It's just a 2 Star Hotel, but even they have to provide you with fresh bread or eggs and not ones that are way older than 2 days…

Nice location, quiet and clean but in serious need of a facelift. Old furniture and mattress and not very comfortable to sleep. It has AC and the bathroom seemed to be renovated but there is no towel or toilet paper holders. No frigobar in the room and no elevator. Breakfast was basic, I am usually happy with a piece of bread with butter and coffee as long as the coffee tastes good, but unfortunately the coffee was not tasty.

Horrible customer service. Rooms were fine. Breakfast was fine. No where to store luggage but in public room that has no security nor do they bother to see if you have a reservation prior to leaving bags unattended. With so many other options I recommend picking somewhere else.

Hotel convenient for those arriving by train, near the station of Venice Santa Lucia and also convenient to take the vaporetto. 30 minutes by vaporetto or on foot to get to Piazza San Marco. The room where I booked was very small, but very pretty and with no cleaning problem. Receptionists available and no problem to leave your suitcases after check out.

Small rooms. No elevator. No room service. Courteous staff. Less than 5 min walk from main train station.

New Room and bathroom, The hallways a bit cramped and maybe they would need a svecchiata but considering the location and the price I would say it is a great solution.

Very friendly staff and clean room. The bed for mine feel a bit too hard, but could sleep well. Breakfast is very good. Sufficient sausage, cheese, ham, jam, honey. Oh. Coffee, tea, juice. Cocoa. Everything your heart desires. Like to come back.

I wish this particular hotel was closer to the attractions, but overall it was a nice place to stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. The property was clean and well maintained. The best part of the stay was the close proximity to a place that makes the most amazing gelato — best gelato I've ever tasted.

The hotel has 40 rooms. I would not book the room on the top floor… is very small and dark… The bed was also getting used to… Spring is squeezing through. Bathroom is newly refurbished but also very small. The breakfast is very clear… But OK… The hotel is centrally located… Train station is not far… 5min walk away… To the water boats also 5min. Reception staff very nice… Would book the hotel again for a short trip.

Check-in 2 people room, the room is a little small, the toilet is quite small, no kettle, clean work is not really, the floor a little rustling.
Heating is heating tube type, long-term travel to wash clothes is not easy to dry, washing socks can be sandwiched in the toilet heating tube.
There is no elevator, breakfast is very simple, the type is very small, drink machine drink is not good, probably only tea bag can drink. The only advantage is that house prices are cheap, about 60 euros per night.

This hotel was very convenient to the train station which was nice for us with our luggage. The room was very small and somewhat outdated, but overall good. The beds could use some updating as the spring mattress was not very comfortable. The area was great as it was secluded enough to be quiet but only a few steps away from many shops and restaurants. Would only recommend if you are looking for a budget stay as a place to crash.

Freindly staff… Clean rooms and bathrooms… Very close to the train station. Was in walking distance… Made it much easier for us with all our luggage… Shops were also at a stones throw away.

Good and nice hotel right in the center of Venice. The room was clean, a comfortable bed and a good shower in a decent bathroom. The staff was friendly and happy to help out. Basic breakfast but everything you need.

Otel sucks crap sucks I went Sunday September 17th everything dirty full of dust with car filthy rooms 60… and then the reception unfriendly… the recommend to everyone who wants to go I had to sleep dressed that I schifavo from the dust… Better to go to sleep at MC Donald than cleaner… never again in this hotel… and I state that the photos are different from seeing it from real…

Good location close to the railway station and also in walking distance to the touristic hotspots like San Marco. Breakfast was good and people very nice. Reception is opened 24 hours. Nevertheless, the bathroom in room 39 was a disaster. Problems in the shower with warm water, not enough space to sit on the toilet. Very old bathroom and room at all.

Very nice little hotel in Venice. The room was clean and smelled clean as well. Just a short walk from many restaurants and shops on the island.

The hotel is very comfortable. It is located on a very busy main street in a couple of steps from the train station, but it has been removed from the yard, waking up from the singing of the birds and the silence around the morning. Very good location.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Stayed at the hotel in the last few months of March, the batteries were automatically included at night and were very warm.
The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

The location was good Breakfast Buffet sufficient. Good reception and good service. The room was clean. The bedding was OK. Including Wi-Fi access is a plus.
On the other hand, the room was quite small, the shower room was very small, the TV was poorly placed, the thermostat knob of the heater was broken and we did not know cut the heating, the soundproofing of the room was bad.

Very good service, the only problem is the Wi-Fi, which doesn't work very well in room 10. Well appointed rooms, clean and tidy bathrooms, access to the perfect current. Even the TV works, one problem is that there are few channels.

The room was very nice and the staff were very helpful.

Very close to Santa Lucia station, comfortable rooms, atmosphere, rich breakfast buffet.

A room filled with mosquitos that had an air conditioning unit that leaked all. Over our clothing. Desk clerks that could t take messages on our lost luggage. No hot water and exposed wiring. This place is worse than a youth hostel.

Having had a look into a couple of other rooms whilst being cleaned we would have to say we were given the worst and oldest room in the place. Although the position of this place was excellent.

Nice hotel near to the train station and Ferrovia. Stayed in the room next to their courtyard, which was bit isolated. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

The location is excellent, 5 minute walk from train station. But the address of the hotel is not correct, because we asked the local people then they informed us too far from the hotel located. Clean room but a bathroom couldn't lock.

Rooms were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were great. The free breakfast was just what we needed.

The Hotel itself is clean. The room was small, but for 3 nights in Venice is's. Toilet and shower are made for slim teenagers. 4 Kg more, and I would not be in the shower come. To sitting on the toilet is a belly also hindering, if not preventing. For a holder of the roll has been omitted due to space constraints. 1 closet in the room, the only one by Fusstritt close. The locks are broken.

A decent hotel given the price. Could have made the breakfast better. Ideal location to get around quickly.

Hotel in a small alley in Venice Cannaregio area without problems in raggiure the vaporetto stops that take you everywhere. Small but good with prices altini. Like all of Venice.

We loved Villa Rosa, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and the staff made use feel at home and were extremely helpful especially Marcina and Massimo. The area is quiet and close to Ferrovia and several vaporetto stops. We can't say enough good things about this place. We look forward to staying there again.

I stayed in this place twice, once with my family and the next year with my boyfriend. I loved Villa Rosa, it's very conveniently located, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and the staff is very nice. There were lots of other guests but it was never noisy, and the area is quiet (but close to Ferrovia and several vaporetto stops). For the price I thought it was a great find, and would heartily recommend it for family holidays and/or romantic getaways.
