I stayed in this place for 3 months, priced at 570 euros per month including expenses, not really competitive on the market, but I wanted to avoid the dilapidated houses. Some things, however, did not go well:
1. All the furniture is of low quality, especially the bed (7cm mattress with pipi stains and broken slats).
2. Managers walked into the room when I wasn't there without notifying
3. If you open the window the pigeons enter
4. The kitchen is poorly equipped useless practitioner.
5. In the clichés there are cameras (and the contract does not say the thing)
6. The owners are not sufficiently polite and courteous
7. Upstairs you can hear noises of footsteps with hard shoes every day including Sundays from 7 am to midnight.
I didn't have a good experience I wouldn't stay here again.
