All you get is two bed and the smallest TV you will ever see. Breakfast is the only thing you can look forward to.

First things first, room is horrible. Single power socket in entire room, really? It is acceptabile in 19 th century but not now. Breakfast can hardly be called that. Cakes and cookies bought in supermarket below hotel, dead cold croissants, diluted juices are not considered a breakfast. Blowdryer was wet upon arrival, if you wish to get electrocuted than it is ok. Best thing of the hotel are well versed and serviceable hotel staff always ready to answer any questions.

Great Property. Nicely appointed & very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, neat & clean. Only downside is that they don't have a restraunt. If you have to eat, you have to go to a steak house or McDonald's near by. It is just 600m away. So. It is not so bad. Must visit the steak house.

The worst hotel I ever stayed. If you are a family read no further. They don't eben have a child seat. The staff don't care. Dont help, are arrogant, probably underpaid. Location of terrible if you don't have a car. Takes an hour to reach city center. Breakfast closes at 9 even though they mention its till. 930. Terrible. It's normally occupied by tour operators who just stay for a night and don't care.

Cozy, but in the rank of the knot all simple-old tiles, the shower is not seitable. But the sink is beautiful-transparent) fed satially. View from the window and the area with huge tui-atmospheric.

We lived on a group tourist trip. Therefore, I do not know the prices and I can not relate them to the quality. It's a hotel. Everything has been required to repair everything for a long time: rooms, furniture, bathrooms. Changing rooms did not help: in one blinds do not work, in another the water does not go to the shower. Breakfasts are scarce: sausage, cheese, coffee. The tour operator, apparently, was looking for a cheaper one.

The hotel is not cozy, the room is shabby, there is no fridge. The administration saves on breakfasts.

Very good hotel with all the facilities in the room with also restaurant.

Lanpestra in which I train has the seat in this hotel. I only took advantage of the bar service and I was satisfied. The staff are very courteous and the common areas made me a good impression in terms of order, cleanliness and décor.

Decent hotel. Don’t understand all the negative comments. It indeed doesn’t quite look like the photos. It all has aged a bit But hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Not that recommended if you want to visit center of Rome. Hotel is located in a quiet area. Outside the city limits. We left the spanish stairs at 19h50 exactly and arrived in out room at 21 hours.

Lousy food. Ancient and badly gone furnishings. The nearest metro is 3 km away. Place out of the world to get to St. Peter's more than 1 hour. Just to be ashamed of the unprepared staff and at least wash the decent things about cleanliness and the dishes (too expensive) are plastic and not to forget also the glasses and the motherly cutlery. I'm sorry but 1 star deserves it (if I could I could have put 0). It's ugly P. S. Ľunica decent thing for me is the view of the villa in front (and especially of the dog) and the front desk. Outside modified the furniture they suck.

The place sucks, the rooms suck, breakfast and dinner suck it's all dirty and broken and the staff is not prepared. The hotel is away from it all and the means are uncomfortable. You don't trust the descriptions put in by the hotel. The only decent thing is the front desk and the view of the villa in front of… Ps. The adjoining rooms also no.

Particularly bad, the whole room except the bed, basically everything is bad. Won't come back a second time. It's also a miracle that such a hotel can still be in the open …

Clean hotel, decent bedding, old fashioned decoration despite the photos on the site (beware of the trompe l'oeil), but reasonable price.
Big negative prostitute point down the street and away from the center of Rome by public transport.

How can the staff work in this condition? Subpayed, treated as slaves. Just read other reviews and save your. Money, enjoy your trip, somewhere else.

I don't put a zero because you can't. This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. We came from a group of school trip Kids and the result was unfortunate. Just arriving we were told that they had changed the distributions of the rooms, when we had said with advance that were solved. Once you have solved this issue, when you get to the room there was a broken bed. He lacked 3 tables, so we warned at reception, but throughout the 3 nights and 4 days we were in the hotel did not have the little shame to change them, or try to fix them, so I had to put me comp. The service was also unfortunate. With us he traveled a celiac and a boy allergic to the peanuts, and even when he booked the hotel, did not have food available for them at breakfast.
Unfortunate. I was not in a worse hotel in my life and with such a bad and expensive service.

