Although located in a peripheral area of Rome it is easily accessible by metro A and also by I bus. Staff at the reception nice but not too much. Beautiful rooms I found them comfortable in bed and clean. The bathroom did not have the shower box, but the tub with a curtain, good but not great. Breakfast l found it great and very varied.

Great Hotel friendly staff. I thought I had booked a random place to participate in a contest, and instead I discovered a little gem. Breakfast is very good I'm definitely going back.

The Hotel itself is quite decent, however the experience somewhat spoils the area in which it is located. The staff was very Friendly and helpful.
It Should be borne in mind that in addition to paying for a room in Rome, the hotel collects city tax. In 4-Star hotels It is 6 Euro per person per night.

Good structure. Convenient and strategic. Some difficulty in booking to make variation room type. Overall I feel satisfactory my stay.

Hotel in peripheral area but close to the public transport stops leading to the old town. In The area there are several restaurants where you eat well. When I checked in I found a very funny doorman who wanted to be nice but it really wasn't. He started asking questions and behaved unprofessionally. The rooms should be renovated, with particular attention to remove the carpet is not very hygienic even if clean and what not just, should be replaced with other shutters with more insulations, as the front rooms that give the busy via Aurelia They turn out to be very noisy because of the traffic. In the rooms is missing the courtesy set (Bath foam, shampoo, etc. ) replaced by a dispenser worthy of a holiday home. I will not come to tell you that such substitution is effective, because in a 4-star hotel is not tolerable. The breakfast in the morning is yes varied, with sweet and salty, but for people intolerant to gluten there is little to say anything about substitute. The presence of a coffee machine or cappuccino is not tolerable. Only when the guests had already served us, the Lady in service to the breakfast room, in an uncourteous way, has ask uncle if you wanted a coffee or other from the bar. Very courteous the concierge who did the check out and the people cleaning the rooms.

I stayed in the hotel for a week in order to be able to attend a public contest held nearby.
An organization to say the least perfect, maximum customer care (of all customers! We were practically all concorsist's.
To meet our needs (the tests ended around 22) they changed the time of the restaurant keeping it open for a further two hours in order to allow us to dine. (Products of the highest quality and cooked in a divine way)
Maximum readiness to satisfy every request (I was hot and I asked to have lowered the temperature in the room and to have provided a lighter blanket, all welcomed immediately! ), empathy with the customer.
A first-rate staff that personally allowed me to face the competition without "thoughts" of organizational character.
Not the least smile.
All, but everyone, from the cleaning guys (perfectly clean rooms), to the guys at the reception, to end up with the guys in the restaurant, always smiling.
A pleasure to really have stayed at this Hotel.
At the Hotel staff I say to continue like this.
To potential customers well, if you really want to be pampered, go easy.

Perhaps later, the night-time meeting was a plus for us, so we settled in at about 2 o'clock in the morning.
The room is clean and quite spacious. The bathroom is good, but lacks the necessary cosmetics: shampoo, for example. Although they had a versatile remedy (for hands, shower and hair), I wouldn't risk using it for hair.
Cleaning every day. That's a plus. The plumbing is not perfect, but all regularly.
Drinking water in the room (in the bar).
Breakfast is very good, there is a possibility to make an order additionally (for money).
Good coffee machine. There are fruits and a wide selection of desserts.
The Metro is about 1 kilometer away. We walked about 15-20 minutes.

This hotel is clean and very comfortable. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly.

I have been there for business reasons and would probably stay here again because the value for money is honest.
Dinner can also be done outdoors in a very well-tended and suggestive area. Good breakfast: plentiful and quite varied. Very friendly staff and helpful for the various needs.

Well located, 10 minutes from the Metro. Small Parking lot of 5 seats. Good food, nice attention. Breakfast included.

New hotel but tiny room with small bed. 120 cm width for a double bed does not have to be. Breakfast is excellent with everything you need. Location to the center not ideal. Bus with change takes 40 minutes. Staff very friendly.

Very nice hotel on the outskirts of the main city. Excellent public transport system gets you into the city in no time. Hotel staff cannot do enough for you. Always polite and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms are quite compact and basic, there's no tea/ coffee making facilities which was a bit of a downer, but we got by without. We only needed a room to sleep so wasn't really bothered by it being fairly small. Superb breakfast each morning of our stay.

The first day we arrived my husband and I, we had been given a single and very noisy room, the 109, we went down to ask to be changed and the receptionist told us that we had to pay 26 euros more per night. Amazing.
We spent the night in that room, with a small bed and the next day we went back to try another receptionist, and this time if we changed it, for the next door, the 110, nothing to see, large, spacious, bed of 1 ' 80. But also noisy.
Breakfasts are until 10 ' 30 h. We used to go down about nine, and very little variety. The croissants, with a dropper, come on, that every day we got down, there were only three.
One day we go down to 10 ' 00h. And they were gone and they didn't replenish.
And the last day we go down at 10 ' 10am. And there wasn't, and we told the waiter so they could get more and told us that they only put 150 croissants for a hotel with 80 people every day.
My complaint is that if the schedule is until 10 ' 30h. There has to be everything until that time, and you can not enter the dining room, but I have to have the possibility of eating the same as the one that goes to 7 ' 00h.

The hotel is excellent, just the right place for visitors to Rome, the rooms are really pleasant as are the staff and the food isn't bad either, all in all a wonderful place to stay on your visit to Rome.

Everything about this hotel is fab. A fair way out of the city itself but easy public transport links close by.

I had already stayed at this hotel in April, I find it sharply improved, compliments to the new management. As far as I'm concerned, great stay, nothing to envy to other "super" hotels (just on paper). It was very nice to have a good breakfast. I also hope short a good kitchen and then we are really at the TOP! Congratulations again!

Good hotel but our room did need redecorating, the rest of the hotel was really smart and the breakfast excellent. It was a bit out of the centre of Rome but the metro is convenient albeit a 15 minute walk. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Mike & Lorraine.

Really good hotel and awesome breakfast. But the front side rooms too noicey by road traffic. Staffs was very helpful and friendly. I seen only one chef was there, he was so friendly and making food and serving on his own, thx…

Very clean. Polite and helpful staff. Decent sized rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Location is the only downside. Taxi onto the Rome centre is just under 20 euros using the proper taxis. Buses run regularly but we didn't have time to work them out.

I have never stayed there but I can only judge the structure superficially! Rent a little out of the way although well connected with the center! Nice clean and cozy structure! Professional staff.

Good service, ju can finde free parcing and the metro is near the hotel.

Front desk was awesome. They even printed out stuff for us although there wasn't a printer available for guests.

Excellent stay, all staff very pleasant and attentive, and a restful quiet after long days of walks in Rome, and remarkably clean.
Everything was perfect, and it is with great pleasure that we will return as soon as possible.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. In the living room, as soon as you enter a bad smell of sewage reflux, compelling personnel to open the emergency door. Old TV without satellite, in room electrical outlets that came out of the wall, cover with wire nails and that could be dangerous, the cleaning staff who replaced the SOAP not consumed, there is no soap holder next to the bidet and the same SOAP used for personal hygiene was set by the staff on the sink, the furniture is not 4 stars There are no newspapers, air conditioning, although close, always making the air unbreathable. A good sleep and breakfast.

The hotel is located along the aurelia, close enough to the metro that takes you downtown.
The overall look is good, good breakfast, clean rooms and good technologically quite well.
You cannot define spacious, but what there is and well exploited.
