➜ I wish we could have gone.
I bought a casket Emozione3 and yesterday I decided to use it at this property because it seemed the best among the proposals in the area.
After booking the casket I called in place to solicit the confirmation of the reservation but the owner, or those who take care of it, I replied annoyed that no longer work in this way and to book elsewhere.
This triggered a problem: the casket remains constrained to the reservation required for 48h or more, until the human intervention I presume, and I could not use the package to stay elsewhere on the established date.
I am a bit ' thrilled about the company policy and considering that I wanted to stay right here and that the package was not paid with the money of monopoly, so I'm a customer in all respects.
I was created an inconvenience to their disorganization.
A customer who wanted to pay you and was bounced.
Disappointed.

Giuseppe and his wife, the owners, are excellent hosts. Impeccable property, with large rooms, clean toilets, extra comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and the surrounding very nice. They were extremely helpful. The perfect b&b, highly recommended!
