Great Customer Service. Clean and orderly place! Thank you guys!

Simple, accessible, clean and complete for small budget. Very welcoming, we have the Wi-Fi, the TV (good I never look), access to the kitchen to cook its own dishes (if restaurant every day is complicated) all the small Services Dun Hotel B&B (towel soap hair dryer etc…) with breakfast included Between 8:00 and 10:00. Large bathrooms (bidet, washbasin, shower tub. ). The parts are big. Located in the popular district of Mestre. But quiet inside because there is a double windowing that soundproofing features noises from the street. So this is the city pure and hard not far from the center. A little over a kilometre from the train station… But also served at 50m by buses including Line 2 which goes directly to Venice (15/20 minutes journey) for 50 euros (prices in February 2018 until late evening. It's perfect. Also right next to all the small shops possible: tobacco, small and supermarket, photocopy, trinkets… here is not to expect the Palace hotel that is not the purpose of the place. A good plan to visit Venice during the day and evening and not to ruin. Thank you.

The location was good, near a bus stop to the centre of Venice. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and allowed me to check in early for free. The bathroom is shared with other guests, but is well equipped. The kitchen is also shared, though the breakfast was slightly disappointing (toast and a yogurt, with juice, coffee and biscuits). However, overall was a pleasant stay.

Good location, helpful staff, large, airy, clean room.

Great place. It has very big rooms and so nice designed rooms. The bathroom was not private but it was very clean every day. Close to the bus station to take a bus to Venice.

Aida (Malaysia) Sept 2016 : The host is very friendly and helpful in assisting us with useful guides and tips to move around. The location of the B&B is very convenient as groceries stores, bank, food takeaway are very nearby. Bus stop is just a few steps away and can be taken to train station easily. The room we stayed in is very spacious and clean. The bathroom is sharing but is very clean. Comfortable and Value for money.