Bizarre structure with recycled and very colorful furnishings. I recommend it for the furnishings in the rooms that some prensetavano broken, in the bathroom the knob of the mixer was repaired with Scotch… crazy!
I give a star just for the abundant breakfast.

I find it a hotel junk, since the waiters are very borders, at the front desk they don't listen, there are kids screaming…

Wonderful Hotel staff great there is a guy who if he does call Marcus very sympathetic polite and helpful beautiful rooms connected well.

A disaster.
My husband had stayed there years ago and had a very good memory of the hotel.
Unfortunately the weather has made a dent in the management of the hotel.
We arrived at night. Nothing to eat.
In the room, the bed for my 3 year old daughter without sheets and with the quilt pierced.
Only solution. Room change.
The next morning, the supposed continental breakfast contract was two huge biscuits, a half-pastafrola, bread-mould, a block of butter for all, nocilla and marmalade.
The hot drink machine without milk or chocolate. And nobody picked up the tables.
In our new room the TV was not working and the lid of the toilet bowl broken.
The blind was not working properly either. We warned about the TV at the front desk. Arriving at night was still not working. We complained at the front desk and were offered another room change. We refuse.
Next breakfast. No coffee this time. We complain and replace all the hot drinks. This time there is a dish with York ham and Gouda cheese. The rest the same.
When we are going to check out, we charge a rate of €25. They could have done it the first day, and if you do not have a hard one?.
My husband gives him all the complaints and tells him that they had no idea, the same employees whom we had complained about.
And to top it off at night there are prostitutes in the vicinity of the hotel.
I don't recommend it.

Where to start!
We booked this hotel by a Wonderbox, the presentation of this establishment was rather nice, the description is perfect! 5 minutes from a metro station…
Well, no!
Everything is fake, pictures to description! A shame, we arrived at the subway to take a bus 15 minutes, then biensue no indication to find the hotel, we had to go along the highway, then take a road that brought us to abandoned works! And there at the bottom of a path without a result, a poor light sign announces the color!
We arrive, finally in the hotel the reception is rather smiling. We are given the key to the room and the new surprise the bathroom is unsanitary! The inside of the room is no better! And the hotel has 3 stars! We are positive and we say that it is only to sleep and we will enjoy our stay! So we take our jacket and we go to eat in the center of ROME! After our journey go/retour in transport! Back to the hotel and the 2 surprises awaits us! Prostitutes at the foot of the street. And finally, after a day of transport and adventures one expects a good night's sleep! And not again! We are in the room next to the front desk, towards the keeper's lodge that played online games all night long! Given the thickness of the walls, I can tell you at what level it was and how many times it went to the toilet!
Result of our stay! This hotel is really a shame, indeed it is worth 3 stars of mediocrity and lies!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights. Reception staff were very nice and could understand English which was a bonus when we had questions for getting into the centre of town and finding places to eat. If we ever had any questions they would try and help us. The rooms are very basic, the shower door was broken so the bathroom flooded all the time, the toilet seat was broken, and the hairdryer didn't work which I wasn't surprised about considering the plug is in the bathroom and it gets extremely wet. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were close to being non-existent, so that led to getting very little sleep. There was also a sign hung on reception saying we could pay €3 a day to have unlimited hot drinks, juice, beer and coke! Which we thought was a bargain, but upon questioning it and going to pay we were told that beer and coke shouldn't be on there and that she would need to re-print the sign (of which they did the following day). If you would like to take food or drinks back to your room you also have to pay an extra €5 so we didn't bother. Breakfast was okay with a choice of cereal (when they had milk available), toast with cheese or ham, and a selection of different pastries and cakes. Hot and cold drinks also available alongside. The website advertised that there were fitness facilities and a jacuzzi/hot tub available but that isn't true.

2 and that's just for the courteous staff. The rooms do not correspond to the reality and are stated on the photo site. Apparently the pictures were taken at the time of the opening of the hotel and now everything is very unfortunate. Breakfast is not available. It's more like a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits. The cleaning service leaves much to be desired. Constantly forget to put that shampoo that paper. Thank you for hearing. Sleeping is not possible. The neighbors are audible even if they are just talking. About the rest I silently)

Nice staff, fairly good rooms.

