Very nice hotel. The location is convenient, 5 minutes walk from the train station, near many restaurants, good coffee shop, shops. Near the bus stop. Piazza San Marco is a 30-minute walk away. The room is clean, comfortable bed, lots of linens, good Wi-Fi.

Near Guglie whereabouts and direct to Plaza San Marcos.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating after booking at short notice. Room was great, well decorated and warm. Location is on the main path from the train station however there is no external signage so it was a little harder to find.

Small family business, just 3 minutes from Vaporetto Guglie station, you hit the door and Bam! You are out from the rushy main street in a safehaven full of smiles, finely decorated interiors and small, but very romantic rooms. Breakfast in time directly to the room. Bathroom perfectly clean, loads of towels for every purpose. I 101% recommend for a couple who is on a getaway to Venice. You will get what you hope for plus a few priceless tips on local taverns, coffee shops and city overlook points.

The hostess of this place is absolutely lovely. If you want to stay in a nice, clean, cozy place in Venice, I would hghly recommend this place. Rooms are spacious and well maintained and the service from the owner is very nice and welcoming. Easy 5/5.

Really amazing place, Very welcoming and warm! Upon our arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady called Maria who took out passports and brought us too our room, after we settled in for a few minutes she then explained how breakfast would work and took down what our preferences would be. If you are into a real Venice experience then I would 100% recommend this place. The rooms are reasonably big and the bathroom is perfect, room is kept exceptionally clean. If/when you are taking a shower leave the water running for a few minutes as it takes a bit to heat up but it's perfect. The restaurant next to the b&b is lovely and ps : try the Gelato and Pizza places across the way to the right:)

Beautiful B&B. Clean, and well presented. Best of all was the service — as helpful a 5* hotel. (I lost a jacket at the airport and the effort that the lady went to to help me get it back was exceptional. ) When I'm next in Venice I'll be back here for sure.
