I have been a customer of this hotel for several years and I recommend it in many respects:… easily reachable on foot from the nearest free parking in the city of Fiuggi, impeccable concierge service, excellent cleanliness of the rooms equipped with every type of comfort, high quality catering (both for the service and for the variety of products) and finally a well-groomed spa that offers a wide range of treatments for the body and beyond.
In short, a small oasis of pleasure that has become a fixed stop.

Ho trascorso un piacevole weekend con la mia ragazza in questa struttura, e mi sono molto divertito sia per gli aspetti positivi, sia per alcune note negative un po' stravaganti che sicuramente ricorderò. LA SPA: Gli ambienti che compongono la Spa sono esteticamente molto piacevoli e puliti, e le postazioni disponibili consentono una giornata di piacevole relax. Non mi soffermerei più di un giorno, a meno che non si trascorra tempo in trattamenti aggiuntivi (che non giudico non avendone usufruito). I membri dello staff sono tutti gentili e disponibili, tutti tranne uno. C'era questo omino vestito di bianco che faceva la spola tra la piscinetta interna e l'area relax (dandomi tra l'altro l'impressione di essere seguito) e guardava tutti gli ospiti con aria di ammonimento (un po' come gli squadroni della morte). Non è molto semplice riuscire a chiudere gli occhi e rilassarsi con una simile presenza inquietante che ti scruta. L'apice della faccenda si è raggiunto quando, mentre ero nell'idromassaggio a godermi il relax abbracciato alla mia ragazza, il giustiziere ci guarda e ci fa cenno di staccarci. Non capisco se fosse invidia o il potere che alle volte dà alla testa. LA CAMERA: Abbiamo prenotato una camera superior, stanza molto bella e senz'altro molto grande, con un letto molto grande. Ma le dimensioni non sono tutto nella vita: il letto (che definirei a 3 piazze) era invero formato da due letti ad 1.5 piazze uniti.

Hotels with internal parking. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Very professional staff. Newly renovated rooms, very nice and clean, every day the towels change. The spa offers a relaxing little route through sauna, steam room, emotional shower, hot tubs and a relaxation room with herbal teas. Towel and bathrobe, cap and spa cobbler provided by the hotel.

I was in the spa of this hotel and I had a great time! There are 2 pools plus the outdoor one and different Turkish sauns and baths, with different humidity and heat depending on the need. I noticed that the staff often went by to check the water and cleaning.
Great impression. I also did 2 treatments, one day the hammam package and the other a message. Very nice everything!
I'll be back, and this time I'll be staying here!

This was our third visit to Silva, we had Booked a standard room with bed from one and a half squares, on our arrival instead we were told that we would be assigned a larger room with bed to 3 squares, which they had already done last time, already excited about this news we immediately changed to see the new pool, beautiful and very bright (although I always prefer the other by far).
Silva makes various choices available, you never get bored and you relax a lot, it's a very well-equipped spa.
Breakfast has a megagalactic choice (I think not even the Queen has all this choice), after having breakfast it's hard to even have lunch!.
In short, in a nutshell I would come back without any but!

I would like to share my impressions and convey my emotions. My husband and I had great fun and were delighted with the romantic days spent at the Silva Hotel Splendid. You can rightly award this hotel 5 stars! In addition to the standard set of amenities here everything is thought out to the smallest detail: the pleasant smell of shampoo in the bottle, white crispy bedding, a comfortable mattress, in the lobby and in the spa area burns a fireplace, sunbeds for rest in the form of a cocoon for two, in the spa relaxation areas music and aroma candles, snack of yogurt, pastries and fruits, live music in the evenings. And the most important thing for what it is worth to go there — two huge indoor pools with more than forty whirlpool points. We've massaged all the body parts! There are jets of water both on the feet and on the back and on the shoulders. The pool on the street (28 degrees) is accessible from the spa area. Winter is very colorful! My husband and I liked the knee-deep walkway with cold and hot water alternately. There are many saunas — Turkish sauna two (60 and 90 degrees. And after all these procedures drink a seagull with honey and lie down on a comfortable sunbed (feet to the top) and comes a deep relaxation. And it should be noted separately a terrific breakfast.

The Silva Hotel was our last residence on a two week tour of Italy. By far the most equipped and updated of all the places visited. Our room, the bar, and pool/spa area are nice, clean.

Beautiful indoor and outdoor pools clean and with many hydro-massage points (there are also many clashes). SPA exceptional clean taken care of, fantastic small Pool A little niche with chromotherapy, excellent massagers, pleasant rooms a mix between modern and shabby. EXCELLENT Cuisine try absolutely veal brisket and of course the rest… Everything is homemade. Only flaw I'm sorry to say they found the rooms not clean sort the bathroom.

