A very nice place. The rooms are slightly smaller. Food is great. Reception team is cooperative and helpful.

This hotel’s description as a straightforward hotel is very accurate. Nothing fancy, still nice, and quite old, but I guess that matches with this ancient city with its ancient artifacts.

Return after a year on the same Hotel for a concention. The staff confirms themselves as affable and attentive. The rooms and the property have aged while remaining decent. Wi-Fi is inadequate. On the third floor, on the back, full signal but very low speed: the speedtest will give me 0, 4 mbit… virtually unusable. The location is the usual, very uncomfortable.

The hotel is good, rooms are fine, housekeeping is also satisfactory. Only problem is the elevator, they're less than small. I had spent three nights in France (Strausburg) and Italy (Rome) and they are all the same everywhere. They should increase the capacity.

My feelings about this place are very mixed, and it's kind of hard to rate and review. It's sort of a once-nice hotel that's well past its prime but still has respectable areas. The restaurant, for example, is consistently very good… that's breakfast and supper, we did both. Nice buffet with impressive variety. Service is mostly excellent, sometimes just good. But then you get into the rooms! Very outdated, like 80s or something — — except the bathrooms, which are nicely renovated. Rooms are quite, quite small, floor had a large stain underneath one of the tables, and first night there was hair in bed, though the rest of the nights cleanliness was good. Like I said, mixed feelings… the place is a perpetual contradiction. I'm gonna go ahead and give it four star but just be aware before you book that it isn't Holiday Inn's star location.

I was there for the conference. It's a great conference room.

It was lovely, hotel workers were friendly and helpful and it's a good place to stay if you are a vegetarian as the variety of vegetarian and vegan meals at lunchtime is really good and very very tasty. Vegetarian breakfast could be more but you won't starve, there will definitely be something there for you to eat. Dinner is not included which is a boomer, but overall it was a really great and nice experience. I would definitely go there again.

The room was very small Bed linen, hair inside the towels. They came out from under the sock bed, I flagged it and after a day I'm still under the bed. An unprecedented crap. To avoid.

Old building, very bad smell coming from carpets which are not properly washed when allowing pets. Payable parking. Few choices at breakfast, bad quality food. Overall bad staying, should be rated as hostel, not 4 stars hotel.

Comfortable Hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. It also has a gym, outdoor pool and minibar. The only thing that highlighted as negative is the remoteness with the central part, because it is very far away. It is also recommended.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice hotel in itself, pity about the location really a little inconvenient if you arrive in place by public transport… there is a walking stretch to do with cars whizzing alongside and a nice final climb. But there is a possibility to call the hotel and get the shuttle service.
For the rest, the room was very nice (although it was the most basic possible), always clean, TV in the room also with international channels, possibility of receiving dinner in the room.

This hotel is a bit dated and out of town but other than that it was really good experience staying here. The staff were really polite and helpful and they made our stay here really comfortable.

Like all Holiday Inn hotels… simple, uncomplicated,. The breakfast buffet with good assortment of egg, bacon, breads, juices, (not natural),. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious but with a strong smell of cigarette even though it is forbidden. The location is very close to the centre but it is very easy to get transportation It is much easier to transport in Madrid than in Rome.

The room was not much or little. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was bad because we were separate people on one side and Chinese and us on the other. The location of the hotel very bad leaving at the mercy of the hotel to sell at prices that you would disappear the money into anything. The only good thing is the McDonald's that is one block away.

The truth as we would say the Argentinians is a hotel like this, very but very good place, and the people there are very cordial, in the next surely I will stop there.

Wi fi sucks… Our door key didn't work at first. Nice bathrooms. Comfy beds. Our air conditioner wasn't working.

Quite place for travellers to stay, ambience is great. Rooms are super comfortable.

Elegant place but in the bathrooms there was no soap nor towels and the inside parking fee is… Considering the costs!

It is a good hotel with very clean service and very friendly people. Spacious ground floor double rooms well… I didn't have any problems. We settled… and we began to rest von Mo son… Not bad.

Very bad attention. We were placed in a room, the light was cut. Then we had to move on to a much smaller one. And Mr. Bellhop didn't help us move. When I tell Mr. Adriano of counseling, he tells me in a very bad way that I would have to ask for help. Taking the yudante by my side. Mr. Adriano is rude and disrespectful. Unfortunate.

Very large hotel you can see the incuries of the time (very annoying the noise of the ventilation) but with great service offers shuttle services to pay and restaurant,.
Little appreciated the Parcgeggio to pay and expensive the stay.

I was here back in June 2017. I liked the place. I don't know if I'll be coming back to Rome. But if I do. I'll be coming back here. Dinner and breakfast was great. Clean room. If you use the shuttle. Buy round trip. Ask it keep the return time open. Great staff. They let me borrow a gizmo so I could plug in my laptop.

Location : Away from the city but near to the airport and Vatican. This is a personal choice of how you want to go. Have nearby McDonald's and a supermarket. Commute to city : Three option : First being a chargeable fixed schedule hotel shuttle. Second being public transport i. E. Route 246 and 247 bus route. The bus stop is near the hotel at supermarket. Ignore the option provided by Google Maps. The bus stop is at 5 mins walk. Third being the train, which is 1.5 km away. Facility: The property is good. It's a basic hotel and have got everything right. The room size is also good. So overall a good option, near to the airport, restaurant and away from the city hustle.

