Very nice food, and the ice cream is the best. Would recommend this place for a lovely meal and very friendly staff.

If you are staying through a travel agent be prepared to be treated unfavourably against walk in trade. An atmosphere exists within the staff who have changed since last year. There is no longer any entertainment here and this leaves the hotel lacking. The language barrier is often used as an excuse for short cuts and rudeness. The hotel is clean, and the food good but there is a smaller choice and service is often lacking. After our forth stay here we will not be back next year. Resort itself is still lovely. We will be back next year but not to this hotel. Hugely disappointing.

Cosy 2 star hotel on Topplage right on the lake. Is an older house, the room with balcony offers super beautiful views of the lake. Unfortunately, it has no parking, you can go to unload briefly, but then park about 5 minutes on. However, this applies to all hotels directly on the lake.
The food is very good and really Italian. The staff are very friendly.

Unfriendly service, which became snippy when asked if you can even have spaghetti (I meant without secondi piatti) and said: Spaghetti without everything!? I got my spaghetti (average quantity and taste). As with the order, the collection was very slow. I got annoyed afterwards as 2 restaurants continued to offer the spaghetti EUR 2 cheaper.

Absolutely outrageous and unfriendly operator unfortunately not recommended.
The rooms are the most requested money not worth the only good is the location.

The restaurant due to its location directly on the shore of Lake Garda. You sitting here very well and is served too kindly. Unfortunately the food can satisfy maximum undemanding German tourists. Almost every snack Italians at home is better.

What a wonderful welcoming hotel with wonderful staff. A superb position with fantastic Lake views. Each time we have stayed here, my wife and I have always had a superb holiday. We cannot wait for the next one.

Nice 2 star hotel. Very central!

Better to choose another place. You know those hotels tourist super committed customers not only aim to fleece them again ever again. This is one of those. The only two kind people are the two cleaning ladies who have Yes and no ten minutes to clean up the room, poor them and us. Not to mention the kitchen, we had to spend extra money in restaurants in order to survive.