Otttima SPA Rejuvenating! Suitable for relaxing weekends! Beautiful the heated indoor pool with which you reach the outdoor swimming pool being connected, the SPA is very large and comfortable, has chromotherapy sauna and other paths also recommend the food.

Spa Beautiful… although there are to improve the details (handrails broken; rust in the tubs; painted walls terrible and sometimes not even re. Paintings) tried Masssggio of couple… Divine! Room… not acceptable for a 4 star hotel… lacked a nightstand… mini bar If you can call it that!?! Only 4 Bott of water! The bathroom handle was left in our hands! Bar/restaurant staff available and friendly and you eat well… all in all to try.

Suitable place for a rejuvenating stay. I recommend you book directly from the official site so you can see the many offers that proposes. Very nice rooms, spacious and you see that have been recently renovated. Spa and Wellness centre on several floors with saunas, indoor pools and relaxation rooms. At 16, 30 is served the snack on the room overlooking the garden and the outdoor pool. Too bad for parking not adequate to the number of rooms, you have to have some luck to find place.

Beautiful… from arrival to departure… we were your guests and found ourselves beautifully, all the staff super attentive and beautiful all… we needed relaxation and pampering … the Spa welcomed us beautifully a super massage from the silent but super professional Alessia (discipline) and what about the sweet, very simple, super professional Laura D. That with his spent hands made me reborn… thank you all… I'd like to come back… THANK YOU all.

Made couple massage with very young and inexperienced operators.
During the massage that was supposed to be relax they created unnecessary noises going to slam at the couch and every time the operator took more oil then threw the flask on the couch making still another noise…

Overall excellent. The rooms are very spacious, with three-square beds and spacious bathrooms, recently refurbished. Only problem the double heating system: radiators, not controllable in the room, and air conditioners.
The cuisine is excellent: international breakfast more than exhaustive, with good and discreet rapid lunches and more sophisticated dinners although buffet; Congratulations to the chef for everything, but with a bit more merit for the sweets. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The parking is not enough for the top of the guests, but it condones parking in double rows run by their personal New Year's Eve dinner for quality of the kitchen and organization that made the happiness of nearly 300 people.
With Christmas finally is in full efficiency the new SPA that has greatly multiplied the whirlpool and relaxation areas; But the real key has been with Easter: the opening of the channel that joins the SPA to the outdoor pool heated independently, even if it is a true swimming pool of at least 15 or 20 meters; This, equipped with hydro-massages and jets of water, becomes an incredible outlet in times of greater crowding or for those who love a greater tranquillity and the silence of an open environment; If then the nature adds the suggestion of a frosty rain or maybe a beautiful snowfall, the feeling of a warm body with the mind to the cool represents the maximum wellbeing obtainable in a SPA.

Excellent and recommended! Weekend with 2 days of snow framed to the wonderful indoor pools spacious and pleasantly heated. Well-run SPA area with pleasant massage rooms and qualified staff (couple's massage of 50 minutes excellent). At the front desk qualified and kind operators (they managed to find and send to my domicile after 1 month the battery charger of the forgotten cell. Excellent… The difference lies in these forms of loyalty. Great dinner! Good service with the all managed by Mr. Maitre. STEFANO guarantees that everything takes place at best among its principals. So we will definitely return and recommend to anyone who arranges a stop in Fiuggi.

I was there on business a few months ago and they accompanied me to do a tour of the property. Really high class. Well organized, clean and intimate. I can't wait to try it as a guest. Maybe weekend in spa. The location is perfect for a walk in the centre of Fiuggi.

Given I shot several spas along with my partner. Let's start from the bagged parking lot and barely find it ok little counts the important that CE, but the problem of the little cleanliness of the hotel room and cold and from the fridge broken on… not to mention the dining room of both the food and total hygiene in the deficient assembly. Tubs not very large and not very clean with steps not visible barely to make the paths also cause crowding people. Temperature changes x go to the floors and the various rooms of the tubs. Conclusion Davverto disappointing compared to our expectations and photos that you see.

I went at this hotel for an evening at the SPA. The SPA is wonderful, there are many services, all open access. There is a beautiful Finnish Sauna, Turkish Bath, warm pool, and many other things for relax. Stewarts and Hostesses were very nice. I had a great evening! And the ticket for entering at the SPA in the evening has a very low price! I recommend it to everybody!

