The receptionists of the hotel were very friendly and professional. The rooms are very nice, i. E. They are very cozy and nice. The breakfast they offer is very varied, with good quality of products. Shutters were missing in the rooms, because they have a kind of sliding fabric to cancel the entrance of the sun, but it still ended up entering this one.

A nice hotel in the center of Mestre. The staff are polite and very helpful. They gave us a map of Venezia, informed about bus connections and even sold tickets. They allow dogs, have a free Wi-Fi and good breakfast. There were not that many things to choose from but everything was fresh and tasty. The room was clean, however some of the lights weren't working and the toilet seat was broken. There is a free parking behind the hotel, which is really complicated to get to. The gate is very very narrow and it took me a long time to park the car. The place is really tiny and bigger cars (suv) won't even fit. You can park on the street but you have to pay for it during the day. However, we enjoyed the stay.

Very good value for money, the hotel is well located and has parking at 6euros per day (correct price) close to public transport. With a staff at the small care the place is quiet the rooms are clean and relatively spacious is pretty enough.
I really recommend it.

Price is ok. Unfortunately, some incomprehensible things exist. Zb. Faucet almost drops off. Radiators fully open without regulation. Even during warm days.

A Cozy place. Without pathos, but to relax after a day of walking is very wonderful. Close to shopping complex with supermarket, walk 5 minutes. Even closer stop of transport to Venice. Overall, very pleased that chose this hotel.

Historical building, 3 min to a bus stop to Venice or the tram. Otherwise nothing special, cheap and looks worn out, clean but looks dirty. Any case a good choice when you visit Venice on a budget.

Cheap and well located hotel for a Venice trip. Very well shielded from the outside. Unfortunately, the water of the neighbors is quite noisy, and hot shower is rare. The staff is just great. Given the price, it is really the hotel of choice.

Small but fine. Clean rooms. New towels every day. Room would be cleaned every day. Top price performance. In Venice you are in about 20min. Nearby is a mall, various cafes. The old town is also very beautiful. Friendly staff. Language skills: English, Russian, French.

This place was kept clean and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. It's only 15 min bus ride to Venice and the transit system is nearby. Enjoyed my stay immensely.

Very convenient location A few steps from the central square and the bus terminus. The staff were very helpful Spacious rooms, low bed but comfortable, basic furniture. Includes comfort such as air conditioning and TV.

Its strategic position in the city centre, a few steps from the tram connection with the city of Venice, combined with the cleanliness and refinement of the rooms and the kindness of the staff. They make it one of the most recommendable hotels in the city.

Hotel very friendly staff, clean and well located.

Pros: We stayed there for 2 nights. The position of the hotel was quite comfortable, just near the bus station to Venice. The hotel has it's private parking, although it was Very narrow. The girl in the reception was very kind Cons: The room was ok, but the shower in the bathroom was very old and part of the time we didn't have hot water. The breakfast was quite poor.

Nice location, large rooms and very clean. Awful internet with ridiculous login usernames and passwords, available only in the reception area.