In fact I just worked on it, but it always seemed pretty good, with the receptionist always friendly and helpful. I also had to get into some room, always tidy and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay, everyone of your staff and workers were wonderful. Thank you for your clean facilities.

-Staff were EXCELLENT — quite possibly the best customer service in our travels throughout Europe w/ IHG. -Rooms were dated & worn but not completely neglected, clean; felt "rustic" -breakfast was as close to American as we could find in Europe, great pastries, nice warm variety of foods (and cold cuts as well (something we had to get used to) ) -great sized, clean and supervised pool with nice large patio area to relax (w/ a bar very close by! :) Great hotel for us 7 traveling. Neither of our rooms had AC that worked but the staff moved our rooms. The refrigerators are more like coolers & won't sustain coldness like we know it in US but nice to have nevertheless. We had a rental car so didn't need to depend on transport or taxi. Location was a little shady (street corner workers) but had no issues w/ parking. We would come back here simply because of how well the staff took care of us. They should be commended.

Tourist Charter Factory. Far from the visiting points of Rome. Food. Canteen Way servers. Only positive the room is correct but watch out for the cars that run the engines in the parking lot as early as 5:00 a. M.

Excellent breakfast, decent rooms (AC needs cleaning) very relaxing quite atmosphere with a nice swimming pool. Welcoming staff.

Good hotel in general. Location was not that good for my family. Recommend to tourists who can ride a Metro and walk around 10-15 minutes after touring part of Rome.

Visited by Congress. The reception (events side) was a bit confusing but I'm afraid it's an organizational issue independent of the hotel. The service at Prqnzo was available, not educatissimo, but at least available. 5 euros for 12 hours of secure parking are a bit much, but so much so.

Convenient to airport, a local super market, and transportation (they have a 4€ shuttle bus that drops off at end of metro line into city since they are on the edges of Rome. The times for the shuttle going back to hotel are inconvenient with a large time gap from 11a to 5p where the shuttle does not run. It is easier to get a 1.50€, 100-minute metro bus ticket across the street and to take the bus to the metro). Beds are soft. However, the renovated bathroom already had chips in counter, the green carpeting was worn, and the door handles did not feel secure. The Wi-Fi requires a code and limits to 3 devices connected and was very slow. We had to request codes several times over the course of a 2 day stay because they kept failing. Possibly related to the slow Wi-Fi: we also had to have our room cards rekeyed.

There's not too much to say about this hotel aside that it is conveniently located to the airport. Rooms are small but modern. Wifi is free but slow. The hotel lacks the charm and ability to walk around to see sites like hotels in the center of the city but if you're looking for a hotel for the night before an early flight this hotel might help you avoid some of the traffic.

Hotel in a proficient position, close enaugh to GRA and Rome downtown. Rooms a little bit small but comfortable, service desk simply excellent!

I often use this hotel on business. It is very quiet, the staff are extremely polite and attentive to guests ' needs.

Room it was not so comfortable, bathroom was dirty and Internet access it was terrible.

Clean room, lift / elevator lousy, sooo far from the centre and staff is horrible, desperate and ill-behaved.

Only had one elevator, which causes congestion, the service is good as are the rooms.

Room is clean and comfortable. Difficult to reach the center of Rome, but you can take a small bus that leaves at certain hours of the hotel (5 euros round trip). Wi-fi payment (only the first 30 min are free).

Conference grounds I was two days in the hotel, room 224. The hotel is decentralized but there is a valid shuttle system that connects it to the Termini station, the air conditioners work automatically and there was the ability to adjust them, tempera was high and a technician, promptly sent at night by the front desk at my request failed to swing it, the two sides of the window only partially opened and this was specified by a notice placed on the window itself. At about 14 mind I was in the room, suddenly became a waitress apologizing because he had to check the refrigerator which was always empty. I forgot before leaving the front of my car radio (radio's body remains in the car) with 2 two pen drives, I notified the front desk was not found.

I was expecting more. Just get the room I was given had a very strong musty smell.
Outside from the hotel parking lot, in the days of my stay, have been broken open all cars! Parked absolutely inside!

From the Airport it's an hour long train ride plus a 20 minutes walk. And it's not even close to the city center. So, if your planning to stay here, you'd better have a car. Nothing to eat here after 10 pm. The rooms are more than okay, but the pool is outdoors, so no use in in winter and spring. Setting up the Wifi (only 30 min for free) is ridiculously complicated. Highest rate of city tax applies, even if this isn't a 4*-hotel by international standards. If you look for a hotel near the airport: look further; if you look for a hotel in the city: look further; if your travelling by car: this might be your hotel.

Rude staff, pool empty, had to create a Wi-Fi account on the Internet before you could use the Wi-Fi on the Internet god know how! transfer to the air port 50 euro there is a mac Donald's at the foot of the hill but all gates are locked so you have to go the long way around.