The newly renovated hotel has a lot of potential, but my experience has not been completely satisfactory, the newly modernized environment is pleasant and welcoming with all the comforts… but we suffered the cold in the room, despite the air conditioning at the Massimo, the room should be already warm at the arrival of the customer, water in shower lukewarm I really hated taking a shower despite being the most beautiful moment of the day. Then the pool water on the floor — 2 lukewarm and not warm enough, on the floor — 1 ditto… aesthetically the environment is very nice and clean.
To finish a massage-not massage from 50 ' in the cold cabin, warm cot, operator with cold hands and icy oil, besides spreading the oil has not really done anything else for 50 ' a nightmare.

I don't put 5 stars for some more or less relevant issues 1-parking insufficient and poorly kept outside staff not too polite.
2-Sold living room (as per charter of services) with included heated outdoor pool… but unfortunately not accessible for phantom temperature tests (so they reported us) 3-bed King size… 2 large beds too soft.
4-Wi-fi good The few times you can hook up by logging nice SPA staff of the same kind, abundant food great as well as the service.

I returned to the Silva after a few months ago I had been a guest for a while. I found the same welcome as the other times.
The breakfast and the snack always excellent especially the yogurt.
The new spa is very large and nicer than the current sin that was not yet open during my stay (however they were polite and made me visit it).
I will be back as soon as possible to try the new spa.

I ate really well and I appreciated that the buffet, varied and plentiful, was related to the season (however, my fault, between breakfast lunch snack dinner I ate too! )
Spa in detail and friendly but discreet staff. I relaxed so well that I looked at the clock but I did not remember how long I had entered I also did some treatments, the products are excellent and the girls very prepared (Natascia has gold hands! )
If I really had to find fault with him… there is no panorama!

Single beds that areright next to each other. Bathroom was small, not sure if the toilet was cleaned before we checked in. Bathroom had a tub and shower. Service in the dining and front desk was great. In a cute location with small shops. Room smelled a little musty. Must bring 3 prong outlets to charge anything.

In short: Disorganised reception, dirty rooms, disappointing Spa area, not enough parking space (if it's full, you have to park at the bus station), rude staff & owner, loud guests. Firstly, the hotel does not look at all like it does present itself on the website. I drove past it as I did not recognise it. Disorganised Reception: Upon arrival, we asked about booking a time slot for the (100€! ) spa treatment, which we had booked with the room directly on the hotel's website. The receptionist affirmed us strongly that we hadn't booked any such treatment, but we should check with the Spa reception. There the same thing happened. No treatment booked. Back to the hotel reception, we asked for a print out of our booking details and what did the receptionist find on the backside? A confirmation about our spa treatment, which he was so adamantly denying that we had booked it. Also, this took 3 hours to figure out and no apology was offered. Dirty Rooms: See the pictures attached. Especially the shower was infested with scum and mold. The overhead shower-head has not been cleaned in months (thick layer of dust on my fingers, after I tried adjusting it). And we were put into a room with a connecting door to another occupied room (for 140€/night! ). The smoke-alarm was missing, posing a big security threat (and I am pretty sure this breaks some health & safety rules). Bed resembles more an army-bed then a hotel-bed.

The worst spa where I went the big rooms with very old furniture and give bad musty smell spa small contains at most 8posti with no control sometimes wait half an hour x do a tub spa staff rude x nn talk that was the most expensive I found … now I understand xke with a weekend of bridge was the only hotel to have some spare room … x charity and who is more!

Hotel years 80, at that time will have been a great property today is outdated. Overall clean but with worn furniture, at least some.
We chose it for the spa, which did not disappoint, even though some finishing touches would be reviewed.

the SPA is lovely, although showers emotional aspects have imperfections. The rooms are very big sin for the furniture very dated. The staff, very friendly. Maybe if the chef was a bit more attentive.

I went 2 times and I was really good. In fact I go on Valentine's day for the 3 time. Very helpful and I have to say. Nice rooms. Great food and SPA new. And very elegant.

We had a great time, we booked a spa day with lunch and massage, all great staff friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative I supplì were truly horrid otherwise everything great, surely riandremo as soon as possible.

It is a large hotel with a small parking lot. The staff is not all up to the role it plays.
The workload is considerable, but customers are not served properly.
Breakfast lunch and dinner are buffet style, this means a Bedlam absurd and the continuous movement of customers during the meal.
The room reservation request I was not given, I stayed in a deluxe room: noisy, cramped, and a box spring bed indecent, the cushions no comment
In all honesty recommend to attend only the Spa and take into account the possibility to do some line to the mismanagement of the facility.
