Wonderful hotel very close to the Arena. Lovely rooms, decor and food. Lovely touches.

Avoid staying here if you want good service. The hotel was not very understanding when requesting to change a booking. They charged me for my room despite not staying. They claimed cancellation policy. But they were deceitful in their practices. Also, they were very unhelpful when trying to rectify the issue. Essentallly this review cost 170 euro. Spend your money elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel. Great location and excellent breakfast.

The hotel is a clean, rich lounge finish, cozy rooms with quality designer finishes. Lovely breakfasts. The staff speaks Russian. Parking at the hotel is paid (but at night from 20 to 8 hours free), there is an underground parking lot nearby.

Classicissimo Hotel A few steps from the center, a symbol for the hotellerie of Verona. Cozy and spacious rooms, impeccable service. Very helpful All good, then.

A hotel full of details but with a problem: the lack of information on the part of the staff at reception.
The location is central but not in the hustle and bustle of the tourist area and is nice with flirty rooms and details.
The problem comes when, when you leave the hotel, you find out everything you've missed, and they tell you that you should have read some instructions that weren't in your room:/. I told them that they should report so that things do not happen like not knowing how to close your room (because the cards were magnetic and had a precise form of closure, without a lock) Still recommend it but, ask everything you think;). They Don't have restaurant but yes breakfast service.

Nice hotel for tourists. We were in a room on the first floor, very clean, but very small also due to an inefficient space organization (an additional Betto fills the entrance completely and apart from the double bed there is no room for anything else). Breakfast is rich and very good. We stayed one night and it's fine, but I wouldn't stay there any longer.

We stayed for one night and it was almost everything perfect!
The perfect, clean, cozy room… Maybe we were too close to the entrance (room 503) But this morning we were woken up early by a fuss that came from outside the room and lasted for almost an hour… Maybe caused by arrivals, maybe departures, maybe a kind of breakfast prepared in the bar of the hotel… I don't know! The fact is that we woke up and it was hard to fall asleep!
Perfect staff, friendly, helpful, prepared! On arrival we were handed a list of restaurants that would have to apply a 10% discount on the total of the dinner if you hold a particular Card (Lyoness)! I was already in possession of it! We chose one of the restaurants on the list, we did book dinner from the hotel, before we took the bill we made this paper but the discount was not applied! So beware of the list!
Always at the front desk we were told that even the room cost would be charged on the Card but still I did not receive anything! So beware of this too!
The breakfast is very good.
The perfect structure, well-appointed, nicely furnished and in a great location, very close to the station and the old town! Perfect for those who want to visit the city arriving by train!

It's really perfect. The location is good and friendly staff.

Close to the centre of Verona and a stone's throw from the Arena, in all the details the hotel is rich in works of art, the service is excellent for the reception at Ceckout, the excellent clean rooms and rich in pampering.

The baroque façade of the hotel is located on the central Porta Nuova course, placing more towards the station than Piazza Bra.
Passing through a conference, held in the Special Hall on the main floor, I had the way to appreciate the gallery of oils on canvas, with precious old portraits, that are pleasantly on the sides of the major transit corridors.
Hence the "arts" of which the structure is in the name.

Great room with polite service, huge variety of food for breakfast. In a walking distance to all the amenities. Recommendation!

I state that I have been to this hotel for a course, so I don't know how are the rooms… nice and clean, very cozy with a really relaxing indoor garden and a conference room da70 people about.
A problem syndicated the parking lot, difficult to find in the area.
Also after 5 hours of course the chairs were beginning to be awkward.

The location is fantastic. Short walk from train station and close to the centre. So far every member of hotel staff have been very welcoming. Hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast is a great start to the day. I would definitely stay again.

Kind of vintage feel about the place but was comfortable and conveniently located between areas of interest.

This is a great hotel just a short walk to the main area of Verona. The staff were super friendly and the rooms are cosy with a sizeable balcony with seating overlooking the street. It has a nice courtyard in the hotel with loungers and beanbags for major chill out! The staff will bring drinks and nibbles out to you. There is free bike hire from the hotel which is a fantastic way to get around and see the city from a different perspective. Highly recommend this hotel!

In verona for the opera. More comfortable on the highway. Very elegant, meticulous attention to detail, cleanliness. The terrace and the garden very nice represent spaces very viivbili. Staff very courteous and professional. The room, the back and the garden, very spacious. Clean bathroom. New lingerie. Great L'Occitane as bathroom line. Sleep quality unmatched.
