the windows of the shutters, we did not find how to fix them well open.
The staff is OK and the kitchen is so simply wonderful. :-)

Very nice Hotel. A Stone's throw from Termini station. Acceptable prices and breakfast included. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Very clean room The proximity to Termini makes it easy to even move by means. I recommend it.

The hotel is very close to the Termini station, at the reception we always found people very kind. The room could be better.

I stayed at this hotel and I found it to be very good, the rooms were clean with all the comforts and the breakfast plentiful, the whole thing has an affordable price.

Small rooms, clean nice service, 10 minutes from the train station, recommended.

A great inexpensive hotel, which is located near metro station Castro Pretorio, Termini train and bus station and local bus stops (there is a bus No. 492 stop just around the corner – it goes to the center, another bus stop is at the upper part of via Palestro). We stayed for 2 weeks in a double and a single room. The double room is really spacious, the bed is comfortable, there is a big wardrobe, a table with one chair (why one? ), a small fridge, there is a safe on the wall (be ready to pay a deposit of 100 euro to be able to use it), a small TV on the wall with lots of channels, Wi-Fi. There is a big mirror and a washbasin, comfortable shower unit. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day. What’s more, they changed towels and sheets every two days! The rooms are on the quiet alley despite nearness of the train station. The single room was a bit cramped and the view out of the window wasn’t good – windows of other rooms were too close, so we had to keep windows and curtains shut and couldn’t air the room properly. The price for the night includes breakfast (7.30 to 9.30) which really came in handy, as we spent the whole day sightseeing, but appeared not to get hungry until late in the afternoon. Breakfast consists of bread with cheese or butter, marmalade, cookies, jam, honey, a sweet bread roll, coffee, juice, cornflakes, yogurt and fruit. You can get toast if you like and children are offered hot chocolate. For this price it seemed substantial to us.

Good location (5 minutes from station), nice breakfast, rooms are clean but basic and bathroom small. Not a very nice view.

We wormly reccomend this hotel — they received us at a late hour with a smile! the service was personal, and all our requests were answered! The location is great (5 mins walk to train station) and the staff helped us with many travelling tips about Rome!

Budget hotel but in the heart of the city centre. Breakfast included there is no restaurant in the hotel but there is lot of food options available outside the hotel.

Close to Termini station, 3 min walk, all around restaurants and trattorias, courteous staff, clean rooms, TV in room and Wi Fi and also safe, good breakfast plentiful for my taste! Maybe in my room the bathroom a little small but considered everything you can stay.

You don't feel welcomed, even that I knew it was a 3 stars hotel, but still under expectations.

Central hotel perfect for groups. Clean and convenient, comfortable and big enough. You pay for the right. Excellent staff. I recommend it.

I return often to the Cambridge hotel. I find it very good, excellent value for money, location is excellent (4 streets from Rome Termini central station) and the rooms are comfortable, well furnished and functional. The rich breakfast is served in a large bright room.
The hotel is family run and this makes it very nice. I seem to stay at my place, for any problem I can count on the desk that, one way or another, you always meet my needs.
I still recommend it from my first stay.

This Hotel is just near Termini station.
You can reach Via del Corso, Spain square, Piazza Navona etc. In 20/30 min walk, the room has a private bathroom with hair dryer, tv, telephone and fridge.
I really enjoyed the Hotel for the service provided by the girls, very friendly and also the night Porter, an exceptional man!
Have already recommended and even my friends had the same positive experience.

After reading reviews about this hotel but booking it for its value for money and proximity, we had anticipated an average stay. We experienced the opposite. Arriving at the airport on unscheduled flights late at night with two carry on bags, two suitcases, and two bike bags, the hotel picked us up in their car — apologised profusely that they took 40mins to get there (that's how long it takes to drive) and then reduced the price of the cab ride. The rooms were fine for a basic hotel with adequate room around the bed. Shower was great, roomy, with fantastic water pressure. The room has a fridge if you want to buy your own snacks. The breakfast served was good — second helpings allowed with cereal, pastries, yoghurt, fruit, juice and coffee. They kept our bike bags and our suitcases in their luggage room for nearly two weeks while we were cycling. Their english is variable but if you catch someone who does not have perfect english they can and have called someone else to check your question and provide the correct response. For its price, this place fitted all our requirements and in addition went above and beyond — something rare nowadays.

NEVER stay here! 1) My (unmarried) partner and I were shown to a twin room after booking a double — the receptionist took one look at us and decided we were going to have a twin room, despite our protestations. We pushed the beds together and when we came in the next day after a day out, the beds had been pushed apart. 2) the room was DISGUSTING. Old, tatty, unchanged, dirty sheets and duvets from the last visitors, the bathroom plastic sheet (excuse for a door) was hanging off its hinges, the shower, toilet and basin were filthy and the smell was unimaginable. I actually gagged as the cleaner opened the door to our room. It was incredibly hot and stuffy (only easter time! ) and when we went to the receptionist to complain, she said she couldn't understand us (being English and all — even though my partner speaks fluent Italian. ) and told a cleaner to go and pour bleach across the floor of our bathroom. We decided to use the communal shower and toilet for the corridor, which was just as unclean but didn't smell. 3) A layer of dust on everything, dirty floor which had never beenmopped, wallpaper peeling off the walls. 4) Didnt stay for breakfast unsurprisingly. 5) Rude receptionist — we asked her in Italian and English for directions to places, and each time she pointed at the leaflets on the wall and didnt deign to speak to us. 6) Did I mention the smell? It was like an open sewer.

Cannot really recommend this hotel. The best thing I can say is that it's close to Termini, but the desk staff were very unpleasant (especially one young lady) and they tried to cheat us on our bill. They were also extremely unhelpful when our group's travel plans changed slightly; we wanted to get a smaller (less expensive room) for our second night there and we made the request when we first arrived, but they refused to do it. When I got the bill they had even overcharged us for what we had, and the night deskman doesn't speak English so he could not/would not change it. I will have to take this up with my credit card company if I want the bill to be corrected. The room was extremely small and stuffy, and the bathroom was so small you couldn't use it without bumping into the walls. If you want a hotel in Rome, I urge you to look further. This was not a good ending to our vacation.

The A/C just blows warm air on you. There is no curb on the shower in the bathroom, so you flood the bathroom every time you shower. Worst they double bill you for your room. They are crafty and place the second charge several hours after the first one, so the currency rate fluctuates and looks like a different amount of money, but it the same in euros. Then when you contest the double billing with the issuing bank of your credit card, they dig in like grim death and refuse to admit that it it s double-billing making it hard to get a charge-back, so that it takes months to resolve. There are a lot of options around Termini, so stay somwhere else.

Fatal bath, not had bath or shower tray. Dirty room, pole illuminated, without antenna or satellite national tv, obviously, outdoor plugs, cables loose and bare, aside there is a flea market on the street at 7 am, they don't let you sleep. The internet does not work. Very ugly.

Clean place, Great A/C, perfect location, helpful staff, nice and secure. All you really need for a place in Rome.
