Beautifully appointed, friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable beds and pillows, wonderful breakfast and very highly recommended!

We spent two nights in this hotel and we really enjoyed the welcome from the staff, very helpful and discreet. The decor is really nice and the blend of modern amenities in a historic decor is well done. The rooms are large and ceilings very high with a historic décor. The breakfast in the garden is one of the moments that we most appreciated. Of note, we have noticed during our stay that the hotel was doing major work, in an appendix, but we heard nothing and we were not disturbed at any time.

Loved this hotel with the mix of the new and old… speaking of old its 600 years old… so amazing. Blown away with the excellent service but one of my favorite parts was Claudio the bartender but he was so much more… must try his chocolate martini!

Absolutely stunning! This is a beautiful restoration of a former home. Our bedroom was huge with added touches, such as candies on your bed each night, housecoat & slippers. Very high-tech entry system/doorbell/alarm. The most elaborate complimentary breakfast we'd seen in Europe. Reasonable pricing for rooms. Unlike St. Mark's Square, this neighborhood actually has local culture. In the early evening locals (and some tourists) sit outside with a cocktail and snack to just relax and socialize.

Awesome. Easy to get to from the airport. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is extremely good. Would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely place! I would rather stay here than closer to San Marco plaza. Great staff. Lovely place. Best bartender. And very close to a water taxi.

Wonderful stay! Wonderful staff! By far the best hotel we stayed at while visiting Europe. It’s about 20 mins from St. Mark Square but perfect to be out of the hustle and bustle of the large crowds. There is a water taxi very close to the hotel that makes it very convenient to get wherever you need to go without a long walk. We will definitely be back!

Just returned to Texas after spending a week in this BEAUTIFUL hotel. Everything about this place is perfection. The staff are impeccably attentive while remaining respectful of privacy. The attention to detail is stunning. And after a tour of the glass factory on Murano Island, I came back awe struck at the beauty and elegance of the chandeliers and sconces. And that’s just the lighting! This hotel is pure elegance. Perfect!

The staff goes out of their way to make your stay extraordinary. They overheard it was my birthday and surprised me with a raspberry chiffon cake! Truly amazing, and the rooms are stunning — — marble bathrooms, spacious bedrooms. I'm in love.

While our room is very small, the hotel is amazing. The quality of the finish is matched only by the fantastic welcome and helpful staff. The lovely inner garden is the ideal spot for breakfasting from the rich buffet. Thoroughly recommended.

A wonderful experience! Hatel Nani has rightfully earned its 4 stars. The staff is impeccably courteous and helpful without being maudlin. Our room was very well appointed, and the architecture — oh my — fabulous! A beautifully restored palace. The location is white perfect, just a couple minutes' walking distance from the water bus, and best to the Accademmia. Do miss the lovely breakfast that is included. Very highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, we stay here for our honeymoon. All the staff was excellent and nothing was too much trouble, all the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. The rooms was spacious and clean, and a lovely touch was having a small chocolate placed on your bed for in the evening for your return. Am missing it already and hope to return for our annaverversay.

Recently renovated Hotel. Located in a quiet area, the staff is super nice. The luxurious rooms with a view of the canal. Breakfast at the height of the hotel. The hotel is like sleeping in a palace of the time. Exquisite decoration.

Excellent service received and the hotel is super nice. An authentic period Palace!
In addition, in the same street there are two wineries where to have tapas and some wines and they are of the best wineries of all Venice! Leaving the hotel one left on the right hand side and the other on the left. One minute from the hotel.

The location is great, no crowds. The Dorsoduro district is in my opinion the best in Venice.
There is even a dolphin gym nearby.
The higher the room category, the greater the excitement of living, it is important when you want to enjoy the whole stay in Venice.

Newly built Hotel… magical atmosphere.

A very nice hotel, held by a welcoming, charming and competent staff. The rooms are comfortable while preserving the Venetian charm. A few steps from the Accademia but in a quiet place, with however everything you could want to eat in the surroundings.
Really perfect!

Wonderful luxury Hotel, tastefully decorated and located in one of the most beautiful areas of Venice, ten minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. Very friendly and professional staff.
