Very courteous at the reception, the pools are average, some spaces are missing in most of the tub. The day spa-free room purchased with the Groupon was very good, it included massage, very much appreciated, and tea, as well as bathrobes and beach towels. Need upgrading spa and sun loungers.

Staff friendly, rooms to be upgraded, the overall environment is very but very hot as well in summer (the rooms on the higher floors do not have air conditioning). Another flaw concerns the connection Wi-Fi free but only in the air relaxing and not in the rooms. Experience overall very relaxing and quiet.

The. The staff is great. The spa pool beautiful. But the structure needs to be revamped, the daily cleaning of the rooms is a little attentive, and the restaurant offers a service from the canteen in the hospital: bad food thrown in the plate and the paper of the wines are tremendous. Sin.

Old facilities. There is just one changing room, where women and men share. There is also very few showers, don't think I saw more than 3. They have a good size swimming pool.

Beautiful hotel with all the comforts. At customers ' disposal the swimming pools with thermal water, massage, and everything that can serve for the care of the people in the spa area. To embellish the hall large qudri on the walls a a 'harmony of lights and colors. Being a three-star hotel reflects a higher category.

The Hotel was nice and well kept (although the rooms are perhaps to be upgraded), clean and with ample space. The rooms are of appropriate size, the only flaw is the temperature, in all the hotel was very high and outside it there were less than 5 degrees the night sleeping in short sleeves and with only the linen shroud. The breakfast is a bit poor as variety, but still plenty. Lunches and dinners are excellent, the vegetable is buffet-style while first and second courses, side dishes and desserts are a choice between the proposals is very interesting and of good quality. The staff at the restaurant was fast, professional, kind, and competent. Also the rest of the staff was available. The environment is peaceful and quiet. Outside the hotel is not night life. The pool is well maintained and clean. Only flaw is the lack of variety. In addition to the pool there was only a hot tub and a couple of jets in the outer part. Apart from a sauna and the Turkish bath. Overall a nice experience, very relaxing. It is definitely worth to spend 76€ accommodation and full board.

We have been coming to the Smeraldo for over 20 years, everything top, food, service, bar and large, well-kept bathing department.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, rooms are nice with comfy beds. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. Lunch and dinner are really good. The hotel is easy to get to both by car and by train. The city of Abano Terme is delightful. It is the second time I come back and I will definitely return. Recommended.

Difficult to assess. Some problems have arisen in the 4 days of Christmas stay. The water at 38 degrees does not confront. As well as the absurd heat of the rooms (we slept with the balcony open! ). The breakfast is a bit poor Nice staff Excellent cleanliness even if the rooms are perhaps to be modernized. Very peaceful and quiet environment Maybe too much for those looking for festive atmospheres. The last day the water was still brought to an ideal temperature… Overall I am satisfied with the… Although it certainly could have been much better… Note of merit for the quick and accurate waiters. And a greeting to the German Shepherd waiting for me ready to play:)

Nice Hotel, pool held relatively well although dated and chaotic in the inside room clean and well organized but the bed is like sleeping on marble… I would have expected at least to have a net in a 3 star hotel but under the mattress we had a wooden plank… If we wanted to do the fakirs were not going to the spa… overall we were fine.

Great Hotel… although a bit dour (fixtures and bathrooms) clean, comfortable bed, staff very polite and courteous starting with the front desk Pasando for restaurant and not for the last waiters. Good food… indeed. I would like to congratulate the chef for the lunches and dinners at Christmas time… Yummy… not to forget the pools (indoor and outdoor) clean and with very hot water. Inssomma… we felt very well for the past 3 days. I highly recommend.

Nice place suitable for families, very nice, spa pool and indoor pool with jacuzzi… my children are a wonder!

Purchased a voucher with groupon. Excellent quality/price ratio. Satisfied. From the cleaning to the lunch and dinner menu. Swimming pools, perhaps with a few whirlpools and attention to the tile is not draining the water and the risk of falling is high. Water 32/34 degrees pleasant. We would stay again.