Stayed here no tea making facilities not very helpful very basic and room not really acceptable. The only good thing was the staff who did the best they can given the circumstances. The owner rude.

The staff was very friendly
The place is well connected to the city by public transport it's easy to get around.
It is comfortable although the rooms are not very spacious but to stay is very nice. Especially recommended for kids.

I stayed at this property from 26th to 29th December. Very original Hotel with clean and well kept rooms. Breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff for all needs (reception is covered 24 h/24 h). I was skeptical about transport, but in fact the city is well connected: Just take the bus 246 or 247 from the stop not far from the hotel; Get off at Cornelia, take the Metro (Cornelia Metro station) and connect to every tourist spot in the city.
In short, quality ratio — excellent price.

I recommend this Hotel for a few nights and only if you have a car (P very handy inside). The reception was great from the first moment, the girl who works at the reception was polite and helpful on the phone, always smiling and exhaustive on our arrival, despite the time (23.30)! The rooms are clean and nice, bathrooms with sanitary facilities and new shower. Wi-Fi and TV room. In short, our experience was great, nothing to complain about! If we reface this trip we will definitely choose it again!

Worst hotel i've ever stayed at in my 33 years of travelling. A male staff member was the rudest man I've witnessed. They refused any toilet paper for the room and told me that there was a local supermarker 5 minutes away. The noise is unnaceptable and their staff spend most of the night yelling at one another. Avoid.

Shocked that teletext have even advertised this hotel. Management have only posted their photos and they are nothing like that at all. Arrived to water dripping down the wall in the bathroom, cracks in the walls, prison bed. Visited reception to resolve but never came after ringing the bell. Had to spend out nearly €400 euros to stay in the holiday inn next door.

For tourists who want to stay little.

A Mmmerda, broken bed, arrogant and rude receptionist.

Besides everything else that is best left out, finding dirty towels of female issues is an inconceivable thing. Never again.

There were wrappers on the floor the bed had rips, and when we flushed our toilet it sounded like a dinosaur. The bed creeks. We ordered a queen and a single bed, but they gave us 3 single beds. The breakfast was not realy good, it was mostly bread and pastries, there were also some pieces of ham but bad quality. Terrible stay, bad quality, not good customer care, and there are no maps at the reception. Don't come here if you want good service! — Lefy Zee.

Nice place. Bad breakfast. Strange breakfast. It is not breakfast at all. Good connection by public transport. Streets around are dirty and unclean.

Reasonable prices but definitely not a 3 star hotel. Don't expect any special dietary requirements to be catered for, I informed them that I need gluten free food for the breakfast that I paid for, they had nothing gluten free available at all. It seems to be a popular hotel for European teenagers on tour. Wi-Fi is horrendous, with an intermittent connection. This was blamed on the constant youths staying at the hotel, although I have read plenty of reviews going back over 12 months and they all say the same thing. These youngsters made noise all through the night, so if you're looking for somewhere quiet I'd say go elsewhere. Rooms could do with the bathrooms being a bit more "finished" as they look a bit rough (see photos). There was an issue with the water constantly changing temperature as well. No idea why, we didn't bother asking. The mattresses were hard and one pillow was all that was on the bed, it was lumpy, limp and uncomfortable. The only plus side for this hotel is that there's a bus stop within walking distance. As long as you don't mind the walk uphill at the end of the day if you haven't hired a car! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as there was only a McDonald's or a "steak house" style restaurant nearby. Also, after 10pm there are prostitutes hanging around at the bottom of the hill. Not a good look! If you want more choice with less chance of prostitutes, stay somewhere that's closer to town.

It's in a remotely quiet area and it's just peaceful. The staff is all very friendly and our stay was amazing! Breakfast was unique, majority of sweets but it was nice. We got our room for a great price and I would definitely recommend anyone going to Rome to stay here!

