Two magical nights in the centre of Venice! Located not far from the Rialto Bridge, you reach every corner of the city in no time. The room, with air conditioning and TV, spacious enough, very clean and really nice overall. Only problem was the shower booth a little small, if you exceed 190 cm in height. If I went back to Venice, I'd come back here to sleep.

Honesty the best experience ever! Staff was just amazing! I received 5star treatment. Don't hesistate to book they are truly great.

The location of the hotel is good why it is not far from St. Mark's Square and is not far from the train station, bus, vaporeto that leads to the airport or the one that navigates the city. It is also the least expensive area of the city. The hotel staff is very friendly and explains how to get around the city as soon as you arrive. Please note that breakfast is only served in the room as although they have a small kitchen, they do not have a dining room. What I liked the least was that the room was very very small and the shower does not work the hot water from 11pm the front desk staff left. But overall the hotel I think it's very good.

Nice stay in this hotel. Entrance on the back yard in peace. There is a mini bar in the room, Bouteil of free water on request.

Very nice hotel in a very nice area, close to the train station and some of the main sights of Venice. The room is fully modern furnished and the size of the room was bigger than expected. Also the breakfast is served in the room.

Amazing place! It's very close to vaporetto station and to one of the main Venice streets. The neighborhood is safe and pretty. The staff is very kind. Breakfast is super tasty. It's my second time in Venice and as I remember from the last stay sometimes it's hard to find your hotel and you can get lost in small streets. But no worries, Cannaregio 2357 is very easy to find because it's close both to vaporetto station and to casino. My room and bathroom were in a very good condition. It's just perfect! ❤

Friendly staff and very patient, he waited for us until midnight and by the time we arrived he greeted us with big smile. Central location and close to everything. Highly recommended.

Extremely friendly staff, free luggage storage, nicely priced, clean, would highly recommend. Only problem is the alley leading to the hotel may get flooded however half the city is flooded when that occurs. They also accept card however the city tax was paid in cash.

Cute! Pretty much in front of the casino. An 8-minute walk from the train station. Pretty clean. Economic.

Great first impression in this hotel incredibly close to everything. The cosy, well-kept room, com private bathroom; Possibility to enter at any time with the keys. Everything from the reception to the exit, was managed with professionalism and friendliness. Thank you!

The good: Great location, 15min walking to the train station. The room was big enough for a couple and the receptionists were very attentive. The bad: the shower had no hot water the first day (at 23:00pm), and the Wi-Fi didn't work at all until next morning. We stayed 4 days and they didn't change the towels during our whole stay.

Price quality very good! Clean rooms, and Amaya lovely, gave us a map and recommended us many places to visit in Venice, to where to eat, has been very great!

The hotel is well located in the historic Venice. Close to the Grand Canal, it is possible to move quickly with the Vaporettos from the San Marcuola station. We reach the train station and Piazzale de Roma in about fifteen minutes. The reception is nice and the service suitable. Breakfast is served in the rooms but only starts at 9am. The room is bright, rather spacious. The bedding is comfortable and the recent decoration. On the other hand, the bathroom, although clean, deserves a refreshing. I still recommend the hotel.

So cute and everyone is super sweet. This was our honeymoon and they gifted us complimentary breakfast and put chocolates on our pillows.

Nice room, recently renovated, the hotel receptionist proactively explained all about the city in 5 minutes. Amazing experience.

Expensive, bad service. AC was not working on our room during the heat wave. They did very little to fix the problem.

When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel employee did not give us the room that we reserved and took us to another hotel. And then the another hotel employee took us to a very strange room which was very far from the hotel. The room was very old and dirty. It looked like the room has not been used foe a long time. The entrance of the room smelled bad and there were lots of dust. So we complained to eden hotel. So finally we got the room in the eden hotel. (We reserved for the room for 4 people but they gave us 2 small room instead, which was very unfomfortable for our family). The room of eden hotel was terrible either, even thouh it was still better thab the previous one. I could not sleep because the bed was sunken in the middle and an air conditioner was very noisy. The breakfast was tasteless too. The hotel was also like a spooky old house. Don't be cheated by good reviews for the hotel. I fully regret reserving this hotel.

The worst hotel EVER! Absurdly expensive and really bad. A student hostel in comparison to this "hotel" is like a Penthouse. Do not stay there.
