I stayed in this hotel. Lovely Hotel, Excelent Customer Service, Breakfast delicioso! If you need acuatic taxi, gondola, etc, easy to pick up you.
Near Plaza San Marcos… Great, Exelent, and lovely personal.

Thought this hotel was absolutely smashing. Very near all the sights but away from the main hustle and bustle. Really nice, comfy room; fantastic breakfast with a huge selection; really friendly and helpful staff, and we were even offered a bottle of champagne when we left. Highly recommended.

A dreamlike sweet hotel at the Venice Theatre. Very nice welcome and great room. The roof terrace is enchanting and you have to be careful that you don't spoil the day there.

Very quaint. The rooms look like something out of a Disney fairy tale. Continental breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy. Only drawback was they dont take credit cards to pay for city tax.

Beautifully hidden small but very romantic hotel. Easily reachable by taxi boat, few minutes walk from San Marco.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at this hotel. The location is perfect! The maggio room was beautiful with views of the canal. Our stay was made special by Kamal. Kamal greeted us and remembered us from emails exchanged prior. He was beyond attentive and made our last night very special as he set up the terrace with cocktails and snacks. We will definitely be back!

Our first stop in our European whirlwind and it was the best experience! From the incredible staff, amazing location, unbelievably appointed rooms, wonderful breakfast, everything was simply amazing.
We had been upgraded to the suite, 16 year old daughter traveling with us, the room was amazing… the windows opened to the Gondoliers singing and traveling through the canal playing guitar and accordions.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone! I would love to come back, two nights wasn’t enough and Venice was just Amazing!

Very good service and location.

A beautiful boutique hotel with very nice staff and comfortable rooms. They upgraded my wife and I for free to a junior suite right next to the canals which gave us a front row seat to the gondolas passing by with their amazing songs, the gondoliers here may as well be opera singers! Over all this hotel is probably the most enjoyable I've ever stayed in!

You should have thought of that.
This place is very well heated and the ambience candles put A + at the cocooning side of the place.
As for the spacious rooms to wish in a decor… very Venetian…

Close to San Marco Square about 5 minutes walking quiet, I loved this hotel for its cosy ambience, its typically Venetian and subtle decor, attentive staff and a buffet breakfast at the Top! To not spoil its tariffs are very correct, compared to what is practiced in Venice.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast in the morning. Delicious! Fresh coffee always! If you forget your umbrella they have large ones you can borrow and continue to enjoy and explore this beautiful city!

Very quiet Hotel next to La Fenice, most centrally located in Venice and in an old palace that you can reach directly through the canals, by the water, very modern, without elevator that if.

Almost a 5! Hidden in retreat as often in Venice … the place is full of beautiful discoveries. The rooms are very cosy. A little cocooning hotel. Nice decoration. Espresso Machine. Sprite offered … a rooftop terrace and a good breakfast. Superb location near a vaporetto stop and in the Museum district, after no lift so elderly or other people avoid!

Beautiful hotel decorated in beautifully styled Venetian decor throughout. Well appointed rooms with warm showers and great views out the window to the canal and lagoon below. It's a bit off the main Canal but fairly easy to find as I did late at night in January. A quick wall from the local gondola /ferry stop. Great European styled breakfast and within walking distance to everything! Wonderful and comfortable stay I would definitely stay again.