This is a hotel close to the center, and our bedding was really good. The place is quiet, quiet. So much for the good points.
The rooms which at first glance seemed clean, were in fact poorly finished, with traces of damage from the waters here and there. The walls, very thin, let the slightest sound of a lit TV, a family discussion, when it is not to the frolics that our ears attend. The Wi-Fi is poor or even absent in the rooms, and the hot water is played in Russian roulette, with inconstancy. Breakfast is very low end.
Access is difficult by public transport, and do not plan to go to the subway on foot: no sidewalk, and fast Lane (via Aurelia) impassable.
The three stars are not deserved. Let's say it's worth two.

Room on the first floor — bad cleaning floor but especially the bath limestone flakes … torn bedspread and hair from previous guests. Dryer not working … and we are guests from just two hours.

Poor cleaning away from everything if you want to eat, have to settle for a sandwich in a famous chain.

Hotel da nightmare!
I stayed three nights at this hotel and it was really bad, we were given a triple then quite large and comfortable but for everything else I wouldn't even have a hotel, the bed was uncomfortable and the springs were creaking, the pillows were too low and there was none to spare. With respect to the bathroom is a discourse that goes from itself, the Panel of the shower stall was detached for mid-not to mention the shower itself that seemed that old style comparable to a dressing room of a gym that is attached to the wall without even a chance to pull it off, there was no shampoo nor SOAP shower foam but a really dismissive which would serve both as a shower gel that like hand SOAP and knew of big port at the Strawberry, the toilet was old fashioned with the tape on the wall when flushed made a noise really unbearable and you had the
Feeling that you crashing down on him at any moment, not to mention the cleanliness of the room that aside from placing the bathroom in my opinion were not, after two nights didn't even have changed the sheets and left me the bed "" "" "" tidied up "" "" "" the least worst really a nightmare I've never seen anything like this even in the worst of hostels I had to fix this by myself to make it remotely decent.

For charity, to be avoided. I hated it. The hotel is very bad. From a logistical point of view is not served by public transport and also just to be able to go for pizza you have to call a cab. The hotel shuttle service is not offered to me constantly and is kinda liking them. The structure at certain points looks rundown. I found the room quite dirty with woolen of dust in the floor. Toothpaste stains were present also in the bathroom over the sink, I assume the host before me has stayed in that room. The shower had dark deposits due I guess at tiles glued evil where mold has formed in the interstices. Other deposits were found in the walls of the bathroom due to poor cleaning and maintenance of the premises. Wi-Fi is not present in the rooms but only in the common area facing the receptionist. The Hotel I assume is run by people from Eastern Europe. As soon as you walked in the room I had to open the window for the smell of wet rag that he felt. The mattress of the bed I think goes back 80 years since spring is completely broken. Beside the bed there was a cot on which mattress I had a mattress topper but only a quilt lying above that was completely dirty and had stains showy. For the uninitiated also VIA Bogliasco at night is filled with prostitutes, made typical by the Roman suburbs, not so good if you find yourself in the way forward to go home to the Hotel.

Bad: double bedroom with two single beds pushed together with a significant difference between them. Cold room with just a sheet and then directly the bedspread.
In the bathroom there's a SOAP you need to shower and wash basin. 80 TV and no Wi-Fi.
In the package you bought there was even a bottle of wine that I never received.
++ avoid ++.

I'll never go back to this hotel for various reasons. First of all the bed was orrible, with a ditch in the middle. There was no switch for the bathroom fan which was making
a nasty noise all night long. The breakfast was very very poor both for quantity and quality. And for hygenical reasons. They didn't even had a map for Rome available for their guests. The receptionist wasn't helpful at all and also quite unfriendly.
Last, but not least, the place is orrible to be reached on foot. No sign indicating it, very isolated and quite dangerous for the heavy traffic.

Hotel with very good location to downtown without entering the traffic of the capital. Well connected by bus and metro.

Absolutely horrible location, the description they give is very misleading. I reckon that if they didn't sell their rooms to third parties they would be having a heck of a hard time since two big hotels are at the BOTTOM of the hill rather than the VERY TOP. Also the receptionists weren't very helpful. The rooms were okay in terms of cleanliness although curtains were missing. And breakfast was alright.
