A great welcome with nice employees. Everything carried hands… then the loulous are accepted.

Location is very good and it's a very well Appointed place.

Beautiful place. Lots of restaurants.

Good position, nice big shower with lots of water pressure. Breakfast included a fair choice of continental breakfast. I also recommend the restaurant in the same square, you really get looked after. Altogether a very good holiday experiance, well recommended. I will be back.

Really nice, this palace was owned by the Duce of Venice. It is in a very good area, in front of the church where Vivaldi was baptized.
Just behind the Hotel you can buy beautiful masks from the Carnival of Venice made by a craftsman.

Strategically located, 2 steps from Pzza S. Marco, on the bank of the slaps, convenient to visit the city. A very suggestive period palace, Afaccia on a delightful little square. The surroundings are rich in locals and restaurants, and the area is less chaotic than the crime of the center.

Structure located inside a fantastic Gothic building just renovated. Staff diligent and polite. Location neighbor to San Marco. Congisliato to the patrons.

The entire place was out of date and truly dirty /nasty, our room smelled like a locker room, bathroom and room where run down and stains everywhere. Found a dead bat in the pool, the Furinture, sheets and towels where stained and used and abused. Lounge chairs in the pool area covered with stains and ripped Cushions. One of the nastiest place I have stayed in. Shower Curtin had a blood stains and found other people's hair all over the bathroom. Our room safe was busted, tiles through the place where crack. The place is in total disrepair and can't believe how misleading the online pictures and reviews. Breakfast not good terrible. However the staff was friendly and really helpful.

Staff was quite friendly, only one incident where they were slightly abrupt but otherwise nice place for the price!

A charming hotel in Sestiere Castello with a perfect position, far enough away from tourist roads. Vaporetto Station has 500 m minutes to Lido, Giudecca, Stazione Ferrovia and Piazzale Roma. Clean, quiet atmosphere very welcoming staff. A very good price-quality ratio. Perfect for those who loved "La Vera Venezia". Trattorias close to the hotel or eat very well. Three times already at home and I'll be back. I recommend.

Very nice, speaks a little french, hotel typical of Venice, with a lot of charm, very clean room,
and very well located, close to the holy place marc… I recommend vivemement.

Positives: The location! Sits in a great square with ample outdoor seating so you can sit and watch people go by. San Marcos square is about a 4-5 minute walk. Friendly staff. Bathroom was large. Negatives: Room was a little small, and it was hard to find your way to the front desk.
