We found a 5-star hospitality, Sara and a person of a kindness, courtesy, professionalism, sympathy that I would never have believed to find in such a young person, impeccable room of cleanliness and fragrance, with our dog we were welcomed as family. I highly recommend in addition to the magnificent scenery, thank you for everything.

Super nice and friendly! Rooms very nice and clean. A breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. Location optimal with stunning views of Lake Garda. Short distances to the parking lot, to the center of Malcesine and to Lake Garda. Object is highly recommended! We will certainly be back!

Very good quite friendly family and quite clean.

Very nice, very familiar. There is a great effort to satisfy all your needs. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the mattresses are not well located. In the room was a small air conditioning as well as a small fridge, which was a bit crowded but still had some space for own little things. The breakfast was delicious and for allergy sufferers of any kind are taken care of. Also, we would have a very nice view over the lake from our balcony. The only drawback is the parking facilities, because you can park the car unfortunately relatively far away near some tennis courts, which makes a relatively lost impression and is also the reason why I have given 4 stars. Otherwise great.

A quiet place, beautiful The breakfast room, in winter heated with a very pleasant stove spend the evening in tranquility. Very good breakfast Rooms a little small but clean and furnished very simply but nice. Some are more spacious but the bathroom is across the hall across the corridor. The parking is a bit far from the hotel. All in all a judgement could be almost good/good.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, everything you need is included. My only slight negative was the room we had, had a separate bathroom across the hall. It was still a personal bathroom but it wasn't connected to our room. Not a big deal, just not my preference. Only two out of ten rooms are configured this way.

Quiet, with a spectacular view of our Lake… Atmosphere of pampering and service at the top for a stay between friends or in love… I recommend this little haven of peace with a special mention for the breakfast on the terrace. Thank you to Sara and Alberto, for their sympathy and their joy of living.

Do not stop at appearances, at first glance Villa Emma you will seem small, perched high above Malcesine and no parking… check-in and got in the room, you'll find that Villa Emma is small, but a small jewel nestled just over the top of the lakeside walk between Malcesine and Val di sogno. From our room, N'7 on the second floor, you could enjoy a landscape really can take your breath away. The room is clean, bathroom is small but functional, well-stocked minibar, TV and air conditioning, will make you want to stay in the room all the time to lead from the balcony to the lake that every hour will seem like a animated greeting card. On arrival we welcomed Sara, solar, nice, and kind, who we thank for their availability and courtesy demonstrated, for the short time that we spent in her beautiful small b&b. The parking there is, is as explained in the description a few hundred metres from the property, in the area more quiet and is not a great sacrifice to do a few meter to foot to go get the car. Breakfast buffet for all tastes and beautiful garden where you can enjoy continue to enjoy the panorama. But it was clean.

Sara who owns and runs this hotel with her family provided a fantastic experience for my girlfriend and I in 2016. We stayed for 4 nights and had arranged for a room with a view over the Lake Garda. We were given a room on the top floor and the view was incredible! Couldn't have asked for better. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy! Every morning Sara puts on a great breakfast with lots of choice. You can opt to eat outside or inside. Sara also has a hot tub outside which you can pay to use. If you do, Sara supplies strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy! Really made for a romantic evening! Finally, Sara was so helpful when I asked to borrow some small champagne glasses to take with me on a trip to propose. Sara was more than happy to provide a couple of glasses for me which made my proposal perfect! I'd highly recommend Villa Emma for anyone looking to explore Malcesine and Lake Garda! As a side note, Sara does have a dog which is free to roam the corridor of the hotel. I don't mind dogs, and the dog was very well behaved but worth noting for those with allergies.

It's a lovely, clean and friendly place. The view from the balcony is one of the best that I've ever had for that price. We went there last summer and will be there for our next vacation, too.
We left our car for the whole time in the parking lot, cause we were able to reach everything within a few minutes. Just a great place to be!
