Ideal place to get away on your trip to Venice. It has close access to both Casino and Rialto Bridge. A few minutes from San Marcos without spending a pasture. Spacious, very nice rooms equipped with bathrooms and teapots. Comfortable. Very full breakfasts and good views to the canal.

The room next to mine is now inhabited which has shown me that the walls are paper thin and I feel like I am now in there small group of friends since I can hear every word they are saying. *edit. There was a rather large group of ants in the bathroom this evening.

We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased, we thank all the staff for the professionalism and the availability, a commendation for the perfect cleanliness and the tranquillity of the structure, very nice and elegant the décor of the whole hotel, the comfort and the comfort make it perfect to spend happy days in Venice. This hotel is literally a hidden gem in Venezia, the rooms are comfy, named after regions and landmarks from Venezia, the staff is really helpfull and sweet (even offered help to carry our luggage), the breakfast is good and has a great variety (the sweet croissants are delicious), not to mention they welcome you with a bottle of Prosecco and there's a coffee refill in your room everyday. It's just the best for the price, you will find a lot of more expensive hotels that are simply really worser than this one.

We have just spent 3 wonderful days in this superb little hotel. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, in fact they really could not do enough for you. The breakfast was more than adequate and the rooms just beautiful and modern without losing any of the Venetian charm. The hotel is just the right distance away from the hustle and bustle of the Grand canal but everything within a 5 minute walk. We will be returning soon and recommending to all our friends.
