We stayed with you last August … we found staff attentive to the needs of customers, a relaxing environment. Excellent swimming pools with various HydroMassage stations and even more the treatments of your physiotherapists, were excellent.
Last month we only came back for one day and it was a beautiful day
I hope to return soon.

Nothing to say about the structure. Very bad customer service. I press to make a transfer from 5 days. At the end I phone and to issue gift vouchers they tell me that a copy of the bank transfer is not enough but that it is credited, too bad I would have done it even before if they had replied to the email. Result? Christmas gifts ruined. Thank you.

Very nice and cozy hotel, very nice and spacious basic room recently renovated. Numerous swimming pools inside the structure and whirlpools, top evening entertainment, very good restaurant with a wide choice, very good and competent reception staff. Great thing I enjoyed that you can swim in the in some pools until 23:00 in the evening. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, I have been to this X hotel at least 10 or more years. All beautiful now even better because it has been beautifully renovated. Very nice staff, great eating and, fantastic pools. X me the TOP.

Maximum cleanliness, there are many thermal pools and relaxation areas, so you can stay quiet and without sticky people, hotel completely renovated recently, excellent cuisine, really helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again.

My compliments go first of all to the impeccable cleanliness of all the rooms, spacious and very comfortable rooms. The pools are always clean and given the period you often meet the operator who passes to sanitize the deckchairs. The spa is also excellent.

5 STARS! Wonderful spa: elegant, refined, welcoming. It is equipped with endless pools (covered, uncovered), relaxation rooms and magnificent spa center. Animation with live music, excellent dining and comfortable rooms. We have been in 2019 and look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Our room 210 is not 4star Most rating is 2star Rest is very good.

This is the first time we've stayed here. The hotel is just gorgeous! Firstly, it is a huge park area with five outdoor and indoor thermal pools and convenient communication between them. Secondly, the mass of spa treatments, (it is better to sign up well in advance at a convenient time). IN-THREE, great food: a varied diet for children and adults. Finally, fourth, fresh renovations to the rooms and lounge where you are greeted by very friendly and responsive staff (special thanks to Valentina). Be sure to go back and can only recommend. The hotel is really a Spa. The people are great. Special " thanks" to Enrico — front desk, Alessandro in dining room, Alice front deck. The room is renovated, the food is very good. Everything is good here except… Wi-Fi, need improvements. Many pools with relaxing massage. We enjoy every moment here. Planning already to come next year.

Beautiful hotel with spa. Many indoor and outdoor thermal water pools. You eat well and they are all very nice. Agreement with ASL to make mud, mud cabins inside the hotel. I did a week and I will definitely go back.

Open pools Even after dinner, I recommend to go at least once during the colder season, to fully enjoy the experience offered and that difference in temperature between outside and inside the water that warms even the heart. Perfect to go there as a couple. The full board formula also allows you to access the main meals suggested by the restaurant inside. Nothing unreachable is clear, but the quality is very good, the richness of dishes and the very courteous service justifies the duty. I strongly advise against being prepared a doggy bag for the return trip, drastically lowers the average maintained by the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful village.

We stayed overnight at this hotel, a double room for €200. The room we were given was old with the small bathroom and miserable shower with a plastic shower stall of the years 60. Then we opened the curtains and found only the black roofs of a tar-covered exterior structure.
This for them was a ' smart ' room. When we complained, the front desk girl told us with a fake smile that it was specified that the Smart rooms had this level. We asked to change our room (paying an extra €30) then €230. Then view the hour we wanted to have lunch at this 4 * hotel restaurant where the service and décor was kind of military canteen like 30 years ago. Food quality is mediocre and not 4 *. We found an open yard inside the hotel with bulldozers, trucks hidden by a barrier made of green shading (proper to a 4 *! ) that prevented direct access to the hotel guests from the parking making us pass by the thermal pool with Suitcase and whatnot. No one had alerted us to these renovations in the course of renovation and we did not receive any kind of apology from the part of the receptionist X the inconvenience.
Then we went to the spa where from noon to 3 the only two ' striminzite ' saunas had been closed to customers for their lunch break!
The photos of the Wellness that have published on the Internet unfortunately do not reflect the reality. Structure old of the years 70 which should be closed and completely redone X justify the price they ask. A real rip off.

I've been coming to this hotel for 5 years but this time I have never been able to take advantage of a stradio in the main pool.
But at these prices is normal that in a hotel of this type allow the usual peasants to seize a stradio from morning to evening even if they are not in the pool?

All very much liked, except for one detail. The cleaning lady came to clean the room at 4 p. M. While I was sleeping, despite the fact that there was a sign on the door saying "Do not disturb. With the exception of the above at the hotel I loved it. The waiters, seeing me in the morning, immediately brought me water with lemon and cappuccino, because they noticed that I drink it in the morning. Especially for me boiled oatmeal on the water, because they noticed that I pour oatmeal hot water.
When we unknowingly lingered in the pool after closing, waited for us to get on our way and clean ourselves up.
Naturally, I'll come back here and recommend the hotel to friends.

I love this beautiful hotel 3rd time I come. We eat very well. The breakfast is delicious the Jam n is more in bowls thanks and the raw ham is delicious the pear nuts muffins are fabulous bravo. The staff is nice. A wonderful place for rest.

This is a very amazing place.

I liked it more than the top five next door. It is the spa complex much bigger and cooler… Lots of pools and space! On the street and a good relaxation zone… The room was ordinary (booked late) but very spacious. Everyone is very friendly and tried to speak Russian (as they could), very good for parents (who do not speak other languages).! Procedures in the cabin should be canceled until 17 hours of the previous day (if suddenly you are going to go for a walk), otherwise you still have to pay for them. There is written under the asterisk below (if someone reads footnotes :) )! Feeding decently, for children without co-payment prepare ekrot (if necessary not on the menu)! In the letter there was a footnote that if you leave in advance, you can make a certificate for buds. Period — NOT! We had to leave 3 days early… — they said that this option works in case of a severe illness, accident or getting to the hospital! In general, I liked the rest, we want to repeat in this hotel.

Wonderful hotel and site for those who are looking for wellness and leisure. The rooms are modern, large and nice. The teams are usually smiling, sometimes a bit too busy at reception (understaffed in August, when we were staying? ). A large number of activities during the day: 4 swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), sauna, hammam, silent space with tea available. We have loved staying there and alternate wellness and visits of the region, such as Padoue.

Great hotel in a historical family aponense renovated over the years to be a reference of elegance and hospitality. 3 beautiful pools, two indoor/outdoor, double Jacuzzi and manicured greenery around. Top level cuisine (5 stars) to offer quality, served in rooms that recall the Centennial history of the Spa. Relaxation assured!
